Objective Research on traumatic the related factors of sleep disorder after traumatic brain injury ,in order to pro-vided the rationale for the diagnosis and treatment .Methods The SPIEGEL was used to evaluate the traumatic brain injury patients who were hospitalized .Recording time in sleep disorders in 3 months .Analysis the relations between the sleep disorders and brain injury site by combining with the patients head CT and MRI .Results Seen in 200 cases of patients with sleep disorders of 105 cases (52 .5% );71 cases appeared in patients within 1 week after waking ,accounted for 76 .19% ;The brain stem ,frontal lobe and basal ganglia injury occurred sleep disorders were more likely(66 .7% ,64 .0% ,70% ) .The difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Sleep disorder is a common clinical symptom of mild traumatic brain injury .a time to focus on the patients with-in 1 week after waking ,and closely related to brain stem ,frontal lobe and basal ganglia injury .
2.Expression and significance of Msx2 and topo II-alpha in sinonasal inverted papilloma.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the expression and significance of muscle segment homeobox2 (Msx2) and topo II-alpha in sinonasal inverted papilloma (SNIP), and the relationship in the process of malignant transformation of SNIP.
METHOD:
Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Msx2 and topo II-alpha in 32 cases of SNIP, 30 cases of inflammatory nasal polyp (INP) and 30 cases of SNIP with carcinoma. According to the pathology results, SNIP were divided into mild atypical hyperplasia, moderate atypical hyperplasia and severe atypical hyperplasia.
RESULT:
The mean optical density of Msx2 in SNIP and SNIP with carcinoma tissues were 0.2183 +/- 0.0598 and 0.2521 +/- 0.0761,which were significantly higher than 0.1878 +/- 0. 0372 in the INP tissue (P<0.05 or 0.01). The mean optical density of topo II-alpha in SNIP and SNIP with carcinoma tissues were 0.2303 +/- 0.0397 and 0.2666 +/- 0.0483, which were significantly higher than 0.1978 +/- 0.0388 in the NIP tissue (P<0.01). There were significant difference of Msx2 and topo II-alpha in SNIP between any two of the three groups divided according to pathological morphology (P<0.01 or 0.05). The expression of Msx2 and topo II-alpha in SNIP were positively correlated (P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
Msx2 and topo II-alpha may play an important role in the occurrence and development of SNIP. So it can be used as new therapeutic targets.

3.Investigation on wild resources of Dendrobium officinale distribution and ecological envirment in Anhui.

The wild resources of Dendrobium officinale in Anhui province were studied by textural research, data collection, interview survey and regional survey, in order to investigate the resources distribution and ecological characters and provide the reference for Anhui Dendrobium industry. In this paper, a part of producing areas of wild D. officinale in Anhui province was selected to analyze the ecological characters. As a result, we find that the wild resources of D. officinale in Anhui distributed only sporadic and the conditions of growth environment were harsh. Our findings may provide some suggestions on wild resources protection and artificial cultivation in suitable environments because the wild resources of D. officinale in Anhui are decreasing rapidly and facing an endangered situation.

4.Effect of phacoemulsification on ocular surface and corneal endothelial cells in cataract patients with diabetes mellitus

·AIM:To study the effects of phacoemulsification on ocular surface and corneal endothelial cells in cataract patients with diabetes mellitus.·METHODS:This study used a retrospective analysis of the clinical data to compare curative effect, the research object was 98 cases ( 98 eyes ) of cataract patients with phacoemulsification from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital. Patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to whether diabetes merged. The observation group had 50 cases of cataract patients with diabetes, the control group had 48 cases of pure cataract patients. Two groups of patients underwent phacoemulsification surgery and transparent corneal incision, surgeries were completed by the same doctor, no xeroma before surgery. Preoperative glycemic control was normal for diabetic patients, no changes in eye fundus. Observation of ocular surface at postoperative 1, 3, 7d and 1mo was taken. Dry eye symptoms, lacrimal film breakup time ( BUT ) , corneal fluorescein staining ( FL ) score, SchirmerⅠtest ( SⅠt ) and corneal endothelial cell density were compared.·RESULTS: Dry eye symptom score of the two groups before and after operation had significant difference;data of the observation group at postoperative 7d and 1mo was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was statistical significance (P<0. 05), there was no significant difference at 1 and 3d after operation (P>0. 05 ). BUT of the two groups before and after surgery showed significant difference; data of the observation group at 7d and 1mo after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group, there was statistical significance ( P<0. 05 ); at 1 and 3d after operation there was no significant difference (P>0. 05). The FL score of the two groups before and after surgery had significant difference, and at 3, 7d and 1mo after operation, data of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was statistical significance ( P< 0. 05 ); there was no significant difference at postoperative 1d (P>0. 05). The two groups' before and after surgery SⅠt had significant difference, at 1, 3, 7d and 1mo after operation, data of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was statistical significance (P< 0. 05 ). Corneal endothelial cell density showed apparent difference of the two groups before and after surgery;at 1, 3, 7d and 1mo after operation, data of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, there was statistical significance ( P<0. 05).· CONCLUSION: Phacoemulsification has significant effects on tear film break-up time, SⅠt and dry eye symptoms in patients with diabetes mellitus, which may be related to the impaired repair ability of diabetic patients.
5.Effect of electroacupuncture on expressions of acetylcholine and mucin 5AC in the lungs of rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on the expressions of acetylcholine (ACh) and mucin 5AC (MUC5AC) in the lungs of rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),and explore the mechanism of EA in treating COPD.Methods:Thirty Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into a control group,a COPD group,and an EA group,with 10 rats in each group.The control group was a group of normal rats.The COPD rat model was induced by cigarette smoke combined with lipopolysaccharide (LPS).The COPD rats were treated with EA at bilateral Feishu (BL 13) and Zusanli (ST 36) in the EA group,30 min each time,once a day,successively for 14 d.The lung function was tested.The contents of ACh and MUC5AC in lungs and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between pulmonary function and the content of MUC5AC in lungs.The mRNA and protein expressions of MUC5AC in lung tissues were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot (WB),respectively.The immune response of MUC5AC was observed by immunohistochemistry.Results:Eight rats were left in each group,and the other two died.Compared with the control group,the total airway resistance (Raw) increased significantly and dynamic compliance (Cdyn) decreased significantly in the COPD group (P<0.01);compared with the COPD group,the Raw level declined significantly and Cdyn increased significantly in the EA group (P<0.01).The contents of ACh and MUC5AC in the lungs and BALF were remarkably higher in the COPD group compared with those in the control group (P<0.01,P<0.001);compared with the COPD group,the contents of ACh and MUC5AC were significantly lower in the EA group (P<0.05,P<0.001).There was a negative correlation between MUC5AC content and lung function (P<0.001).The mRNA and protein expressions of MUC5AC in the lungs were significantly higher in the COPD group than in the control group (P<0.001);compared with the COPD group,the expressions were significantly lower in the EA group (P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the immune response of MUC5AC in the airway epithelium significantly increased in the COPD group (P<0.001);the immune response of MUC5AC was significantly lower in the EA group compared with that in the COPD group (P<0.001).Conclusion:EA treatment can improve the lung function of COPD rats,which may be related to its effect in the down-regulation of ACh and MUC5AC contents in the lungs as well as the inhibition of mucus hypersecretion.
6.Expression and significance of IGF-1 and GFAP in serum of glioma patients

Objective To explore the expression and significance of insulin grow th factor 1(IGF-1) and gli-al fibriuary acidic protein(GFAP) in patients with glioma .Methods The serum levels of IGF-1 and GFAP in 40 glioma patients ,30 healthy subjects and 35 patients with other benign intracranial tumors were measured by double antibody sandwich method .Results There was no significant difference in serum IGF-1 and GFAP lev-els between healthy subjects and other benign intracranial tumor patients (P>0 .05) ,and the levels of IGF-1 and GFAP in the serum of glioma patients were significantly higher than those of healthy and other benign in-tracranial tumor patients (P<0 .05) .The serum levels of IGF-1 and GFAP in glioma patients after operation were significantly lower than those before operation (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The expression of IGF-1 and GFAP in the serum of glioma patients is significantly higher than those of healthy subjects and other benign intracranial tumor patients .It has good sensitivity and specificity .It can be used as a serum marker of glioma patients and has certain clinical value .
7.Analysis of 158 forensic identification cases involved with peripheral nerve injury.

OBJECTIVE:
To study the characteristics of forensic identification cases involved with peripheral nerve injury, and to discuss how to apply the clinical information, forensic examination and neurophysiological testing.
METHODS:
One hundred and fifty-eight cases which were diagnosed peripheral nerve injury in clinic, were collected. Then the individual characteristics, injuries, identification results, exaggeration or camouflage were analysed.
RESULTS:
The male, the unemployed, and the young and middle-aged were common in our cases. The main reasons of "peripheral nerve injury" were traffic accidents and sharp injuries. Most wounded parts were in limbs. Also the exaggeration and camouflage accounted for a considerable proportion in our cases.
CONCLUSION
The forensic identification of "peripheral nerve injury" cases should be evaluated with clinical information, forensic examination and electrophysiological testing comprehensively.

8.Long-term results of endovascular therapy for proximal subclavian arterial obstructive lesions.

BACKGROUNDEndovascular therapy is a treatment option for localized occlusion of the subclavian artery. In this report the long-term experience with 59 patients is presented.
METHODSBetween June 1998 and September 2008, we used endovascular therapy to treat 61 subclavian arterial obstructive lesions in 59 patients (46 males and 13 females, 34 - 82 years of age with a mean age (61.9 + or - 11.0) years). Twenty patients (34%) had clinical symptoms due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency, 26 (44%) had disabling arm ischemia, and 13 (22%) had both symptoms. We performed all procedures under local anesthesia. The approaches were from the femoral artery (n = 47), brachial artery (n = 1, involving bilateral subclavian disease) or both (n = 11). Sixty stents were implanted. All patients were followed-up at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months post-procedure, and annually thereafter.
RESULTSWe achieved technical success in 58 (95.1%) arteries, all of which were stented. There were three technical failures; two were due to the inability to cross over an occlusion, necessitating the switch to an axillo-axillary bypass, and the third was due to shock after digital subtraction angiography and prior to stenting. Arterial stenosis pre- and post-stenting was (83.6 + or - 10.8)% and (2.5 + or - 12.5)% (P < 0.01). Clinical success was achieved in 55 of the 59 patients (93.4%). Of the four clinical failures, three were technical and the remaining patient had a stent thrombosis. Systolic blood pressure difference between the two brachial arteries was (44.7 + or - 18.5) vs. (2.2 + or - 3.9) mmHg (P < 0.01). Primary patency was 98% at 12 months, 93% at 24 months, and 82% at 5 years. Five patients were lost to follow-up by 12 months post-stenting. Significant recurrent obstruction developed in five patients with resumption of clinical symptoms. The overall survival rate was 98.2% at 12 months, 89.5% at 24 months, and 84.5% at 5 years.
CONCLUSIONSEndovascular therapy for proximal subclavian arterial obstructive lesions is effective and successful. This minimally invasive treatment may be the first choice of treatment for proximal subclavical arterial obstructive lesions.

9.Construction of recombinant lentiviral vector of Tie2-RNAi and its influence on malignant melanoma cells in vitro.

OBJECTIVETo construct lentivector carrying Tie2-Small interfering RNA (SiRNA), so as to study its influence on malignant melanoma cells.
METHODSRecombinant plasmid pSilencer 1.0-U6-Tie2-siRNA and plasmid pNL-EGFP were digested with XbaI, ligated a target lentiviral transfer plasmid of pNL-EGFP-U6-Tie2-I or pNL-EGFP-U6-Tie2-II, and then the electrophoresis clones was sequenced. Plasmids of pNL-EGFP-U6-Tie2-I and pNL-EGFP-U6-Tie2-II were constructed and combined with pVSVG and pHelper, respectively, to constitute lentiviral vector system of three plasmids. The Lentiviral vector system was transfected into 293T cell to produce pNL-EGFP-U6-Tie2- I and pNL-EGFP-U6-Tie2-II lentivirus. Then the supernatant was collected to determine the titer. Malignant melanoma cells were infected by both lentiviruses and identified by Realtime RT-PCR to assess inhibitory efficiency.
RESULTSThe recombinant lentiviral vectors of Tie2-RNAi were constructed successfully which were analyzed with restriction enzyme digestion and identified by sequencing. And the titer of lentiviral vector was 8.8 x 10(3)/ml, which was determined by 293T cell. The results of Realtime RT-PCR demonstrated that the lentiviral vectors of Tie2-RNAi could infect malignant melanoma cells and inhibit the expression of Tie2 genes in malignant melanoma cells (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the expression level (P>0.05) between the two lentiviral vectors of Tie2-RNAi.
CONCLUSIONSLentivector carrying Tie2-SiRNA can be constructed successfully and inhibit the expression of Tie2 gene in vitro significantly. The study will supply the theory basis for the further research on the inhibition of tumor growth in vivo.

10.Pre-treatment with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells inhibits systemic intravascular coagulation and attenuates organ dysfunction in lipopolysaccharide-induced disseminated intravascular coagulation rat model.

BACKGROUNDBacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) can activate immunological cells to secrete various proinflammatory cytokines involved in the pathophysiological process of disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) during infection. In recent years, it has been found that bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) can affect the activity of these immune cells and regulate the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines. Here, we report the possible protective effect of BMSCs pre-treatment in LPS-induced DIC rat model and the mechanism.
METHODSForty-eight adult male rats were divided into five experimental groups and one control group with eight animals in each group. In the treatment groups, 0, 1'10(6), 2'10(6), 3'10(6), and 5'10(6) of BMSCs were injected intravenously for 3 days before LPS injection, while the control group was treated with pure cell culture medium injection. Then, the LPS (3 mg/kg) was injected via the tail vein in the treatment groups, while the control group received 0.9% NaCl. Blood was withdrawn before and 4 and 8 hours after LPS administration. The following parameters were monitored: platelets (PLT), fibrinogen (Fib), D-dimer (D-D), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a), interferon-g (IFN-g), interleukin-1b (IL-1b), creatinine (Cr), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), creatinine kinase-MB (CK-MB), and endothelin (ET).
RESULTSCompared with the control group, a significant change of coagulation parameters were found in the experimental groups. The plasma level of the inflammatory mediator (TNF-a, IFN-g, IL-1b), organ indicator (Cr, ALT, and CK-MB), and ET in the experimental groups were much lower (P < 0.05) than that in the control group. Furthermore, some of these effects were dose-dependent; the statistical comparison of the plasma levels between the groups (from group 2 to group 5) showed a significant difference (P < 0.05), except the ALT and CK-MB levels (P > 0.05).
CONCLUSIONPre-treatment with BMSCs can attenuate organ dysfunction and inhibit systemic intravascular coagulation effectively via the regulatory effect on immune cells and proinflammatory cytokines in LPS-induced DIC rat model.
