Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of rotating-lifting oblique Ban-pulling tuina manipulation plus acupuncture in treating cervical vertigo (CV).Methods:Seventy-three CV patients were divided into two groups by block randomization, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was intervened by rotating-lifting oblique Ban-pulling tuina manipulation plus acupuncture, while the control group was by the same acupuncture treatment alone. The tuina treatment was given once every other day and the acupuncture treatment was given once every day. The symptom score was observed before and after 20-day treatment, and the therapeutic efficacies were compared between the two groups. Results:During the intervention, 14 subjects in the observation group and 13 subjects in the control group dropped out. Finally, 36 cases in the observation group and 37 cases in the control group were involved into the data analysis. After 20-day treatment, the symptom scores were significantly increased in both groups (P<0.05), and the symptom score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 91.7% in the observation group versus 83.8% in the control group, and the difference was statistically insignificant (P>0.05). The recovery and markedly effective rate was 69.4% in the observation group versus 32.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rotating-lifting oblique Ban-pulling tuina manipulation plus acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of CV patients, and its clinical efficacy is superior to that of acupuncture alone.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with back Shu acupoint catgut embedding therapy in treating allergic rhinitis. Methods Totally 66 allergic rhinitis patients were included. Random number table method was used to divide the 66 patients into observation group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given Ketotifen Fumarate Nasal Drops nose drops 2 drops each time, 3 times a day, Loratadine Tablets 10 mg orally, once a day for 4 weeks. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture, once a day, 10 d as a treatment course, three courses in total; at the same time, back Shu acupoint catgut embedding therapy was given, 15 d each time, twice treatment in total. After the end of treatment, clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, life quality score, serum levels of inflammatory factors, serum immunoglobulin, peripheral blood eosinophil count and the incidence of adverse reactionsof the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 93.94% (31/33) in observation group and 75.76% (25/33) in the control group, with statistical significance in the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the TNSS score, TNNSS score and RQLQ score of the two groups were significantly lower than after treatment (P<0.05); the IgE and EOS levels significantly decreased (P<0.05); the serum IL-17 and IL-22 levels were significantly lower (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the TNSS, TNNSS and RQLQ score and the levels of IgE, EOS, IL-17 and IL-22 in the treatment group were lower after treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has a significant clinical efficacy, which can improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients with high safety.

Objective To investigate the cognitive functions in first-degree relatives of patients with schizophrenia by meta-analysis. Methods Collect case-control studies of cognitive function in first-degree relatives of patients with schizophrenia, then extract data and assess the risk of bias of included studies, and use RevMan 5.3 to perform meta-analysis. Results A total of 27 studies involving 1708 people were includ-ed. Trail Marking A test(MD=3.59,P<0.01) and B test (MD=12.71,P=0.02),Stroop Color test((MD=-7.22,P<0.01),Stroop Color-Word test(MD=-7.25,P<0.01),Digit Symbol Coding test(MD=-7.29,P<0.01),Digit Span test(MD=-1.17,P<0.01),Hopkins Verbal Leaning test-Revised(MD=-4.58,P<0.01), Verbal Fluency test(MD=-2.92,P<0.01),Hanoi Tower(MD=-5.38,P<0.01),the number of corrected of WCST(MD=-3.10,P<0.01),number of completed categories of WCST (MD=-0.74,P<0.01),Persevera-tive Errors of WCST (MD=4.82,P<0.01) and Nonperseverative Errors of WCST (MD=8.00,P<0.01) scores between the first-degree relatives groups(FDR)and health control groups (HC)showed significant differences. Conclusion Cognitive impairment appears in the first-degree relatives populations of patients with schizophrenia, including the attention, verbal learning, working memory, and executive function.
