1.Protects from the quality lives the campus civilized present situation to discuss the civilized behavior depends on the autonomy
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Goal To promote the university student to foster the civilized behavior.Method From September to October,2007,investigate the 615 students of Nursing Department in Our college,in order to know the situations of civilization and manners on campus.Result Amorg the ten big uncivilized behaviors,in the first place is: uncivilized languge, that is,speaking obscene words. The above is the view of 324 students 167 students think that humiliating the small and weak and fighting are the most disgusting behaviors. So how to foster the university student's civilized behavior turns to be a society problem now. Conclusion The coordination of the autonomy and the heternomy can play a better effect during the process of fostering the civilized behaviors. But the autonomy may play a main role in the process.
3. Anti-drought differential proteome on interaction between Anoectochilus formosanus and mycorrhizal fungi
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2013;48(6):414-418
OBJECTIVE: To study the proteomic difference between mycorrhizal fungi infected and uninfected plants and then to explore the possible anti-drought mechanism caused by mycorrhizal fungi. METHODS: The differential proteome of Anoectochilus formosanus infected by Rhizoctonia sp. growing in drought was investigated by means of 2D gel electrophoresis. RESULTS: Eight proteins were involved in photosynthesis, among them 7 proteins were correlated with CO2 fixation of darkreaction. Meanwhile, C4 pathway suited in drought condition was mobilized by the plants to utilize CO2 thoroughly. Five proteins were involved in glyoometabolism and li-pometabolism, and 3 in protein synthesis. CONCLUSION: Increased darkreaction of photosynthesis, especially the C4 pathway in infected fungi can enhance the capability of CO2 fixation and utilization when the stoma is closed. The glycometabolism, lipometabolism, protein synthesis, and resistance to pests of the infected plants are also enhanced in drought condition. Fungus of Rhizoctonia sp. can help plants improve their capability to resist drought.

Chongqing Medicine 2016;45(7):937-940
Objective To analysis the basic condition of the health resources in Chongqing ,and to explore the effect of the al‐location of health resources on doctor‐patient relationship .Methods Health statistics yearbook of Chongqing city was collected ,the fairness of the allocation of health resources in chongqing carried on the analysis and evaluation ,using the DEA model to analyze and evaluation the efficiency of the allocation of health resources in chongqing ,self‐designed questionnaire was used;hospitals ,doc‐tors and patients were investigated ,the descriptive and statistical analysis carried on .Results The distribution of health resources in Chongqing was inequitable on a regional .This inequitable distribution had been evaluated to the effect that ,as per the DEA mod‐el ,7 prefectures were effective with another 5 slightly effective and 26 as DEA ineffective .In the 8 hospitals that had been investiga‐ted ,the occurrence of medical disputes was undergoing a surge ,which indicates the tense relation between doctors and patients .Con‐clusion The total amount of health resources in Chongqing is fairly insufficient ,the high quality health resources are scarce .Unbal‐anced allocation of health resources and allocation inefficiency is the main reason for nervous doctor‐patient relationship and contra‐diction focus .

Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(06):-
According to the results of quantum chemistry calculation and the present research status in the relationship between the structures and the functions of DT, the E154 in DT catalyzing domain was mutated to aspartic acid and arginine in order to study the effects of the alteration on the biological activities. By means of gene site-direct mutation, two mutated genes were prepared and the high performance expression was obtained in E.coli system. The results of toxcity studies indicated that the acute toxicity in guinea pig and cytotoxicities of mutant E154D increased slightly in compared with those of recombination wild toxin, and contrarily, those of E154R decreased obviously.

Objective To explore the clinical application value of transparent cap gastroscope in the Billroth Ⅱ procedure after subtotal gastrectomy in patients with bile duct diseases by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods 20 patients underwent ERCP with Billroth Ⅱ gastrectomy postoperation with biliary diseases were selected as the research subjects, selected the transparent cap gastroscope ERCP,successful intubation received endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST) and(or) endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD),endoscopic papillary balloon dilatation(EPBD),endoscopic biliary metal stent drainage(EMBE),endoscopic biliary drainage(ERBD) treatment. Results 20 patients with Billroth Ⅱ gastrectomy after angiography were successful, the successful rate was 100.00%,14 cases of EST patients,4 patients underwent EPBD surgery, common bile duct stones all took the net, took the net rate of 100.00%;1 case of bile duct cancer underwent EMRE resection,1 case of bile duct stenosis after biliary tract surgery ERBD operation, hyperamylasemia occurred in 1 case,no serious complications such as bleeding and perforation of digestive tract. Conclusion Billroth Ⅱ gastrectomy postoperative patients with bile duct disease receiving ERCP,endoscopic transparent cap can provide good operative field for jejunal loop inside the mirror, improve the success rate of bile duct intubation, conducive to the removal of stones, improve the success rate of surgery, reduce complications security, safety of operation, and can be used in clinical application.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2001;0(10):-
Objective:To prepare highly purified Staphylococcal enterotoxin B(SEB) by affinity chromatography and test its activities.Methods:Anti-SEB McAb(1D2) purified by precipitation method with caprylic acid was coupled to Sepharose 4B. And then the SEB was isolated using an affinity chromatography column. In addition, we analyzed the superantigen activity and antigen activity of SEB.Results:The purification efficiency of SEB was 60.71% by affinity chromatography. Its purity was higher than those of standard preparation and the SEB purified by ion change chromatography. At the same time, the purified SEB by affinity chromatography possesses favourable activities of superantigen and antigen. Conclusion:McAb affinity chromatography could be used for purification of SEB with high efficiency.
