Objective To study the effect of fat emulsion intravenous infusion on serum free fatty acids(FFAs) in rats.Methods 24 male Wistar rats were divided randomly into 3 groups,8 rats in each group.(1)Control group(NS),the rats were infused with normal saline intravenously and regular chow;(2)Group LCT,infused with 10% intralipid fat emulsion intravenously;(3)Group MCT/LCT,infused with 10% lipofundin fat emulsion. Group LCT and group MCT/LCT were continuously received equal calorie,nitrogen and volemin in 'All-in-One'solutions. Serum samples were drawn on the 8th day after PN for fatty acid determination. Results The FFAs in Group LCT and group MCT/LCT were remarkably higher than that in control group, but no difference between Group LCT and group MCT/LCT. Conclusions Fat emulsion intravenous infusion can increase the serum free fatty acids considerately.

Objective To investigate the effects of Qibai Pingfei Capsules(QPC) on the expression of monoamine neurotransmitters of 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor(5-HT) and dopamine(DA) receptors of DA1 and DA5 in the rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) accompanied with depression, and to explore the possible therapeutic mechanism. Methods Ninety male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, namely normal group, COPD depression group, QPC group, Venlafaxine group, and QPC plus Venlafaxine group. The rat model of COPD accompanied with depression was established by compound methods of smoking, food deprivation, water deprivation, forced swimming, shaking, and clipping tail. And then the effects of QPC on the lung function and the general characteristics were observed. Furthermore, the mRNA level of 5-HT1AR was determined by real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR(RT-qPCR), and protein levels of DA-1 and DA-5 in rat hippocampus were assayed by Western blot analysis. Results Compared with the normal group, forced expiratory volume in 0.3 second(FEV0.3), the forced volume capacity(FVC) and FEV0.3/ FVC in the COPD depression group were significantly reduced (P < 0.01). Compared with the COPD depression group, the values mentioned above were restored to different extents in the groups of QPC, Venlafaxine, and QPC plus Venlafaxine(P<0.01). Compared with the normal group, the expression levels of 5-HT1AR mRNA, and DA-1 and DA-5 protein in the COPD depression group were significantly down-regulated, and their levels were also slightly decreased in the treatment groups(P<0.05). Compared with the COPD depression group, the expression levels were up-regulated to various degrees in all of the treatment groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion QPC can increase the mRNA levels of 5-HT1AR and protein levels of DA-1 and DA-5 in the hippocampus of COPD with depression.

Objective:To investigate the anti-fatigue phenomenon induced by forced swimming in the mice,and to explore the anti-fatigue effect of argininyl fructoyl glucose (AFG) from red ginseng in the mice and its mechanism.Methods:The AFG was extracted from red ginseng.The ICR mice were divided into blank control group,low dose of AFG group (100 mg · kg-1),middle dose of AFG group (200 mg · kg-1) and high dose of AFG group (400 mg · kg-1) (n=20).The mice mere given a forced swimming test after continuous gavage for 28 d.The weights,organ indexes,time of forced swimming,contents of lactic acid (LD),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),hepatic glycogen (Gly) and expressing levels of PGC-1α in gastrocnemius of the mice in various groups were detected.Results:Compared with blank control group,the weights and organ indexes of the mice in low,middle and high doses of AFG groups had no significant differences (P＞ 0.05).Compared with blank control group,the time of forced swimming,contents of Gly and expressing levels of PGC-1α of the mice in low,middle and high doses of AFG groups were significantly increased (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01) in a dose-dependent manner.Compared with blank control group,The contents of LD and BUN in serum of the mice in low,middle and high doses of AFG groups were significantly decreased (P＜0.01).Conclusion:AFG has anti-fatigue effect in mice,and its mechanism may be related to energy metabolism.

OBJECTIVE：To study the skin irritation and se nsitization of domestic generic drug Clobetasone butyrate cream ， and to compare it with commercial drug （original drugs ）. METHODS ：The skin irritation test was conducted on rabbits. Totally 24 rabbits were randomly divided into test preparation intact skin group ，test preparation abraded skin group ，commercial drug intact skin group and commercial drug abraded skin group ，with 6 rabbits in each group. 0.5 mL test preparation or commercial drug was administered to the left side of intact or abraded skin and the same amount of excipient on the right side of each rabbit twice a day for consecutive 7 days. The irritation of the drug to the rabbit skin was observed ，and the erythema and edema of the skin were scored；the skin of administration site was taken at 72 h after last administration and the end of 7 d after drug withdrawal for histopathological examination. The skin sensitization test （Buehler test ）was carried out on guinea pigs. Totally 60 guinea pigs were randomly divided into test preparation group （n＝20），commercial drug group （n＝20），positive control group （n＝10）and excipient control group （n＝10）. 0.2 mL test preparation or commercial drug was administrated to the left side of the rib abdomen skin of each guinea pig at the 0，7th，14th day to induce model ，and an equal amount of corresponding preparation was administered to the right side in the same way at the 28th day for stimulation. Hypersensitive response such as erythema and edema were observed and scored at 24 h and 48 h after the stimulation. The incidence of hypersensitive response was then calculated. RESULTS：In skin irritation test of rabbits ，no erythema and edema was caused by the test preparation or commercial drug on intact skin of rabbits ；scores of skin irritation was 0；there was no dermal irritation. Both test preparation and commercial drug caused transient slight erythema on abraded skin of a few rabbits ；scores of intact and abraded skin irritation were 0-0.33；there was no dermal irritation. There was no statistical significance among groups. No dermal pathological changes were observed. In skin sensitization test of guinea pig ，no hypersensitive response such as erythema and edema was found on the skin of guinea pigs in both test preparation and commercial drug groups ；both score and the incidence of hypersensitive response were 0. Compared with excipient control group ，there was no statistical significance of average score and the incidence of hypersensitive response in test preparation group and commercial drug group. CONCLU- SIONS：In skin irritation test of rabbits and skin sensitization test of guinea pigs ， the evaluation results of generic Clobetasone butyrate cream are the same as those of the original drug. It has no irritation to the skin of rabbit ，and no sensitization to the skin of guinea pigs.

Cranial defects may result from clinical brain tumor surgery or accidental trauma. The defect skulls require hand-designed skull implants to repair. The edge of the skull implant needs to be accurately matched to the boundary of the skull wound with various defects. For the manual design of cranial implants, it is time-consuming and technically demanding, and the accuracy is low. Therefore, an informer residual attention U-Net (IRA-Unet) for the automatic design of three-dimensional (3D) skull implants was proposed in this paper. Informer was applied from the field of natural language processing to the field of computer vision for attention extraction. Informer attention can extract attention and make the model focus more on the location of the skull defect. Informer attention can also reduce the computation and parameter count from N ² to log( N). Furthermore,the informer residual attention is constructed. The informer attention and the residual are combined and placed in the position of the model close to the output layer. Thus, the model can select and synthesize the global receptive field and local information to improve the model accuracy and speed up the model convergence. In this paper, the open data set of the AutoImplant 2020 was used for training and testing, and the effects of direct and indirect acquisition of skull implants on the results were compared and analyzed in the experimental part. The experimental results show that the performance of the model is robust on the test set of 110 cases fromAutoImplant 2020. The Dice coefficient and Hausdorff distance are 0.940 4 and 3.686 6, respectively. The proposed model reduces the resources required to run the model while maintaining the accuracy of the cranial implant shape, and effectively assists the surgeon in automating the design of efficient cranial repair, thereby improving the quality of the patient's postoperative recovery.
