Development and implementation of medical examination appointment platform, integrated with the hospital HIS system, PACS systems and queue system. Results:Achieved the function of“one-stop booking, network distribution, multi-point examination”for all patients, a better solution to the disorder problem of medication examination. Conclusion:The implementation of the medication examination platform has played a positive role. Facilitate patient visits, rational use of equipment, improve work efficiency and improve the treatment environment.
3.Discussion of Teaching Methods in Clinical Laboratory Diagnosis
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
"Clinical Laboratory Diagnosis"is a course of trivial and complicated contents, lacking systematization and consisten- cy.Therefore, the students are not interested in acquiring knowledge eagerly. How to improve the quality and efficiency of teach- ing is concluded as clear focus, constant renewed content and attractive class.

Objective To explore the effect of Renzhu Jianwei Granules(Granule of Semen Coicis and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macro- cephalae for strengthening the stomach)on the patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)and its mechanism. Methods The 58 patients of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)complicated with intestinal metaplasia(IM)and/or dysplasia(Dys) were randomized into treatment group and control group with 29 in each. The treatment group was administered Renzhu Jianwei Gran- ules while the control group was given Weifuchun Tablets. The numbers of positive cells of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and cy- clooxygenase 2(COX-2)of gastric mueosa before and after treatment were observed. Results The scores of positive cells of CEA and COX-2 of gastric mucosa of both groups were greatly reduced after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Renzhu Jianwei Granules can reduce CEA and COX-2 of PLGC patients, possibly being one of the mechanisms in treating PLGC.

Objective To investigate the status of anxiety-depression and the relevant factors in puerpera be- fore delivery. Methods The emotion of anxiety and depression in puerpera before delivery was evaluated by self-rat- ing anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)which had satisfactory validity and reliability. Results The values of anxiety and depression in puerpera were higher than those of general crowd(P

International Eye Science 2010;10(4):618-620
AIM: To evaluate the effects of glycemic control on refraction in diabetic patients. METHODS: Twenty newly diagnosed diabetic patients were included in this study. The random blood glucose, HbA1c levels, fasting C-peptide and postprandial 2h C-peptide were measured before treatment. The patients with random blood glucose higher than 12.0mmol/L and HbA1c level higher than 10.0% were selected. Refraction, intraocular pressure, radius of the anterior corneal curvature, depth of the anterior chamber, lens thickness, vitreous length, and axial length were measured on admission and at the end of week 1, 2, 3 and 4 during glycemic control.RESULTS: A transient hyperopic change occurred in all the patients receiving glycemic control. The maximum hyperopic change was 1.60D (range 0.50±3.20D). Recovery of the previous refraction occurred between two and four weeks after insulin treatment. There was a positive correlation between the maximum hyperopic changes and the HbA1c levels on admission (r=0.84, P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the maximum hyperopic changes and the daily rate of blood glucose reduction over the first 7 days of the treatment (r=0.53, P<0.05). During transient hyperopia, no significant changes were observed in the intraocular pressure, radius of the anterior corneal curvature, depth of the anterior chamber, lens thickness, vitreous length and axial length.CONCLUSION: Transient hyperopic changes occur after glycemic control in diabetic patients with severe hyperglycemia. The degrees of transient hyperopia are highly dependent on HbA1c levels before treatment and the rate of reduction of the blood glucose level.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomy for distant gastric cancer. Methods All 18 patients with distant gastric cancer receiving laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomy were analyzed. Results Laparoscopic-assisted distal gastrectomy was performed successfully in all patients. The mean operation time was(291.33?19.61) min.The mean blood loss was(151.32?71.78) ml.The mean numbers of harvested lymph node were 14.57?3.11.The mean time of gastrointestinal function recovery was(3.46?0.93) d,the mean out of bed activity time was(1.75?0.45) d.All patients were followed up for 1-24 months, mean 11 months. No local recurrence, trocar implant or distant metastasis happened. Conclusion Laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomy is a feasible and safe surgical procedure combined with minimal trauma and fast recovery.

Objective To analyze the features of surface electromyography (sEMG) signal of the tibial anterior muscle and gastrocnemius muscle in the stroke patients when sitting and standing. Methods Fifteen stroke patients and fifteen normal subjects were involved in this study. All subjects were asked to stand up and sit down. It repeated five times continuously. The electromyographic signals were collected by surface electrode and then processed by linear time and frequency domain method. Results In sitting position, tibial anterior muscle had significant differences in mean power frequency and median frequency ( P<0.05) when the paretic and non-paretic lower limb, the non-paretic lower limb in stroke patients and in normal subjects were compared. The gastrocnemius muscle had notable differences ( P<0.05) in root mean square when the non-paretic lower limb in stroke patients and in normal subjects were compared. In standing position, tibial anterior muscle also had significant differences in root mean square and integrated electromyography ( P<0.05) as the same frequency domain comparing as above. The gastrocnemius muscle had notable differences on time domain, when the paretic and non-paretic lower limb, the paretic lower limb in stroke patients and the limb in normal subjects were compared ( P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion sEMG is a brief, applied, feasible assessment method in rehabilitation.
