8. Influence factors of microdialysis linear probe recovery for in vivo and in vitro cyclophosphamide calibration by HPLC-MS/MS

Objective To establish an optimal linear probe recovery correction method for in vivo and in vitro cyclophosphamide. Methods with ringer solution as the perfusion, retrodialysis gain and loss method were used to calibrate the linear probe. The impact of different perfusion flow rates on microdialysis relative recovery for cyclophosphamide was investigated by HPLC-MS/MS. Results When the perfusion was 1.0μl/min, in vitro recovery results were in the range of (24.11±1.75)% to (50.93±0.91)% for the gain method, and (26.19 ±0.76)% to(53.31 ±1.23)% for the loss method; recovery results in vivo were (26.19±0.76)%. Conclusion Cyclophosphamide is suitable for microdialysis sampling. This experiment calibration method is simple and effective.
9.GC fingerprint of the constituents in the volatile oil of Eucalyptus globulus Labill

AIM:To establish a method for GC fingerprint determination of the chemical constituents in the volatile oil of Eucalyptus globulus Labill.in Yunnan Province,China. METHODS: GC was used to optimize the fingerprint determination method,and to identify the main peaks in the GC fingerprint. RESULTS: 16 mutual peaks were gained on the base of 10 batches of samples. CONCLUSION: Stable and reproducible GC fingerprint is helpful to further analyze the volatile oil constituent of Eucalyptus globulus Labill.

Hair follicle stem cells located bulge region of hair follicle,had characteristics of all adult stem cells,including slow-cycling,undifferentiated.They also had the abilities of self-renew and proliferation in vitro.CD34,K15,K19 and Nestin might be the makers of the hair follicle stem cells.They could be induced to differentiate to neurons,glial cells,keratinocytes,smooth muscle cells,melanocytes In vitro and neurons,melanocytes in vivo.There were many signals in regulating the hair follicle stem cells involved Wnt signal,BM Psignal and NFATc1 etc.
