Hemodynamic monitoring is an essential part in the care of children with congenital heart disease during perioperative period to guide clinical management.Currently, there are several methods available for hemodynamic monitoring. The invasive methods include the Fick method, thermodilution method, using the Swan-Ganz catheter and the pulse contour method. The noninvasive methods include partial carbon dioxide resorption, impedance method. In this paper, the principle, advantages and disadvantages of these monitoring methods in children undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass surgery were reviewed.
4. Preparation of Sanqi Hydrogel Patch used for setting a bone and study on its transdermal permeability in vitro
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2015;46(5):654-664
To prepare Sanqi Hydrogel Patch used for setting a bone and study its transdermal permeation properties in vitro. In this paper, the appearance description, initial bonding strength, endurance bonding strength, and peel strength were taken as indexes. Based on the result of a single factor experiment, the formula for the Sanqi Hydrogel Patch was optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology. Franz diffusing cells method was chosen to study its transdermal permeability in vitro with asperosaponin VI, ginsenoside Rg

Abstract: Mosquitoes are involved in the transmission of serious diseases such as malaria, dengue, chikungunya, yellow fever, Zika virus disease, and filariasis, and their prevention and control have always been a research hotspot. Currently, mosquito control methods mainly include physical control, chemical control and biological control. Physical control methods are environmentally friendly, but they are slow to take effect and have unsatisfactory control effects; although chemical control can quickly eliminate mosquitoes, it has been eliminated due to its high pollution, high residual, and easy drug resistance; biological control uses natural enemies or pathogens to kill mosquitoes and reduce their ability to transmit disease. Therefore, environmentally friendly biological control has become the main measure for controlling and preventing mosquitoes. In recent years, significant progress has been made in bacterial mosquito control agents, among which Bacillus thuringiensis has been the most extensively studied. Bacillus thuringiensis is a Gram-positive soil microorganism, which is the pathogenic bacterium of a variety of agricultural pests such as Lepidoptera, Coleoptera and Diptera. During the sporulation process, its strains produce a variety of insecticidal crystal proteins (ICPs) or δ-endotoxins with insecticidal activity against mosquito larvae. This review firstly introduces the crystal proteins of Bacillus thuringiensis, describes in detail the types and structures of crystal proteins in detail, and also reveals the mechanism of action of crystal proteins related to receptors.

We have constructed an immunotoxin(Ng76-TCS),which was composed of a monoclonalantibody directed against human melanoma and trichosanthin(TCS)——a single chain ribosomeinactivating protein. The cultured human melanoma cells(M21)were inhibited effectively byNg 76-TCS.The cytotoxicity of Ng76-TCS to M21 cells was 2,000-fold higher than that of free TCS and Ng76 mixture.A conjugate, which was prepared with normal mice immunoglobulinand TCS(NIgG-TCS),was 160-fold less cytotoxic to M21 cells.Meanwhile Ng76-TCS was125-fold less cytotoxic to nontarget cells Hela. These results showed that the immunotoxinNg76-TCS was a potent and specific anti-human melanoma agent.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of bacteria in general ICU then discuss the susceptible factors and the treatment.METHODS A retrospective analysis of clinical information was performed on 123 patients diagnosed infection who stayed in ICU from May 2002 to May 2004.RESULTS Most of bacteria resulted in infection of general ICU were Gram-negative(62.88%) and then Gram-positive(19.65%). Fungal infection accounted for 17.47%.Pseudomonas aeruginosa occupied the highest percentage among Gram-negative bacteria. Most of Gram-positive bacteria were Staphylococcus aureus and all of them were MRS.The infection site in ICU focused on lower respiratory tract(89.09%).The second was urinary tract(11.79%).CONCLUSIONS Most of the bacteria causing infection in general ICU locate in respiratory tract. They are mainly Gram-negative.All of the Gram-positive bacteria are MRS.The risk factors of hospital-acquired infection are related with patient′s age, underlying disease, intensive care time, ventilation time and invasive operation.

Aim:To construct the short hairpin small interfering RNA(shRNA) eukaryotic expression vector specific to mouse lectin like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor 1(LOX-1) gene and to observe its silencing effect on LOX-1 in RAW264.7 cells.Methods:(1)The pLOX-1-shRNA expression vector was constructed by gene recombination,Then transfected into the cultured RAW264.7 cells. At 48 h after Transfection, the expression of LOX-1 mRNA in RAW264.7 cells were determined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR,the expression of LOX-1 proteins examined by Western blot.(2) Oil Red O Dyeing experiment was used to show the cellular lipid droplets in lipid-loaded cells. The method of cholesterol oxidase analysis was performed to determine the content of cellular cholesterol. The ability of uptake Dil-ox-LDL in RAW264.7 cells was assayed by fluorescence microscopy. Results: pLOX-1-shRNA expression vector was successfully constructed.Transfection of pLOX-1-shRNA expression vector into RAW264.7 cells down regulaled the expression level of LOX-1 gene,as compared with the control group, transfection of the RAW264.7 cells with LOX 1-shRNA led to a remarkable reduction of the number macrophages transformed into foam cell, and could suppress the uptake of ox-LDL.Conclusion:The pLOX-1-shRNA expression vector can inhibit the expression of LOX 1 in RAW264.7 cells and the transformation of the macrophages into foam, which may he beneficial in searching new gene therapy of atherosclerosis.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (DCUS) for the diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed to review the DCUS data of 26 patients which were diagnosed as gastric cancer by pathology in the third affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical University from October 2014 to July 2015.The analysis results were compared with postoperative pathology to get accuracy rates. Results The located accuracy, qualitative accuracy and accuracy at T phase of DUCS was 100% (26/26),100% (26/26) and 88.5% (23/26),respectively.Compared with color doppler flow imaging (CDFI),the qualitative accuracy of DUCS was much higher (P < 0.05).The accuracy of DUCS at T phase was higher than that of CDFI with no statistical significance (P > 0.05) Conclusion DUCS has an important application value in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
