China Pharmacy 2016;27(12):1585-1587
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the national essential medicine system and satisfy the needs of ra-tional use from the public METHODS:The current situation and existing problems in the national essential system were described by literature research and comparative analysis, and recommendations were presented. RESULTS:The implementation of essential medicine system has certain effects in China, but there still remains some problems, involving too much variety of essential medi-cines,high price and others, and limitation of the use of medicine and distribution in primary medical institutions. CONCLU-SIONS:Government should further simplify the essential medicine lists, reduce prices, strengthen policy support for primary medi-cal institutions, deepen the national essential medicine system and protect the public's rational drug use.

Journal of Environment and Health 1989;0(06):-
Objective To find out the defects existing in the rinsing and sterilizing process of the automatic bottle washer and to put forward an improvement measure and efficiency assessment. Methods To make the washer more effective,an automatic brush pre-washing process and a rotary spraying device were designed and used. The total bacteria amount, the total coliform group and the disinfectant (ClO2) residual level were employed as the assessment parameters. Results An external automatic pre-washing machine was installed on the bottle washer;the bottle washer was innovated so that its spray nozzle could be in directions and the rinsing and sterilizing process could be enhanced. The results showed that the improved machine ran well in treating the polluted and recycled bottles and all the assessment indexes were better than that of before improvement. Conclusion The improved automatic bottle washer is considered effective in cleanout and sterilization of bottles with a satisfactory result.

Objective To explore the role of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) in the regulatory effects of erythropoie‐tin (EPO) on mitochondiral biogenesis in cardiomyocytes exposed to chronic hypoxia .Methods H9c2 cardiomyocytes were cultured in the environment of hypoxia for 1 week(94% N2 ,5% O2 ) ,establishing the chronic hypoxic cardiomyocyte model .All the cells were divided into 3 groups :HC(chronic hypoxic control) ,HE[treated with chronic hypoxia and 20 U/mL recombinant human EPO (rhEPO) ]and HR(cells transfected with eNOS shRNA plasmid and treated with 20 U/mL rhEPO and chronic hypoxia) .Fluores‐cent probe was used to detect the changes of mitochondial number .Mitochondial DNA (mtDNA) relative express level was assayed by RT‐PCR .The expression and phosphorylation of eNOS protein were analyzed with Western blot .Results rhEPO significantly increased the phosphorylation of eNOS and elavated the mitochondialt number and mtDNA (P< 0 .05) .shRNA interference on eNOS significantly blocked all the above changes induced by rhEPO (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Phosphory lation of eNOS is the im‐portant signalling pathway for the enhanced mitochondrial biogenesis in cardiomyocytes exposed to chronic hypoxia by EPO .

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2016;32(4):547-551
Objective:To evaluate the antimicrobial effect of ozonated water on the putative periodontopathic bacteria. Methods:Pophyromonas gingivalis (P.g)ATCC33277,Haemophilus actinomycetemcomitans (H.a)ATCC29522,Fusobacterium nucleatum (F.n)ATCC1 0957 and clinically seperated strain of P.g(C -P.g)were treated by ozonated water with ozone concentration(mg/L) of 0.03,0.06 and 0.1 2 for 30,60,90 and 1 20 s respectively. The bactericidal effect was tested by bactericidal assay.H2 O2 was used as the positive control and distilled water as the negative control. Results:The antimicrobial rate of ozonated water agaist the bacteria increased with the ozone concentration increase. There was no statistic diffrence of the effect on P.g and C -P.g(P >0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that the βvalues of the concentration factor were over 0.95,that of the time factor under 0.1 1 .Conclu-sion:The ozonated water has dose-dependent bactericidal effect on P.g,H.a and F.n.

World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(2):382-388
This paper was aimed to summarize professor Huang Chunlin’s medication experiences, rules and prescription characteristics in the treatment of chronic nephritis through data mining on patients’ records of chronic nephritis. The records of 92 outpatients which met the criteria were collected. The total treatment number was 276. Text conversion was made on patients’ records. And the archive of patients’ data was established. With the support of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System, the medication experiences and prescription rules of professor Huang were summarized. The results showed that the top 20 herbs with relatively high using frequencies were mostly sweet in flavor and neutral in nature. The meridian distributions were mostly the kidney, spleen and liver meridian. The medication effects were mainly qi-reinforcing, yang-reinforcing, water-clearing and dampness-removing. Results from data mining showed 5 couplet medicines and 8 new prescriptions in chronic nephritis treatment. It was concluded that in Professor Huang’s syndrome differentiation of chronic nephritis, it was related to the spleen and kidney, and also related to dampness and stasis. The characteristics in medication were “high-dose for severe conditions”, “sweet in flavor and neutral in nature with outstanding effects”, “always related to the spleen and kidney”, “always related to dampness and stasis”.

Objective To study the changes of liver blood flow with or without portal vein thrombus (PVTT) in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The hepatocellular carcinoma patients with PVTT (n=26) and without PVTT (n=35) were enrolled. The diameter and the velocity of hepatic arterial (HA) and portal vein (PV) were measured with color Doppler flow imaging in all patients. Results In the patients with PVTT, the diameter of PV dilated and the velocity of PV dropped significantly and the velocity of HA rised obviously, as compared with those without PVTT. Conclusion The index of HA and PA is very important to guide the therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.

Objective To discuss the indications, methods and potential complications of endovascular stent placement for stenosis of internal carotid artery (ICA). Methods Symptomatic with ICA stenosis greater than 50%, and asymptomaticwere with ICA stenosis greater than 70% were selected. Self-expanding stent were used in extracranial ICA. Results 40 patients were inplaced 48 stents. All patients had no complications during and after operation. Each case was succssful at instant agiograph. Follow-up X-ray and sonography showed no distortion, movement of stents and restenosis. Conclusions Endovascular stent angioplasty was a safe, effective for stenosis of extracranial ICA. How to prevent complications occur including the embolic particles and restenosis must be studied deeply.
