Objective To compare the contents in polysaccharide of aloe in gel of aloe with preparation in different processing methods on fresh aloe of outer cuticle and investigate their stability. It could provide technology of preparation of polysaccharide of aloe. Methods The aloe gel had been prepared through the fresh juicing method, and alcohol sinking was applied to abstract polysaccharides of aloe in proportion of sixty, seventy, eighty and ninety percent. The colorimetric method of anthracenone - thick sulfuric acid had been taken to determine contents of polysaccharide in different proportions by alcohol sinking. The contents of polysaccharide were compared among different processing methods in fresh aloe of outer cuticle, and then the stability on condition of different temperatures, pH and the reagent of reductant-oxidant with polysaccharides of aloe were investigated. Results The content abstracted from polysaccharide of aloe was the higher when the proportion was eighty percent and its character of powder was better. And content abstracted from polysaccharide of aloe with the outer cuticle was higher than that out of the outer cuticle. The powders from the polysaccharide of aloe with the outer cuticle were gray-green, gray-brown or gray-white. The powders from polysaccharide of aloe without the outer cuticle were partial-white, more well-distributed and delicate. The stability in polysaccharide of aloe was better with the condition of low temperature, reducing agent and the solution with pH from five to seven, while the stability was lower when in high temperature, oxidizing agent and the solution with strong acid and strong alkali. Conclusions The proportion of eighty percent with alcohol sinking, decorticating the outer cuticle of fresh aloe has the higher content and the better character in the polysaccharide of aloe.
2.Observation of efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-released tablets combined with nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2020;27(8):980-983
Objective:To explore the efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-released tablets combined with nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods:From January 2014 to December 2018, 120 patients with postherpetic neuralgia in the People's Hospital of Qing County were divided into observation group and control group according to the random digital table method, with 60 cases in each group. Both two groups were treated with antiviral therapy. On this basis, the control group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-released tablets, while the observation group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-released tablets combined with nerve block therapy for 28 days. The VAS scores before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was (2.22±0.93)points, which was significantly lower than (5.61±1.01)points of the control group, the difference was statistically significant( t=2.915, P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.3%(59/60), which was significantly higher than 63.3%(38/60) in the control group (χ 2=23.720, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P>0.05). Conclusion:Oxycodone acid sustained-released tablets combined with nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has obvious effect, which has less adverse reactions, and better clinical application value.

In order to detect the relationships of human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) with the expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor C (VEGF-C) and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor-3 (VEGFR-3), we examined the level of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 gene expression in the samples from 30 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa tissue (NLM), primary laryngeal carcinoma (PLC) and cervical lymph node (CLN) by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The protein levels of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 expression were also determined by Western blotting in 10 cases of NLM, PLC, CLN,respectively. We found that in the samples from the same patient, the VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 expression level is different among normal laryngeal mucosa tissue, primary laryngeal carcinoma and cervical lymph node. In primary laryngeal carcinoma, the level of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 expression was significantly higher in lymph node positive group than in lymph node negative group, and this difference was the associated with the histological grade of differentiation (P < 0.05). The expression levels of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were not associated with age, sex, site and T stage (P > 0.5). These results suggest that there is a close relationship of LSCC with VEGF-C/VEGFR-3; and VEGF-C/VEGFR-3 may have the potential for use as an indicator with prognostic significance in dealing with LSCC.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of initially treated pulmonary tuberculosis(TB)patients with rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis Rv0341 antibody positive. Methods Forty two initially treated pulmonary TB patients with rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis Rv0341 antibody positive were included as the study group and 42 initially treated pulmonary TB patients with rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis Rv0341 antibody as the control group The aspects of clinical symptoms,X-ray imaging manifestations, positive rate in sputum culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis, treatment effects, etc.were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rates of expectoration, hemoptysis and shortness of breath in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the X-ray image manifestations in the study group showed that the lesions were much more involved in two lungs and multiple lung fields(P<0.05),while thlesions in the control group more confined to single lung and one lung field(P< 0.05),moreover the rate appearing pulmonary cavity in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the sputum culture positive rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis had no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but the sputum culture positive rate of rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);as for the treatment effects, the cure rate in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05),the ineffective ratio in the control group was less than that in the study group. Conclusion Initially treated pulmonary TB patients with rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis Rv0341 antibody positive have the characteristics of severe clinical symptoms, wide range lesions, easily appearing cavity, high culture positive rate of rifampin dependent mycobacterium tuberculosis and poor treatment effect.

Objective To explore the feasibility and application in quantifying the rabbit central nervous system by using magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)sequences. Methods 12 normal New Zealand rabbits were used to scan the brain and spinal cord of rabbits by DTI sequence of 1.5T MR machine, and the normal apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)and fractional anisotropy (FA)values were obtained in the different regions of the brain and every spinal segment of rabbits,to analyse the characteristics and regularity of numerical changes. Results The average ADC value in the brain of rabbits was (0.87±0.08)×10-3mm2/s,the average FA value was 0.23±0.09;the average ADC value in cervical spinal cord was (1.05±0.14)×10-3mm2/s,the average FA value was 0.55±0.08.The average ADC value in thoracic spinal cord was (1.14±0.12)×10-3mm2/s,and the average FA value was 0.57±0.06;the average ADC value in lumber spinal cord was (1.20±0.12)×10-3mm2/s,and the average FA value was 0.61±0.06.Conclusion FA average value in the brain is lower than that in spinal cord (P<0.001),the difference is related to the distribution of nerve fibers and physiological curvature of spine.ADC average value in the brain is lower than that in spinal cord(P<0.001),this is related to the volume of spinal canal and the peripheral structure of spinal cord. The difference of FA value in the brain and spinal cord is higher than ADC value.
