Oxaliplatin is effective for the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,but its application is restricted because of the dose-limiting toxicity.As drug carriers,liposomes are featured with delay release,lesion targeting and they could decrease the side effects of drugs.Active targeting modification of the liposome can change the biological distribution of the anticancer drugs,reduce or reverse multidrug resistance of tumor cells and enhance the effect of anti-tumor drugs.With these characteristics mentioned above,lipsomes containing oxaliplatin may play an important role in the treatment of colorectal cancer.

OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of Ibuprofen Sustained Release Tablets in healthy volunteers.METHODS: A total of 18 male healthy volunteers were randomly divided into two groups.They were assigned to receive Ibuprofen Sustained Release Tablets(trial preparation) and Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules(reference preparation) respectively.The concentrations of ibuprofen in plasma were determined by RP-HPLC.The main pharmacokinetic parameters were obtained using 3p97 program.RESULTS: The Cmax of the two preparations were(25.43?0.78) ?g?mL-1 and(26.87?0.66)?g?mL-1 respectively;tmax were(3.67?0.52) h and(3.83?0.75) h;AUC0～24 were(181.20?5.12)?g?h?mL-1 and(187.58?5.29)?g?h?mL-1;AUC0～∞ were(184.34?5.35)、(191.19?4.87)?g?h?mL-1;MRT were(6.51?0.73)h and(6.80?0.48) h,respectively.The relative bioavailability of the sustained-release tablets was 103.7%.CONCLUSION: The ibuprofen sustained release tablets have remarkable sustained release efficacy.

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of joint mobilization therapy for osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods 120 patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with joint mobilization and synthesis rehabilitation therapy, and control group only with synthesis rehabilitation therapy.Results The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group according to analysis of intention-to-treat, and 92.73% in the treatment group and 80.77% in the control group based on analysis of per-protocol population. There was a significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05). No adverse effect was found in the treatment group.Conclusion The joint mobilization therapy is efficacy and safety for osteoarthritis of knee joint.

BACKGROUND: To synthetically analyze the correlation between cytokeratin 19 and pancreas stem cells.DATA SOURCES:References about the correlation between cytokeratin 19 and pancreas stem cells were retrieved in Medline and Ovid database with the key words of "cytokeratin, pancreas, stem cells, marker, differentiation" in English from January 2000 to May 2006.STUDY SELECTION:Literatures about the correlation between cytokeratin 19 and pancreas stem cells were retrieved and those characterized by strong pertinency, published in the near future and selected from authoritative journals were selected in this paper.DATA EXTRACTION: Among 86 articles, 35 of them met the inclusion criteria and 51 were excluded.DATA SYNTHESIS:Pancreas stem cells are characterized by multi-directional differentiation.Cytokeratin 19 has a positive expression in pancreas stem cells and a molecular sign of pancreas stem cells. This provides a new way to further understand bionomics of pancreas stem cells,study separation,purification,transconformation and direction differentiation to islet cells, and treat diabetes mellitus with transplantation of pancreas stem cells.CONCLUSION: Expression of cytokeratin 19 is observed during the differentiation of pancreas stem cells and cytokeratin19 is a sign of pancreas stem cells.

Objective To establish a method to determine dicofol and eight pyrethroid pesticides residues in vegetables and fruits by gas chromatography.Methods The crushed samples were extracted with organic solvent,then the extract was analyzed by DM-17 capillary column gas chromatography after being purified by PestiCarb-NH2 cartridge and silica cartridge solid phase extraction.Results The detection curve covered the linear range of 0.10-2.0 ?g/ml .The minimum detection limit was 0.011-0.090 ?g/kg.The rates of recovery were 85.4%-105%.The variable coefficient(RSD) was under 7.0%.Conclusion This method has the advantages of less disturb, simple and high accuracy, and it can be applicable to the routine analysis of dicofol and pyrethroid pesticides residues.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of peritoneum for unknown ascites.Methods The clinical data of 106 cases of unknown peritoneum in our hospital were collected retrospectively over the past five years (May 23,2011 to August 2,2016).The sensitivity and specificity of the percutaneous biopsy of peritoneum in diagnosis of the patients with unknown etiological ascites were evaluated.Complications were collected to evaluate the safety.Results The 106 patients with unknown ascites were performed with CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of peritoneum.The diagnoses of 91 patients were confirmed pathologically,accounted for 85.85％ of the total.Among the 91 patients,there were 60 cases (56.60％) of malignant and 31 cases (29.25％) of benign.The other 15 patients had no clinical diagnosis,which accounted for 14.15％ of the total.The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity was 88.35％ and 100％ respectively,which were significantly superior to cytological examination,biochemical markers and other routine analysis.No severe complications were observed in all patients.Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous biopsy of peritoneum for unknown ascites plays an important instructive role in diagnosis with high accuracy,and it is a safe and effective method.

BACKGROUND: Pancreatic stem cells can be differentiated into endocrine functioning cells under a suitable cultivation condition, suggesting that pancreatic stem cells can be used as a new source of islet in treating diabetes mellitus.OBJECTIVE: To discuss the expression of stem cell in different purities of pancreatic islets.DESING: A controlled observation based on cells.SETTING: Third People's Hospital of Mianyang City.MATERIALS: The experiment was conducted in the Center Laboratory (Key Laboratory of Chongqing City), the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from March 2005 to March 2006. Thirty healthy male SD rats, of clean grade, aged 50 days were used in this study. During the experiment, the disposal of animals corresponded to Animal Ethical Standard. Cytokeratin (CK)-19 and β-actin were designed by Shanghai Invitrogen Biological Co., Ltd.Brdu reagent, mouse anti-rat Brdu monoclonal antibody, rabbit anti-mouse (RAM) CK-19 polyclonal antibody and Brdu immunohistochemical kit were from Boster Co., Ltd. (Wuhan); HistostainTM -DS double immunohistochemical staining kit was purchased from Beijing Zhongshan Company.METHODS: Rats were intraperitoneally injected with Brdu for labeling, and subjected to perfusion with Ⅴ-type collagenase via pancreatic ducts, with pancreas being excised, ripped, beaten up, digested and centrifuged to obtain pancreatic islet sediments. After being precipitated, the sediments were divided into 3 groups. Group A: The isolated sediments of islets were not purified; Group B: The sediments were added slowly with 25% Ficoll-400 and Hanks solution for purification; Group C: The sediments were slowly added with 25% Ficoll-400, 11% Ficoll-400 for purification in order.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Expressions of Brdu and CK-19-positive cells in the islet samples were detected by immunohistochemical method, and mRNA expression of CK-19 in the different purities of islets was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.RESULTS: ① The purity of islets in the group A was the lowest. The purity of islets obtained by different purification techniques showed significances among the three groups (F =89.42, P ＜ 0.05). ②Positive expressions of Brdu and CK-19 in the group A were significantly higher than those in the group B and group C (F =18.64, 22.12, 38.61. P ＜0.01). ③Expression of CK-19 mRNA in the group A was significantly higher than that in other groups, with group C showing the lowest.CONCLUSION: Expressions of Brdu and CK-19-positive cells exist in different purities of islets, suggesting the existence of more stem cells in the low purify of islets.

Objective To explore the effect of intracavitary therapy on acute pulmonary embohsm.Methods Fifteen patients were selected as our subjects,who suffered acute pulmonary embolism and received percutaneous catheter thrombus crashing and catheter directed thrombolysis in Beijing Military.Region General Hospital from January 2009 to June 2011.Local injection of Urokinase was performed with a total amount of 500 000 U in catheter directed thrombolysis.After thrombolysis,low molecular Heparin was administered to patients for 7-10 days and oral administration of Warfarin was performed for 3-6 months.Clinical symptoms,improvement of physical signs,complications,changes of mean pulmonary arterial pressure(mPAP) and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PO2),and the opening of pulmonary artery were recorded.Results The pulmonary arteries of the 12 patients were completely opened,and partially opened in 3 patients.The effective rate was 100％ (15/15).mPAP was reduced from (40.07 ±5.97) mmHg to (20.00 ±4.66) mmHg (t =-1.128,P ＜ 0.05),PO2 was increased from (50.26 ± 9.30) mmHg to (80.49 ± 9.04) mmHg (t =1.246,P ＜ 0.05).Patients were followed-up for 3-6 months and no recurrence case was seen.Conclusion The interventional therapy is effective,safe and practicable in the treatment of acute pulmonary embolism.

Objective To investigate the effect of exogenous interleukin-10 (IL-10) on liver regeneration in rats with biliary obstruction.Methods Male Wistar rats were divided randomly into either a sham operation (SO) group,obstructive jaundice (OJ) group,or IL-10 treated group.Rats in OJ and IL-10 treated groups underwent ligation and division of the common bile duct,while only the SO group had division of the common bile duct.Rats in the IL-10 treated group received daily intraperitoneal injection of IL-10 at a dose of 4 μg/kg after the operation.Quantitative fluorescence real-time PCR was performed to detect hepatic TGF-β1 mRNA expression.Immunohistochemistry for hepatic proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) labeling index was used to evaluate and epitope of IL-10.The serum levels of total bilirubin (T Bil),direct bilirubin (D Bil),alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were also measured.Results Hepatic TGF-β1 mRNA,PCNA labeling index and serum levels of ALT and AST in OJ group rats were significantly higher than SO group rats at days 3 and 7 after the operation (P＜0.05).Compared to the OJ group,the IL-10 group had significantly lower hepatic TGF-β1 mRNA and serum levels of ALT and AST.Conversely the IL10 group's hepatic PCNA labeling index was significantly increased as compared with those in OJ group 7 days after operation (P＜0.05).Conclusion Exogenous IL-10 could enhance liver regeneration and alleviate hepatic dysfunction by down-regulating hepatic TGF-β1 expression in rats with biliary obstruction.
