BACKGROUND:For a long time, the myocardium of adult mammalians is the terminal y differentiated tissue with no regeneration capacity. If damaged, myocardial cells wil be replaced by fibrous connective tissue. OBJECTIVE:To rediscover the myocardial cells and to do a review for cardiac stem cells, in order to define the existence of myocardial cells. METHODS:A computer-based online research of CNKI and PubMed databases was performed to col ect articles published between 2003 and 2014 with the key words of“cardiac stem cells, stem cells, cardiac regeneration”in Chinese and English, respectively. There were 82 articles after the initial survey, and final y 40 articles were included in result analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Cardiac stem cells exist in the heart, and some surface markers of cardiac stem cells have been discovered. Cardiac stem cells for some diseases with myocardial cellinjury have opened up a new way. Because of the smal number of myocardial cells, how to purification, culture, identification and proliferation wil be further studied to meet the need for regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. Cardiac stem cellresearch wil open a new approach for cardiac tissue engineering.

Bilingual education refers to applying a kind of foreign language to the non-language class curriculum,and the foreign language and the professional knowledge are gained in synchronization.Using bilingual education has increased students' study difficulty in the medical course.The object of Taskbased Teaching is that the student must grasp the specialized knowledge and the foreign language.

Objective To investigate the missing rate of polypus with colonoscopy and correlation factors for missed diagnosis.Methods Data with colorectal polyps collected a second colonoscopy within 180 days after polyps were detected and removed on the initial colonoscopy in 186 patients between July 2009 and June 2013.The following factors were statistically analyzed,including lesionrelated factors (the lesion size,location,shape,number,and pathology),and non-lesion-related factors (intestinal cleanliness,colonoscopy post-set time,colonoscopy operator experience,and whether colonoscopy with sedation).Results Polypus missed diagnosis was found in 57 patients out of 186 recruited subjects (30.64％).A total of 76 polypus were missed out of 343 (22.16％) polypus detected by repeated colonoscopy.Flat small polyps were easily missed diagnosis (P ＜ 0.01).Polyps located at sigmoid,cecum and ascending colon,hepatic flexure,and splenic flexure were easily missed diagnosis (P ＜0.05).The rate of missed diagnosis was significantly increased in the condition of the low intestinal cleanliness,short colonoscopy post-set time,non-intravenous anesthesia,and beginner colonoscopy doctors (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions A markedly missing rate of polyp existed on colonoscopy,and was closely related to the lesion-related factors (the lesion size,location,shape,number,and pathology) and the non-lesion-related factors (the intestinal cleanliness,colonoscopy post-set time,colonoscopy operator experience,and whether colonoscopy with sedation).

Objective To explore the effect of combined use of antiplatelet drugs on late-onset bleeding in elderly patients after high frequency electric resection of the colon polyps on colonoscopy.Methods Data with late-onset bleeding after high frequency electric resection of the colon polyps on colonoscopy were collected from 64 elderly patients using antiplatelet drugs from January 2010 to December 2013.Those 64 elderly patiets using antiplatelet drugs were divided into aspirin,clopidogrel,and aspirin + clopidogrel groups.The clinical situation,blood-coagulation time,bleeding-occurrence time,emergency colonoscopy hemostatic rate of demand,and hemostatic time in hospital were analyzed.Results No statistically significant differences were found in the blood-coagulation time,bleeding-occurrence time,and hemostatic time in hospital among aspirin,clopidogrel,and aspirin + clopidogrel groups.However,the clinical situation,and emergency colonoscopy hemostatic rate of demand in aspirin + clopidogrel group were significantly more serious and higher than those of the aspirin or clopidogrel groups (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions There are more serious clinical situation and higher emergency colonoscopy hemostatic demand in patients with combined use of antiplatelet drugs relative to the use of single antiplatelet drug.The clinicians should pay attention to the combined use of antiplatelet drugs for late-onset bleeding in elderly patients after high frequency electric resection of the colon polyps on colonoscopy.

Objective To screen differential Mycobacterium tuberculosis genes between Xinjiang clinical strains and H37Rv by suppression subtractive hybridization( SSH), and to analyze the function of these specifically pathopoiesis genes. Methods Both M. tuberculosis Xinjiang clinical strains and H37Rv as tester and driver each other, most identical genome was drived whereas some distinctive genes was re-mained and enriched by utilization SSH technique. Meanwhile through inserting differential genes to E. coli all of sequences that we have cloned were determined by BLAST in GenBank. The function of differential genes between M. tuberculosis H37Rv and Xinjiang clinical strains were analyzed. Results We cloned and analyzed six different DNA fragments that only existed in Xinjiang clinical strains. One is the fragment of a gene ceding monooxygenase, flavin-binding family identified by Glimmer2. One fragment belongs to acyl-transferase family protein. One for aminotransferase, class Ⅱ, acyl carrier protein. One fragment belongs to chromosomal replication initiator protein DNA and one for M. tuberculosis paralogous family 11-pyridoxamine 5'-phosphate oxidase-related. Meanwhile, we cloned ten DNA fragments only in H37Rv. Conclusion SSH technique can efficiently screen differential genes in M. tuberculosis in Xinjiang clinical strains. They are possible key genes that M. tuberculosis survive and fortify virulence in mal-environment as same as their ho-mogenic genes, such as enhanced adsorbability in wall-held protein, counteracted digestion by nitro-oxygen-ase, elevated composition capability in the acyhransferase, control chromosomal replication initiator protein, synthesized aminotransferase acyl cartier protein and pyridoxamine 5'-phosphate oxidase.

Objective　To examine the expressions of estrogen receptor α (ERα), estrogen receptor β (ERβ) and pituitary-specific truncated estrogen receptor product-1 (TERP-1) in diethylstilbestrol (DES) induced prolactinoma of rats. Methods　Ovariectomised Wistar rats were subcutaneously implanted with an implant containing 20 mg DES. Rats were implanted with a blank implant as controls. Eight weeks later, serum prolactin level of rats was measured by RIA. Prolactin immunoreactive cells of anterior pituitary were detected by immunohistochemistry assay. ERα, ERβ and TERP-1 mRNAs in pituitaries were examined by RT-PCR. Results　Serum prolactin levels, pituitary weights and pituitary prolactin immunoreactive cell countings in experimental group rats were all obviously higher than those in control group (P＜0.001 respectively). ERα, ERβ and TERP-1 mRNAs were all transcripted in DES induced rat prolactinomas. ERα and TERP-1 mRNA levels were significantly higher in experimental group than those in control group (P＜0.001 and P＜0.05). Conclusion　Estrogen plays a direct role in regulating pituitary prolactin cells through estrogen receptors. Further functional studies will be required to determine whether coexpression of ER variants along with normal ER confers a pathophysiological role in pituitary hormone regulation and (or) tumor cell proliferation.

Objective To observe the poet-operative clinical inpact on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia surgery by Loop elcctrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP),gelatin paste to improve the healing of the Cut,prevent the post-operative bleeding,and find out effective methods of preventing LEEP complications.Methods 100 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia underwent LEEP in clinic.Divide them into two groups randomly,60 patients were adopted gelatin paste post-LEEP ag the cure group.while 40 patients were adopted as control group.Observation Vaginal bleeding,infection and cervical rear in short-term.Results In 60 patients of cure group,never patients with vaginal bleeding,infection and the cut healing in the short time.In 40 patients of control group,three patients with vaginal bleeding,two patients with infection,and three patients with bad healing.The different between two group with vaginal bleeding,infection and the cut healing time was significant(P＜0.05).Condusion gelatin paste can reduce bleeding.infection and cervical repair bad cmpllcations after cervical intraepithelial neoplasia surgery by LEEP.

Objective To discuss the clinical value of Mutislice CT angiography (MSCTA)in cervical vascular diseases. Methods 60 patients highly suspected suffering cervical vascular diseases,were implemented 16-slices spiral CT angiography of cervical vascular,and blood vessel reconstruction and analysis were done subsequently. Results 43 cases with cervical vascular abnormality were presented in the 60 patients,who were implemented MSCTA. Positive ratio was 71.7%. 171 pieces vessel stenosis were detected among 240 pieces carotid artery and vertebra artery, and 4 cases carotid artery aneurysm and 1 case AVM were found also. Conclusion MSCTA is a convenient and shortcut modality to inspect cervical vascular diseases, and the blood vessel can be observed 3-dimensionally and in any direction in high quality reconstruction images.
