Objective To explore the characteristics of CT image and pathological changes of intrahepatic lymphatic stasis(ILS) caused by hepatic diseases. Methods Clinical data and CT images in contrast-enhanced arterial phase and portal venous phase in 36 cases with ILS saused by hepatic cancer, cirrhosis, hepatic metastatic tumors, hepatitis and hepatic contusion were analyzed retrospectively. The etiological mechanism of ILS was also discussed. Results On contrast-enhanced SCT scan,low-density line or annular line around the branches of hepatic vein, portal vein and/or intrahepatic inferior vena cava were found in all case, they presented as a kind of "halo sign" around the blood vessel. Conclusion The CT finding of ILS in hepatic diseases is quite characteristic and it is of great value in diagnosis of ILS.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(6):591-593
Objective To explore an effective and hidden incision scar method for epicanthus correction. Methods 80 patients of bi-lateral single eyelid with epicanthus were divided into group A,group B and group C. Twenty-five patients with 50 eyes of group A received“Z” plasty correction of epicanthus,25 cases with 50 eyes of group B received the traditional“Y-V” plasty correction of epicanthus,30 cases with 60 eyes of group C treated with modified “Y-V” plasty correction of epicanthus. The curative effective was observed. Results Three groups were followed up for 6~24 months, the appearances of 25 patients in group A were significantly improved,of whom 2 cases had uni-lateral recurrence,8 cases with obvious postoperative scar. The eyelid shapes of patients in group B were natural after surgery,12 cases with obvious scar. all patients in group C were found no postoperative hypertrophic scars. Conclusion The three surgical treatment were effec-tive for epicanthus, but the design approaches of“Z” plasty correction and“Y-V” plasty correction are more complex, and postoperative scar is obvious, meanwhile the modified “Y-V” plasty correction is simple with incision hidden good shape scar formation.

Objective To discuss the clinical manifestation and treatment of the complications caused by injected polyacrylamde hydro-gel( PAAG) for breast augmentation. Methods This retrospective research was performed among 212 patients who undergoing breast aug-mentation with injected polyacrylamde hydrogel. The clinical manifestation and treatment outcome of the complications were analyzed and summarized, which is aim to search an effective treatment method. Results For the 212 patients, the main complications were breast multi-ple indurations (131 cases),fever (9 cases),infection (14 cases),breast pain (65 cases),PAAG displacement (28 cases) and secondary deformity or asymmetry (25 cases). 152 cases experienced one clinical symptom, the rest patients simultaneously undergone no less than two clinical symptoms. Patients were received open operation with periareolar incision ( surgery group) or vacuum absorption by needle ( aspira-tion group) for dislodging PAAG. No significant difference was found in wound healing, breast shape satisfaction and pain anesis between the two groups. Whilethe surgery group was better than the aspiration group in efficiency for taking out PAAG and the incidence of reoperation, with statistical significance. Conclusion A plenty of complications occurred after breast augmentation with injected polyacrylamde hydrogel, the method of open operation with periareolar incision is a better way for eliminating PAAG and treating the complications.

Objective To explore the effect of liraglutide on pressure?overload chronic heart failure in rats and related mechanisms. Methods Totally 30 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, heart failure group and liraglutide group. The animals were anaesthetized and a Millar pressure volume conductance catheter SPR?838 ) was inserted through right carotid artery into LV to measure pressure?volume ( P?V ) loop. Body and organ weight were measured. After the end of intervention, the rats were anesthetized, and abdominal aortic blood taken from the upper serum after centrifugation. Kit method was used to measure superoxide dismutase (SOD), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), malondialdehyde ( MDA) . Results Compared with those of the sham operation group, there was a increase in absolute heart weight and (P < 0?05). During the P?V loop analyses, We found that left ventricular (LV) end?systolic volume, end?diastolic volume, end?systolic pressure, end?diastolic pressure and maximum pressure were all remarkablely lower in liraglutide group than HF group in rats ( P < 0?05 ) . Peak rate of pressure rise ( dP/dt max ) , peak rate of pressure decline ( -dP/dt min) , ejection fraction and Maximum Power were increased in liraglutide group comparable by HF group (P < 0?05). SOD activity was significantly increased and BNP concentration was significantly decreased in liraglutide group compared to HF group (P < 0?05). Conclusions These results show that liraglutide protects pressure?overload rat heart from failure possibly through reducing oxidation.

Plastic and Aesthetic surgery is a science which creates beauty by combining know-ledge and art. Combined with the professional characteristics of plastic surgery, we reformed the cur-riculum content and teaching mode of continuous education, including a established interactive theoret-ical learning model based on Journal club, the strengthening of clinical practice integrated with multiple related disciplines, the expanding the knowledge of Sociology, Psychology and Ethics, and the construc-tion of a long-term platform of network resources. Therefore, a comprehensive and specialized continu-ous education model in the department of plastic and aesthetic surgery was ultimately formed, whose preliminary assessment was favorable, and could be helpful in the cultivation of high-quality plastic and aesthetic surgeons in the future.

Objective To evaluate the application effect of mind map in admission guidance of patients receiving gamma knife treatment. Methods 153 cases of hospitalized patients admitted in our hospital were selected for this study, which had been divided according to the random number table method, the observation group(77 cases) was guided with the hospital mind map method, and the control group (76 cases) was given traditional oral hospital instruction, respectively. The database was established for the double entry, calibration and data cleaning, which were obtained from the result of gamma knife treatment of intracranial tumor disease related knowledge questionnaire, hospital satisfaction questionnaire and also patient adherence questionnaire assessment. Results The comparison of knowledge assessment questionnaire outcome, the admission guide satisfaction questionnaire assessment, the patients compliance questionnaire assessment outcome showed that the observation group was significantly different from the control group. Conclusions Application of mind map in admission guidance for hospitalized patients was a more efficient method than the traditional oral admission instruction, the method is simple, practical and effective, which is worthy of clinical practice.

Objective To analyze the electrocardiography ( ECG ) data of pressure overload ?induced chronic heart failure rats. Methods Totally 20 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group and heart failure group. Heart failure rats were induced by abdominal aorta constriction. Echocardiogram measurement demonstrated the occurrence of cardiac function. Two lead ECG parameters of limb a was measured and statistically analyzed. Results Ten weeks after operation, there was a increase in heart rate, P amplitude, P duration and R amplitude comparing by those of the sham operation group (P < 0?05). ECG showed a significant and ubiquitous J point elevation (P < 0?05), with ST segment notable depression ( P < 0?05 ) . Conclusions ECG in pressure?overload chronicity heart failure rats exhibits obviously characteristic features. ECG is an useful tool for objective and accurate assessment of cardiac function in rats.
