Objective To evaluate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and pathohistological presentation of gastric and deuodenal mucosa.Methods The gastritis biopsies were taken through endoscopy from each gastric body,antrum and duodenum in 60 patients with gastritis and 22 patients with duodenal ulcer respectively for the examination of histology.Result The positive rate of Hp was nearly 100% in active chronic gastritis which was significantly higher than that of active duodenitis.The total detecting rate of Hp infection and incidence rate of active inflammation in antrum were obviously higher than that of gastric body and duodenal bulb.The detecting rate of Hp infection of duodenal bulb in 22 cases of duodenum ulcer was 54% which was significantly lower than that of antrum.Conclusion The Hp infection is a very important pathogenic factor of active inflammation in gastric mucosa on the basis of which the severe inflammation of mucosa and ulcer development.Therefore the early elimination of Hp is very important.

Objective To retrospectively analyze the pathogenic bacterial distribution and drug resistance in the patients with u-rinary tract infection in our hospital to provide a basis for clinically rational use of antibacterial drugs .Methods The midstream u-rine of the patients with urinary tract infection in our hospital during 2013-2015 was performed the bacterial culture .The bacterial identification and drug susceptibility test were performed by using the Vitek-2 Compact automatic microorganism identification in-strumen .The data were statistically analyzed by adopting the WHONET 5 .6 software .Results Among 11130 urine culture sam-ples ,1676 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured with the detection rate of 15 .1% ;among them ,1332 strains were Gram-negative bacteria and accounted for 79 .5% ,275 strains were Gram-positive bacteria and accounted for 16 .4% and 69 strains were fungi and accounted for 4 .1% .The top 3 pathogenic bacteria of detection rate were in turn Escherichia coli ,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterococcus faecalis .Six hundreds and eleven strains of ESBLs bacteria were detected ,in which Escherichia coli ,Klebsiella pneumoniae accounted for 88 .5% and 10 .2% respectively .Escherichia coli had higher sensitivity to carbapenems ,fosfomycin ,ami-kacin ,etc .(>95 .0% ) .Klebsiella pneumoniae had higher sensitivity to carbapenems (>90 .0% ) .No vancomycin ,teicoplanin and linezolid resistant Enterococcus faecalis was detected .One strain of vancomycin resistant enterococcus faecium was detected .These pathogens mainly derived from the urology surgery department ,the constituent ratio of female was higher than that of male .Conclu-sion The pathogens of urinary tract infection in this hospital is dominated by Gram-negative bacteria ,Escherichia coli is mainly pathogenic bacterium .Multidrug resistant species and number are continuously increased .Clinicians should rationally and correctly use the antibacterial drugs based on the drug sensitivity test results for improving the effect of clinical anti-infection treatment .

In the present paper, the contribution of the largest principal component and the number of principal component needed for accumulative contribution 95% are selected as indices of electroencephalogram (EEG) in mental fatigue state in order to investigate the relationship between these parameters and mental fatigue. The experimental results showed that the contribution of the largest principal component of EEG signals increased in the prefrontal, frontal and central areas, while the number of principal component needed for accumulative contribution decreased by 95% with the increasing mental fatigue level. The parameters of singular system of EEG signals can be regarded as useful features for the estimation of mental fatigue and have larger application value in the study of mental fatigue.

Objective To study the correlation between novelty seeking(NS) personality of healthy young individuals and fractional anisotropy (FA) with voxel-based analysis (VBA) of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI),and explore the microstructure of white matter of personality.Methods Total 333 healthy right handed volunteers completed the Chinese version of the TPQ and the Beck Depression Inventory(BDI),and then finished 3D T1 structure scan,DTI scan.All preprocessed DTI datum was analyzed with SPM8 soft ware in partial correlation analysis,using age and depression scores as controlled variable.The correlation studied between NS and FA (a voxel significance threshold P ＜ 0.001 and a cluster extent threshold of 30 voxels).Results NS score of men and women were 14.55 ± 4.66 and 14.08 ± 5.42 points,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (t =0.81,P=0.46).BDI score of men were higher than that of women (t =3.10,P=0.002),which were 9.23 ± 7.90 and 6.76 ± 5.79 points respectively.NS correlated negatively with FA of the right inferior frontal gyrus,and the right supramarg(i)nal gyrus(P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion NS personality has specific microstructure background of white matter.

Objective To study the effect of sanguinarine on growth and radiosensitivity of human glioma A172 cells.Methods MTT assay was used to evaluate cell growth.Cell cycle analysis and reactive oxygen species(ROS) burst were performed by flow cytometry assay.Annexin V/PI assay was used to detect cell apoptosis.Colony formation assay was used to detect the influence of sanguinarine on cell radiosensitivity.Results Exposure of A172 cells to sanguinarine led to dose-and time-dependent cytotoxicity with IC50 values of 4.8,3.9 and 3.2 μmol/L for 12,24 and 48 h,respectively.Furthermore,sanguinarine caused an arrest of S phase.After being treated with 5 μmol/L sanguinarine for 24 h,the ratios of early apoptosis,late apoptosis and necrosis were (60.01 ± 3.73)％,(2.70 ± 0.18)％ and (3.93 ± 0.76)％ respectively in A172 cells compared with the untreated control(t =55.28,8.32,9.51,P ＜0.05).An increased generation of ROS was found after treatment with sanguinarine,however,NAC inhibited the effect of sanguinarine.As analyzed with multi-target click model fitting curves,the SERD0 of sanguinarine-treated cells was 1.48.Conclusions Sanguinarine inhibits the A172 cells growth via apoptosis induction and ROS burst.Moreover,sanguinarine at a non-cytotoxicity dose increases cell sensitivity to X-rays.

Objective To study the clinical significance of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) positive lesions in transient ischemic attacks (TIA) patients,TIA patients with fully reversible lesions were compared with the other patients for investigating the predictive value of apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) for distinguishing between TIA and stroke.Methods Fifty-seven patients hospitalized with TIA at Department of Neurology,Central Hospital of Baotou August 2009 to June 2011 were identified.All patients had brain magnetic resonance imaging within 24 h after onset,then they were divided into DWI positive group and negative group.A follow-up MR imaging or CT was available in patients of DWI positive group.According to MRI or CT,patients were divided into TIA group and cerebral infarction (CI) group.Clinical features and DWI Imaging were compared between the two groups.For each lesion,the quantitative parameters on initial DWI (ADC) were recorded,and comparisons between reversible and irreversible lesions were performed.Results The ADC values were (630.4 ±25.9) × 10-3 mm2/s in lesions with TIA and (495.2 ±60.0) x 10-3 mm2/s with brain infaction (t =6.669,P =0.000).The relative ADC ratio values were lower (62.6％ ±7.4％ vs 82.1％ ±5.6％,t =7.013,P =0.000) in lesions with subsequent infarct than in those that were fully reversible.Conclusions ADC values are moderately decreased in DWI lesions from TIA patients,while ADC values are significantly decreased in CI group.It is useful to early distinguish TIA from CI by comparing ADC and rADC values.

Objective To investigate the clinical value , the motive regularity, the temporal and spatial correlation between myocardium and adjacent pericardium of left ventricular short -axis in normal adsults by using dual pulse wave Doppler echocardiography .Methods Tissue dual pulse spectral Doppler images about segmental myocardium and adjacent pericardial of three complete cardiac cycles in 99 normal adults were collected synchronously by using dual pulse wave Doppler techenology ,6 segments were enrolled in this study, including the anterior and posterior wall at mitral valve , papillary muscles, and apex level of left ventricular short-axis view.The motive regularity of myocardium and adjacent pericardium at different levels and segments were observed .Peak speed, onset time and peak time between myocardium and adjacent pericardium in anterior and posterior wall of three valves were measured online in systolic , early diastolic, and late diastolic, and the correlation between segmental myocardium and adjacent pericardium in speed and time were analyzed.Results Dual pulse wave Doppler echocardiography showed that in left ventricular short-axis view, motion between myocardium and adjacent pericardium in the same segment had consistent direction, motions between myocardium and adjacent pericardium in anterior and posterior wall at the same level had opposite directions .Comparison of peak velocity, in anterior wall, the peak velocities of myocardium in systolic and late diastolic at mitral valve level , and the peak velocity of myocardium in systolic at papillary muscle level were lower than that of adjacent pericardium .In posterior wall, the peak velocities of myocardium in early diastolic and late diastolic at mitral valve level , the peak velocities of myocardium in systolic and early diastolic at papillary muscle level , and the peak velocity of myocardium in early diastolic at apex level were higher than that of adjacent pericardium , with statistical significance (t=-4.207, -2.078, 4.575, -2.277, -2.440, -2.292, 5.980, 2.604, all P<0.05).Comparison of onset time, the onset time of myocardium in systolic at papillary muscle level in anterior wall , and the onset time of myocardium in early diastolic at mitral valve level in posterior wall were lower than that of adjacent pericardium, with statistical significance (t =-2.447, -2.020, both P<0.05).Comparison of peak time, except the peak time of myocardium in systolic and early diastolic at mitral valve level in posterior wall was lower than that of adjacent pericardium , the remaining differences were statistically significant ( t =-3.530, -2.411, both P<0.05).Peak velocity, onset times and peak times of each segment measured between myocardium and adjacent pericardium were well correlated (r =0.407 -0.933, all P <0.01). Conclusions Dual pulse wave Doppler echocardiography can provide relativity and accordance between motive velocity and direction of left ventricular myocardium and adjacent pericardium in normal adults .It is a promising new method for the clinical diagnosis of constrictive pericarditis and differentiation with restrictive cardiomyopathy.
