1.Progress in the association of high affinity IgE receptor with asthma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2011;38(3):280-282
Childhood asthma is one of type Ⅰ allergic diseases, and IgE is indispensable factor in development of asthma.IgE-antigen crosslinking of hish affinity IgE receptor(FcεRⅠ)leads to degranulation of mast cell, leukotriene synthesis and cytokine production. As a re8ult.such changes will bring about inflammation of airway and spasm of airway smooth muscle.Recent researches suggest that Src tyresine kinase play a vital role in their combination. This review discusses the regulation and signaling trannduction of FcεR Ⅰ and the relationship between FcεRⅠ and asthma.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(06):-
Objective To study the expression of RASSF1A gene in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines and to investigate its clinical roles. Methods Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect the expression of RASSF1A gene in 39 cases of human gastric cancer tissues and 18 cases of normal human gastric tissues, and RT-PCR was used to examine the expression of RASSF1A mRNA in 4 gastric cancer cell lines, normal gastric cell lines GES-1 and positive control Hela cells. Correlations between expression of RASSF1A gene and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer were also analyzed. Results All the normal gastric tissues (18 cases) were stained with anti-RASSF1A antibody, and significantly lower expression of RASSF1A was found in the 39 cases of gastric cancer tissues (P
3.The Intrafascial Vaginal Hystrectomy ( IVH ) Technique.
Korean Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 1999;42(1):25-29
OBJECTIVE: Intrafascial vaginal hystrectomy(IVH) is an intrafascial cylindriform enucleation of the cervix and supracervical amputation of the uterus through vagina, leaving the highly vascularized extrafascial cervical tissue and corresponding nerves intact. The supracervical amputation of the uterus through vagina and intrafascial cylindriform enucleation of cervix enable to perform an minimal invasive surgery and organ-preserving surgery. Pelvic floor support is maintained and sexual sensation is preserved. Physical stress to the patient is minimalized. Our purpose is to evaluate the outcomes of IVH. METHOD: 21 patients were performed IVH from January 1996 to July 1998. RESULT: The mean age was 43.4+7.2 years and the mean parity was 2.6+0.8. The mean operation time was 116.1+21.4 minutes and the mean postoperative hemoglobin change was 2.0+1.6gm/dL. The mean postoperative hopitalization time was 8.2 + 2.7days. CONCLUSION: The IVH is an operation technique for the patients who are sexually active and want to remain their uterus.

Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2017;33(7):1095-1099
Chronic pancreatitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the pancreas, whichcan lead to irreversible damage to the morphology and function of the pancreas ultimately. So the early diagnosis and treatment for chronic pancreatitis are very important. And the differentiation between mass-forming chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer is also a difficult problem in clinic.MRI as a noninvasive and nonradiative examination with excellent soft tissue resolution,is very valuable for the diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis. And the combination of functional MRI and conventional MRI is very helpful for the differentiation between pancreatic carcinoma and mass-forming chronic pancreatitis, which is of great significance to the clinical management. The application and progresses of function MRI in the diagnosis and identification of chronic pancrea titis were reviewed in this article.

Objective To investigate the corneal posterior surface topography characteristics of keratoconus at early stages applying the Pentacam anterior segment analysis system. Methods The present study included 43 eyes of 43 patients with keratoconus at the subclinical stage (group A), 40 eyes of 40 suspected keratoconus patients (group B), and 143 normal eyes of 143 controls (group C). Based on an examination of the Pentacam anterior segment analysis system of each subject, a series of data, including the posterior surface refractive power, the posterior surface elevation were collected. The differences among the three groups, the correlation among indices, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were analyzed. Results The mean values of the posterior surface maximum refractive power in 3 groups were -6.2 D, Q=0.5;-5.6 D, Q=0.3;and -5.5 D, Q=0.3, respectively. The mean values of the posterior surface maximum elevation were 23 μm, Q=14;11 μm, Q=8.5;and 7 μm, Q=6, respectively. The posterior surface maximum refractive power and maximum elevation among three groups were statistically different. The area under ROC (AUR) of posterior maximum refractive power and the AUR of posterior maximum elevation were greater than that of other indices in the diagnosis of early keratoconus. Conclusions Based on the results from the Pentacam anterior segment analysis system, the changes of the posterior surface refractive power and elevation are important characteristics of early keratoconus.

Objective To investigate the effects of rubella virus R16 infection on heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and heat shock transcription factor 4 (HSF4) in the human embryonic lens epithelial cells in vitro. Methods The human embryonic lens epithelial cells were infected by rubella virus R16 for 3, 7 and 14 days respectively in vitro. Then the mRNA levels of HSP70 and HSF4 were measured by Real-time PCR assays, the HSP70 protein level was detected by Western blot assay, and the DNA sequence of HSF4 was also identified by DNA Sequencing. Results Both mRNA and protein levels of HSP70 were increased dramatically at 3 and 7 days after rubella virus R16 infection in vitro. But mRNA levels of HSF4 were decreased significantly. The DNA sequence of HSF4 had no change in the human embryonic lens epithelial cells at 14 d after rubella virus R16 infection. Conclusions Rubella virus R16 could directly induce the increased expression of HSP70 in the human embryonic lens epithelial cells infected by rubella virus R16 in vitro, which may prevent human embryonic lens epithelial cells from infecting with virus. The heat shock transcription factor may serve as a negative regulator at transcription level. However, the DNA sequence of HSF4 had no change in the human embryonic lens epithelial cells within 14 days after rubella virus R16 infection.

Aim To observe the effects of Rh2 on the hemodynamics and electrophysiological parameters in anesthetic rats. Methods The changes of hemodynamics and electrophysiological parameters in anesthetic rats were tested after administration with Rh2, such as SAP, DAP, MAP, LVSP, LVDP, LVEDP, ?dp/dt_ max,HR,RRP and ERP. Results Rh2 increased SAP,DAP,MAP,LVSP,?dp/dt_ max with the decrease of LVEDP. It had no distinct effects on HR, ECG, RRP and ERP. Conclusion Rh2 has the effects of increasing SAP,DAP and MAP in anesthetic rats and has no influence on HR, ECG and cardiac ventricle electrophysiological parameter, suggesting that the effect of increasing blood pressure could be related to the increases of peripheral resistance.

Objective: To study the anti-tumor efficacy induced by antibodized tumor epitope PDTRP gene immunization. Methods: Three copies of tumor associate gene PDTRP from MUCI tandem repeats were designed and mimicked the conformation of MUCI by Insight Ⅱ . The ?lneo-PDTRP plasmid was further constructed, in which the PDTRP target gene was inserted into CDR3 of the ?1 -neo vector. The specific humoral and cellular immune responses towards to PDTRP were detected after intraspleen immunized Balb/c mice with "ylneo-PDTRP. And the immune protection assay was also done to observe whether the mice immunized with ?lneo-PDTRP could prolong the survival after tumor challenge. Results: The conformation of three copies of PDTRP mimicked the conformation of MUCI tandem repeats. The expression of ?lneo-PDTRP could be detected after in vitro transfect. The specific antibody against PDTRP epitope could be induced and increase to a higher titer after intraspleen injection with a ?lneo-PDTRP plasmid. And the specific proliferation and cytotox-ic function of lymphocyte were also increased. There is a significant survival from mice immunized with ?lneo-PDTRP a-gainst the 4T1-PDTRP tumor challenge. Conclusions: Gene immunization with ?lneo-PDTRP could elicit both humoral and cellular tumor specific immune response and had the protective effect.
