Goal To promote the university student to foster the civilized behavior.Method From September to October,2007,investigate the 615 students of Nursing Department in Our college,in order to know the situations of civilization and manners on campus.Result Amorg the ten big uncivilized behaviors,in the first place is: uncivilized languge,that is,speaking obscene words.The above is the view of 324 students 167 students think that humiliating the small and weak and fighting are the most disgusting behaviors.So how to foster the university student's civilized behavior turns to be a society problem now.Conclusion The coordination of the autonomy and the heternomy can play a better effect during the process of fostering the civilized behaviors.But the autonomy may play a main role in the process.
2.The quantification and clinical significance of allergen specific IgE in 451 children from Sichuan Province

Objective To explore the distribution of specific allergens for children in Sichuan Province and provide the evidences of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Totally 451 cases in West China Second University Hospital,from April to August of 2016,were detected for 20 kinds of allergen-specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) by a new reverse enzyme-allergosorbent test,SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis was used to evaluate allergen-specific IgE levels in different groups of age,gender and diverse population distribution of disease.Results A total of 282 cases among 451 subjects were detected as IgE positive and the positive rate was 62.53%,among which 248 cases were positive for inhaled allergen-specific IgE,and the positive rate was 54.99%.There were 261 positive cases in food allergen-specific IgE,and the positive rate was 57.87%.For inhaled allergens,the highest positive rate was dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (n=111,24.61%),then dermatophagoides farina (n=110,24.39%),and house dust (n=108,23.95%);For food allergens,the highest positive rate was milk (n=159,35.25%),then egg (n=111,24.61%),and house dust (n=108,23.95%).Conclusions Both Inhaled allergens and food allergens were the important cause of allergic disease for children in Sichuan area.Serum allergen specific IgE determination was helpful to understand the patient′s allergy status,and diagnose the allergic disease.
3.Effect of Intensive Scapular Control Training on Post-stroke Shoulder Pain

Objective To observe the effect of intensive scapular control training on pain, upper limb motor function and activities of daily living (ADL) in patients with post-stroke shoulder pain. Methods 58 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly assigned into routine exercise group (group A, n=27) and intensive scapular control training group (group B, n=31). They were assessed with visual analogue scale for pain, simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment and modified Bathel Index before and 8 weeks after treatment. Results All the assessment appeared better in group B than in group A after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Intensive scapular control training can promote the recovery of motor function and ADL, relieve the pain in patients with post-stroke shoulder pain.

Objective To study the clinical features and prevention means of the infection caused by the highly dathogenic avian influenza A(H_5N_1).Method The clinical data which were confirmed to be an H_5N_1 infected case were analyzed retrospectively.Results The patient,16-year-old male,had no unambi guous history of direct contact with diseased or dead poultry before the onset of the disease.After the onset of the disease,chest X-ray showed flake shadow of the right lower lung quickly spread to the whole lung,associated with mediastinum,subcutaneous emphysema,acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)was occurred on the fifth day.Mechanical ventilation is the primary measure in the comprehensive treatment.On the sixth day,Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention detected the pharyngeal specimen of the patient by RT - PCR,Real- time PCR method and suggested positive for the A/H5/N1 virus nucleic acid andis01ated the avian flu(H_5N_1) virus.The disease course was 10 days from onset of illness to death.Conclusions Human infection by the highly pathogenic avian influenza A(H_5N_1)is a deadly infectious disease.If the lesions is widespread and associated with ARDS,prognosis is poor.
5.Co-transplantation of neural stem cells and Schwann cells within poly (L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) scaffolds facilitates axonal regeneration in hemisected rat spinal cord.

BACKGROUNDVarious tissue engineering strategies have been developed to facilitate axonal regeneration after spinal cord injury. This study aimed to investigate whether neural stem cells (NSCs) could survive in poly(L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) scaffolds and, when cografted with Schwann cells (SCs), could be induced to differentiate towards neurons which form synaptic connection and eventually facilitate axonal regeneration and myelination and motor function.
METHODSNSCs and SCs which were seeded within the directional PLGA scaffolds were implanted in hemisected adult rat spinal cord. Control rats were similarly injured and implanted of scaffolds with or without NSCs. Survival, migration, differentiation, synaptic formation of NSCs, axonal regeneration and myelination and motor function were analyzed. Student's t test was used to determine differences in surviving percentage of NSCs. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to determine the differences in the number of axons myelinated in the scaffolds, the mean latency and amplitude of cortical motor evoked potentials (CMEPs) and Basso, Beattie & Bresnahan locomotor rating scale (BBB) score. The χ(2) test was used to determine the differences in recovery percentage of CMEPs.
RESULTSNSCs survived, but the majority migrated into adjacent host cord and died mostly. Survival rate of NSCs with SCs was higher than that of NSCs without SCs ((1.7831 ± 0.0402)% vs. (1.4911 ± 0.0313)%, P < 0.001). Cografted with SCs, NSCs were induced to differentiate towards neurons and might form synaptic connection. The mean number of myelinated axons in PLGA + NSCs + SCs group was more than that in PLGA + NSCs group and in PLGA group ((110.25 ± 30.46) vs. (18.25 ± 3.30) and (11.25 ± 5.54), P < 0.01). The percentage of CMEPs recovery in PLGA + NSCs + SCs group was higher than in the other groups (84.8% vs. 50.0% and 37.5%, P < 0.05). The amplitude of CMEPs in PLGA + NSCs + SCs group was higher than in the other groups ((1452.63 ± 331.70) µV vs. (428.84 ± 193.01) µV and (117.33 ± 14.40) µV, P < 0.05). Ipsilateral retransection resulted in disappearance again and functional loss of CMEPs for a few days. But contralateral retransection completely damaged the bilateral motor function.
CONCLUSIONSNSCs can survive in PLGA scaffolds, and SCs promote NSCs to survive and differentiate towards neurons in vivo which even might form synaptic connection. The scaffolds seeded with cells facilitate axonal regeneration and myelination and motor function recovery. But regenerating axons have limited contribution to motor function recovery.

6.Screening of carcinogenesis associated genes in gastric carcinoma by gene chip.

OBJECTIVETo screen the carcinogenesis associated genes in gastric carcinoma by gene chip.
METHODSU133A (Affymetrix Santa Clara, CA) gene chip was used to detect differentially expressed genes in tumor tissues, paratumor mucosa and normal mucosa. Bioinformatics was used to analyze the screened results.
RESULTSA total of 150 genes were detected with a difference of expression levels more than 3 times in paratumor mucosa compared with normal gastric mucosa, 130 of which were up-regulated and 20 down-regulated. According to the function classifications of the differentially expressed genes, the most common ones were enzyme and enzyme regulon activity associated genes(28, 18.7% ). The frequencies of nuclei acid binding activity associated genes,signal transduction associated genes and protein binding associated genes were 11.3%, 10%, and 8.7% respectively. Seventy-one differentially expressed genes were detected both in tumor tissues and paratumor mucosa compared with normal mucosa, 61 of which were up-regulated and 10 down-regulated. Among these 71 genes,e leven genes were localized on chromosome 19, 6 on chromosome 1, 2, 16, 17 respectively. No abnormal differentially expressed gene were detected on chromosome 5, 14, 22 and Y.
CONCLUSIONSThese 71 genes differentially expressed both in tumor tissues and paratumor mucosa may be associated with carcinogenesis of gastric carcinoma. The four kinds of genes associated with enzyme and enzyme regulon activity, nuclei acid binding activity, signal transduction, and protein binding should be the main genes for the study of carcinogenesis in gastric carcinoma.

OBJECTIVETo study the difference of gene expression profiles in gastric cancer (T), pericancerous mucosa (P) and the gastric mucosa from distant cutting margin (C), and to screen an associated novel gene in early gastric carcinogenesis by oligonucleotide microarray.
METHODSU133A (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA) gene chip was used to detect the gene expression profile difference in T, P and C, respectively. Bioinformatics was used to analyze the detected results.
RESULTSWhen gastric cancer was compared with normal gastric mucosa, 766 genes were found,with a difference of more than four times in expression levels, including 530 up-regulated [Signal Log Ratio (SLR) > 2], and 236 down-regulated (SLR< -2). When P was compared with C, 64 genes were found, with a difference of more than four times in expression levels, including 50 up-regulated (SLR > 2), and 14 down-regulated (SLR< -2). Compared with C, a total of 143 genes with a difference of more than four times in expression levels both in T and P tissues. Of the 143 genes, 108 were up-regulated (SLR > 2), and 35 were down-regulated (SLR< -2).
CONCLUSIONSGene chip can reveal 143 same genes both in pericancerous mucosa and gastric mucosa. These genes may be related to the carcinogenesis and development of early gastric cancer.

9.Drug resistance and molecular epidemiology of Shigella isolated from children with diarrhea.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the prevalence and antibiotic resistance of Shigella isolated from children with diarrhea for the guidance of clinical treatment and prevention and control of bacillary dysentery.
METHODA total of 156 strains of Shigella were isolated from feces of children with diarrhea in Zhejiang Xiaoshan Hospital from January 2008 to December 2010. The antimicrobial resistance of the strains was detected by disk diffusion method and the extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) in these isolates were determined using phenotypic confirmatory test; the isolates of ESBLs producing Shigella sonnei were analyzed by REP-PCR.
RESULTAmong 156 strains of Shigella isolated, the most common groups were Shigella sonnei (130 strains, accounting for 83.3%) and Shigella fleaneri (26 strains, accounting for 16.7%), and 81 (51.9%) strains were identified as ESBLs producers, and the positive rates in 2008, 2009 and 2010 were 32.0%, 41.4% and 59.8%, respectively. The results of antibiotic susceptibility test displayed that the resistance rates of ESBLs producing Shigella to ampicillin, cotrimoxazole, cefotaxime, piperacillin were higher than 90%. However, the resistance rates to cefepime, ceftazidime, levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin were low; The resistance of ESBLs producing strains to piperacillin (100% vs. 77.3%), cefotaxime (100% vs. 0), ceftazidime (14.8% vs. 0), cefepime (28.4% vs. 0), cotrimoxazole (95.1% vs. 86.7%) was significantly higher than that of non-ESBLs producing strains (χ(2) = 20.605, 156.000, 12.037, 24.979, 45.040, respectively; P < 0.05). No isolate was resistant to piperacillin/tazobactam and imipenem. There were 7 genotypes among 74 ESBLs producing Shigella sonnei, respectively type A (50), type B (12), type C (8), type D (1), type E (1), type F (1), and type G (1).
CONCLUSIONThe isolation rate of ESBLs-producing isolate was high in Shigella from pediatric patients with diarrhea, and the number is going up year by year, and these ESBLs producing Shigella sonnei strains in genotype A are dominant in recent years, Piperacillin/tazobactam is the drug of choice for children with ESBLs producing Shigella infection.

10.Use of serum protein profiling for early diagnosis of gastric cancer.

OBJECTIVESTo identify serum biomarkers associated with early gastric cancer.
METHODSSerum proteins or peptides were purified with weak cation exchange magnetic beads in 433 patients with gastric cancer and 120 healthy subjects. Distinct peaks were selected using Biomarker Wizard software. The area under receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC) was generated to analyze discrimination capability of peaks between gastric cancers and health people.
RESULTSThirteen distinct peaks were identified between 42 gastric cancer and 42 health people matched by age and gender(P<0.001). There were 5 peaks (2745, 2768, 6629, 3402, and 6436 m/z) with AUC greater than 0.8. Peak of 6629 m/z was identified to be transthyretin. The sensitivity and specificity of 6629 m/z were 65.5% and 92.0%. The sensitivity of 6629 m/z was 59.4% in I(A gastric cancer.
CONCLUSIONTransthyretin precursor may be of value in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
