1.Development and Application of Cost-Benefit Analysis of Medical Equipment on HIS
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
Objective In order to realize the real time collection of the data related to the usage of medical equipment, input of the running cost and the cost-benefit analysis, the software with the cost-benefit analysis of medical equipment is developed. Methods On the basis of No.1 Military Medical Project, the software was interlinked to the subsystem of it such as the pricing system, paying system and report system etc. Results The evaluation system of management of medical equipment was established based on the income of large-scale medical equipment and expendables, the running cost, the ratio of cost -benefit, the evaluation. Conclusion The scientific and standard management of medical equipment is accelerated with strengthening the information management of medical equipment.
2.Study on application of amphotericin B in the perforated whole-cell patch clamp technique.
Chinese Journal of Applied Physiology 2014;30(1):33-36
OBJECTIVEEstablished with amphotericin B perforated patch-clamp technique, to study the electrophysiological properties of calyx synapses.
METHODSIn the present experiments, we studied the application of perforated patch clamp technique on the calyx synapses of mice with Amphotericin B.
RESULTSThe use of Amphotericin B significantly slowed down the decay of channel currents and the optimum concentration was 400 microg/ml.
CONCLUSIONThe syudy developed a stable of perforated patch clamp whole cell recording technique, could be more effecitve, more real reaction neurons electrophysiological characteristics of the channel current. Our work might provide the basic information to future users studying the signal transmission and regulation of auditory system of rodents.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cutaneous scraping and cupping therapy for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods Eighty patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomized into test group(42 cases) and control group(38 cases). Both groups were given conventional basic treatment including psychological counseling and oral use of Chinese patent medicine, and the test group additionally received cutaneous scraping and cupping therapy on acupoints of Xuanji(CV21), Danzho ng (CV17), Jianjing(GB21), Kufang(ST14) , Tianzhong(SI11), Dazhui(GV14), and Ashi(focus of mammary mass and pain). The scores of pain visual analog scale(VAS) and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF) were observed, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results (1) The total effective rate of the test group was 88.10%, and that of the control group was 65.79%, the inter-group difference being statistically significant (P<0.01). (2) After treatment, VAS scores of the test group were decreased obviously(P<0.01), and the control group showed a decreasing trend(P>0.05). Test group had better effect on improving VAS scores than the control group(P<0.05).(3) After treatment , the scores in physiological dimension of WHOQOL-BREF were much increased(P<0.05), and the changes in the scores of other dimensions were not obvious(P>0.05). The control group showed no obvious changes in the scores of each dimension of WHOQOL-BREF before and after treatment(P>0.05). The inter-group comparison showed that the test group had better effect on improving the scores in physiological dimension of WHOQOL-BREF (P<0 . 05). Conclusion Cutaneous scraping and cupping therapy is effective on relieving pain and improving QOL of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands.

0.05).The death rate of cases with pneumonia combined with ascites was higher than that of cases with ascites only(?2=4.894,P=0.027) and cases without ascites and infections(?2=9.260,P=0.002).Unfavorable prognosis was found in cases with Enterococcus faecium isolated before OLT.CONCLUSIONS Severe lung infection before OLT is one of the main reasons of death. It is important to grasp characteristics of infection, evaluate risk fully, control infections and screen cases strictly before OLT to improve survival rate.
6. Application of PD-1 inhibitor Camrelizumab in advanced malignancies
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2020;45(6):672-679
With the remarkable achievements made in the treatment targeted at tumor immune checkpoints, more and more new immunotherapy drugs have been applied to the malignancies treatment. Camrelizumab (AiRuiKa) is a novel human immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) monoclonal antibody (mAb), which can target the programmed death 1 (PD-1) and block its binding to the programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1), so as to restore the body's immune function and achieve anti-tumor effect. The drug was officially approved by National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) on May 29, 2019 for use in patients with recurrent or refractory classical Hodgkin's lymphoma (cHL) who are treated with at least second-line systemic therapy. In addition, the drug showed good anti-tumor activity in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and gastric cancer (GC) and gastroesophageal junction cancer (EGJC). The research progress of camrelizumab on mechanism of action, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics, clinical studies, adverse reactions etc. were reviewed in present paper.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of hallux-trampling (HT) combined with Yaotongling suppository (YS) on the microcirculation at waist region and lower limbs in treating patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse (LIDP), and to preliminarily explore its mechanism.
METHODSAdopting randomized, double-blinded medicine and single-blinded manipulation controlled method, 108 patients with LIDP of cold-accumulation and blood-stasis syndrome were assigned equally to 3 groups in random. Group A was treated with HT plus YS, Group B treated with HT plus placebo suppository, and Group C treated with YS plus mock HT. After 2-week treatment, the changes in score of symptoms and signs as well as the microcirculation at various site-points of waist and lower limbs were observed before and after treatment.
RESULTSThe total scores of symptoms and signs after treatment in Group A, B and C was 7.340 +/- 4.627, 9.543 +/- 4.745 and 10.086 +/- 4.631 respectively, which was significantly lowered as compared with those before treatment respectively (P < 0.05). Significant difference of microcirculation between pre- and post-treatment was shown at all site-points in Group A and B (P < 0.05), but only shown at the site-points of lower limbs in Group C, so significant difference (P < 0.05) was shown when compared the microcirculation in Group A or B with that in Group C (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONHT combined YS in treating LIDP could markedly improve the microcirculation at waist and lower limbs to correct the nutritional disturbance of nerve root, and the improvement of microcirculation is correlated with the changes of clinical symptoms and signs.

Characteristics of collapsed tibial plateau fracture determines that the joint surface must remain anatomical reduction, line of force in tibial must exist and internal fixation must be strong. However, while renewing articular surface smoothness, surgeons have a lot of problems in dealing with bone defect under the joint surface. Current materials used for bone defect treatment include three categories: autologous bone, allograft bone and bone substitutes. Some scholars think that autologous bone grafts have a number of drawbacks, such as increasing trauma, prolonged operation time, the limited source, bone area bleeding, continuous pain, local infection and anesthesia, but most scholars believe that the autologous cancellous bone graft is still the golden standard. Allograft bone has the ability of bone conduction, but the existence of immune responses, the possibility of a virus infection, and the limited source of the allograft cannot meet the clinical demands. Likewise, bone substitutes have the problem that osteogenesis does not match with degradation in rates. Clinical doctors can meet the demand of the patient's bone graft according to patient's own situation and economic conditions.
