Objective To explore the effect of Renzhu Jianwei Granules(Granule of Semen Coicis and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macro- cephalae for strengthening the stomach)on the patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)and its mechanism. Methods The 58 patients of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)complicated with intestinal metaplasia(IM)and/or dysplasia(Dys) were randomized into treatment group and control group with 29 in each.The treatment group was administered Renzhu Jianwei Gran- ules while the control group was given Weifuchun Tablets.The numbers of positive cells of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and cy- clooxygenase 2(COX-2)of gastric mueosa before and after treatment were observed.Results The scores of positive cells of CEA and COX-2 of gastric mucosa of both groups were greatly reduced after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Renzhu Jianwei Granules can reduce CEA and COX-2 of PLGC patients,possibly being one of the mechanisms in treating PLGC.

To study the influence of 5?-reductase on the pathogenesis of human benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), the activity of this enzyme was measured in mechanically separated stroma and epithelium from 7 normal and 16 hyperplastic prostates. Samples were incubated in the presence of tritium labelled testosterone. The yield of DHT was used to estimate the enzyme activity. The results showed that the specific activity of the enzyme (pmol DHT / mg protein/30 rain) was91.4?18,1 and 28.6?7.4 in stroma (S) and epithelium (E) of BPH, 44.7?8.9 and 23.9?6.8 in S and E of normal prostates respectively. It indicated that the enzyme is predominantly localized in the stroma and is elevated ia BPH, the primary abnormality of BPH is in the stroma and the increase of 5?-reductase may have some contribution to the pathogenesis of BPH.

Thyroid-stimulating antibodies were determined with cyclic AMP accumulation induced by unfractionaled serum using cultured human thyroid cells. Thyroid-stimulating antibodies were found in 83.3% (25/30) of patients with Graves' disease without treatment, 43.8% (7/16) of patients with Graves' disease during antithyroid treatment, 4% (1/25) of normal people and none of patients with simple goitre or thyroid adenoma. The results indicate that determination of thyroid-stimulating antibodies using this method is sensitive and characteristic in patients with Graves' disease.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of phosphoric acid phosphate combined metformin in the treatment of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 86 cases with diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus included in this study were dividing into control group and experiment group with each 43 cases.The patients in the both groups were give regular treatment.Patients in the control group were given metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets 500mg by oral administration with 3 times a day and patients in the experiment group revieved phosphoric acid phosphate by oral administration with once a day.A cycle of 2 groups of patients were 28d,a total of 3 cycles of treatment.The ADP,APAF1,D25-(OH)D3),CysC and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy in experiment group was 93.02％,which significant higher than that in control group 76.74％(P<0.05).The serum level of ADP,APAF1 and CysC decreased after treatment with experiment group much lower than the control group(P<0.05).The serum D25-(OH)D3l elevated in the two groups with experiment group much higher than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse drug reactions was not statistically different between the two groups.Conclusion Phosphoric acid phosphate combined metformin in the treatment of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus was effective with high safety.

Development and implementation of medical examination appointment platform, integrated with the hospital HIS system, PACS systems and queue system. Results:Achieved the function of“one-stop booking, network distribution, multi-point examination”for all patients, a better solution to the disorder problem of medication examination. Conclusion:The implementation of the medication examination platform has played a positive role. Facilitate patient visits, rational use of equipment, improve work efficiency and improve the treatment environment.
