Objective To find the changes of human fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 genone during development.Method Southern blot analysis of genomic DNA isolated from adult and fetal tissues. Result Adult FGFR1 gene structure is different from its embryonic counterpart. Conclusion The disserence might lead to changes of FGFR1 expression as wel as functions of the cells.

Objective To explore the principle of diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus. Method To retrospectively analyse the clinical data and treatment results of early postoperative inflammatory ileus. Results 15 cases after fasting, decompression, nutritional support, somatostatin and dexamethasone, and other conservative treatment were cured. Conclusion Early postoperative inflammatory ileus usually occurred in 2 weeks, has a typical performance of the obstruction, conservative treatment is effective.

Objective To evaluate the curved cutter stapler in the anus-preserving surgery of low rectal cancer. Methods To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of the application of the Curved Cutter Stapler in the anus-preserving surgery of low rectal cancer from 2006 to 2008. Results All the eases of patients with low rectal cancer received the anus-preserving surgery,one of them occurred in sub-clinical small fistula who recovered by con-servative treatment,no anastomofic leakage and no local recurrence occurred,two patients were died in 12,14 months after surgery. Conclusion The Curved Cutter Stapler has an advangtageous position in the anus-preserving surgery of low rectal cancer, can increase the rate of the anus-preserving.

A 59‐year‐old female patient with a ground‐glass opacity(GGO) in the right upper lobe of lung was prepared for surgery .CT and positron emission computed tomography(PCT) of thorax revealed a 9 mm GGO in the right upper lobe ,with no metastasis .A 3D printing of the right lung was performed to simulate the lesion .The surgical plan was made according to the model .A video‐assisted thoracoscopic segmentectomy of apical segment of right upper lobe was performed .A microinvasive ade‐nocarcinoma was proved by frozen section .Since the cutting border was larger than 2 cm from the lesion ,no further resection was performed .Subsequently ,a systemic mediastinal lymph node sampling was performed .Final pathology demonstrated a pT1aN0M0 microinvasive adenocarcinoma of the right upper lung .This case report illustrated that the 3D printing technology may be helpful in the procedure of surgical planning in resection of GGO .
