Objective:To attaine a new mode of pathological data managed by computer. Methods:All pathological data were collected into the system of pathological data management. Results:It was helpful to phomote the work officiency and easy for pathological data check up. Conclusion:By using computer operation, we can update the document collection efficiently. It is helpful for data review, and research.

Objective:To study the effects of Tongxinluo,a traditional Chinese medicine,on the proliferation of peripheral blood-derived endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)in vitro.Methods:The Tongxinluo solution was prepared through ultrasonication according to the pervious literature.The mononuclear cells(MNCs)were isolated from the peripheral blood with Ficoll by density gradient centrifugation.MNCs were suspended in Medium 199 containing 20% fetal blood serum(FBS)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).After cultured for 7 d,the attached cells were characterized by Di-LDL uptaking and FITC-lectin binding by laser confocal microscope,and further identified through detection of CD34 and CD133 expression by flow cytometry.Then the cultured EPCs were incubated with Tongxinluo at a series of concentrations(0,50,100,200,500, 750,1000?g/ml)for different durations(0,6,12,24 and 36 h).The cell morphology was observed and cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay.Results:Incubation with different concentrations of Tongxinluo increased the proliferative ability of EPCs.Tongxinluo at 500?g/ml had the most prominent effect on proliferation and the effect increased as time went by and reached peak at 36 h(growth rate 54.18%,P

Objective In order to play the role of pathological network management system better in pathological examination, this study explore the present status of new pathology network management system, give an objective evaluation for the operation condition, reveal the effectiveness and the existing problems of this system, and provide reference for its development and improvement.Methods The software of pathological network management system was applied to the pathological specimen reception, patient information and examination status query, pathological diagnosis and technology process, as well as the paraffin block archive, statistical analysis, data recording, and so on.At last, we recorded all the information and made a classification and arrangement.Results Pathological network management system was running normally through the whole process of pathologic examination, including specimen receiving, all examinations, print of pathological applications and spontaneous print of pathological reports in ward, which really achieve one-stop services.But the system has unstable phenomenon occasionally.Conclusion Pathological network management system links each examination process closely, which can improve the work efficiency, and provide scientific basis for pathology quality control.

Objective When pathologists from hospitals at various levels encounters pathological sections diffcult to make clear diagosis, it is necessary to invite pathologists from higher hosiptals or special hospitals for pathologic consultation.In the study, we compared the pathological diagnosis of cases sent to other hospitals for pathological consultation with the original diagnostic result to analyze the differences by the evaluation on the impact of these differences on the treatment and prognosis of these patients, which would provide an effective evidence for the quality control of pathological diagnosis. Methods Cases initially diagnosed at the de-partment of Nanjing General Hospital and later sent to other hospitals for pathological consultation from 2010 to 2014 were collected. All the diagnostic results were examined by at least 3 senior pathologists to find exact diffrences between consultation results and origi-nal diagnostic results. Results Among 2055 cases, it was found that there were 1813 cases (88.2%) without diagnostic discrepan-cy, while 218 cases (10.6%) with minor diagnostic discrepancy and 24 cases (1.2%) with completely distinct diagnostic results. Conclusion The diagnostic results of the vast majority of consultation cases are in accordance with the original results, despite of di-agnostic discrepancies in some cases due to the complexity of disease. Expert consultation has reference for the pathological diagnosis of complicated cases, which also plays a potent supervisory role on the quality control of original pathologic results.

Objective To evaluate the value of GE′s Q-analysis real-time ultrasonic elastography quantitative analysis software in the diagnosis of breast diseases and explore the best cutoff point of the breast diseases diagnosis.Methods The elastograms of 71 breast lesions(66 patients)were evaluated by using the GE LOGIQ E9 with the Q-analysis software.All the 71 lesions were diagnosed as malignant and benign lesions by surgery or biopsy.The receiver operating characteristic (ROC)curves of the entirety elasticity rate and local elasticity rate was performed.We compared the areas under ROC curves ( AUC) of the two modalities and confirmed the best cutoff point of the breast diseases diagnosis .We also assessed the sensitivity and specificity of the two modalities .Lastly we assessed the ROC curves with Z test to determine whether the difference between the two modalities was significant .Results Among the 71 leisions (66 patients),there were 37 benign lesions and 34 malignant ones.The elastograms of the leisions showed that the elasticity of 37 benign leisions was good ,the hardness value was low and the texture was even .As for the 34 malignant leisions,the elasticity was bad,the hardness value was high and the texture was uneven .The AUC of the local modality was 0.899 ( >0.5).The AUC of the entire modality,was 0.985 ( >0.5).Both modalities were accurate for the diagnosis of breast diseases .When the cutoff point of entirety elasticity rate was set as 3.60,the sensitiveness was 82.4%and the specificity was 86.5%.When the cutoff point of local elasticity rate was set as 2.60,the sensitiveness was 97.1% and the specificity was 91.9%.The difference between the two modalities was significant (Z =2.621,P=0.0088).Conclusions Q-analysis real-time ultrasonic elastography quantitative analysis is able to evaluate the rigidity and texture of tissue and is valuable to distinguish benign breast lesions between malignant breast lesions .The sensitiveness and specificity of local modality are higher than that of entirety modality .

Twenty Newcastle disease virus(NDV)strains were isolated from diseased chicken and geese in field outbreaks during 2005 and 2006 in some regions of Jiangsu and Guangxi,and the antigenic analysis of the all NDV isolates had been done based on the reaction spectrum with a panel of monoclonal antibodies to the HN glycoprotein.The entire ORFs encoding HN protein of these NDV isolates were amplified by RT-PCR successfully,cloned and sequenced.The resultant sequences of HN genes of 13 isolates of chicken origin and 7 isolates of goose origin were gained and analyzed.The results of reaction spectrum showed that there were some distinct differences in the antigenic epitopes among the 20 NDV isolates.And the sequences revealed that the coding regions of the HN genes of these isolates all consisted of 1716 nt characteristic of virulent strains of NDV,coding for 571 amino acids.Neucleotides sequence homology were found to be from 94.8%to 100%among 18 NDV isolates of genotypeⅦ,and the neucleotides sequence homology between all the isolates and the other genotypeⅦstrains of recent years in China ranged from 92.1%to 99.6%.The deduced amino acid sequences and the receptor-binding regions of HN proteins between the NDV isolates of chicken origin and of goose origin were compared and analyzed.The results showed that some unique amino acid substitutions were found in the genome of the NDV isolates,and the close genetic similarity provided evidence for epidemiological linkage between the NDV isolates of chicken origin and of goose origin in the same period.

Objective To prepare compound ketoconazole ointment and perform the stability study .Methods Ketocon-azole ,mupirocin and mometasone furoate were used as active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) .PEG mixture was used as ma-trix to prepare the ointment .Stability of the API in the ointment was evaluated by the stress tests .Results The optimal ratio of PEG400 to PEG3350 for the ointment matrix was 2:1 .Mometasone furoate and mupirocin in the ointment were stable to the high temperature(40 ℃)while ketoconazole had some degradation .The stability of the API was improved by addition of 0 .5％ of L-A .During the accelerate test ,the ointment had no color change and the API percentages were above 98％ .Conclu-sion The novel compound ketoconazole ointment was successfully prepared and the formulation stability was excellent .

Objective：This study was designed to evaluate the application of three markers in diagnosing lung cancer and calculate Bergman Parameter to raise the sensitivity and validity in detecting the lung cancer. Methods：Using immunoradiometric and chemiluminescence assay, we observed serum NSE (neuron-specific enolase), CEA (carcinoembryonic antigen), and CA50(cancer-associated carbohydrate antigens 50) in 107 cases of lung cancer and 118 cases of benign pulmonary diseases. Bergman parameter was calculated with Bergman’s formula. Results：The sensitivity of NSE, CEA, CA50 for lung cancer were 51.4％ , 54.2％ , and 31.7％ , respectively. The specificity was 85.7％ , 89.8％ , and 93.0％ , respectively, while diagnostic accuracy rates were 64.3％ , 72.9％ , and 55.8％ . The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy rate of Bergman parameter (95.2％ , 87.5％ and 92.1％ ) were higher than these three markers in lung cancer (P<0.05). We found that Bergman parameter could be used to moniter the prognosis of advanced lung cancer. Conclusion： Serum NSE, CEA, and CA50 are of value in detecting lung cancer. Bergman parameter, calculated with NSE, CEA, CA50, is able to increase specificity and accuracy in diagnosis of lung cancer.
