1.Development of Colposcopy Graphics Reporting System

Objective To develop a graphic reporting system,which should have good scalability,and be able to connect with the hospital information system,to restore the operation of colposcopy.Methods The system adopted multi-layer C/S structure.Microsoft SQL Server database platform was used in data layer.Application service layer and client application were developed with Delphi.ADO components were integrated into application service layer to connect the database.Client applications and application service layers communicated with each other through the SOCKET protocol.Image processing module was based on the acquisition hardware design,using the development kits provided by the hardware merchant to achieve acquisition and processing functions.Results The graphic reporting system achieved real-time image acquisition,and possessed the function of flexibly generating reports.Besides dynamic setting of the menu,the system was even innovative in achieving the report's custom settings,which could be easily carried out in different departments because of its capability of setting up totally different kinds of report contents and output format according to different demands.Conclusion The graphic reporting system meets the design requirements for restoring the operation of the original colposcopy equipment.Furthermore,it is innovative among the similar systems in achieving a dynamic interface design,which has a good scalability to meet the demand for similar departments.It resolves the problem of developing the hardware-based personalized image acquisition software,so that it can effectively reduce the operational costs.
2.Application value of multi-row spiral CT and multi-slice spiral CT

Objective To discuss the structure function of multi-slice spiral CT for further enhancement of its application value.Methods The research is carried out through such aspects as the machine structure,image reconstruction method,scanning function,equipment self-restraint function of 16 slices multi-row spiral CT.Results With CT image resolution improved,spurious shade reduced and radiation dose dropped,the whole image quality enhances greatly.Conclusion In the using process of MSCT,different selection of slice thickness and detectors as well as the application of different image reconstruction methods in correct and reasonable using of CT technology will enrich clinical image information and further consummate the MSCT equipment functionality.

4.Study on MRI of sacroiliac joint

Objective To explore MRI of sacroiliac joint.Methods MRI was applied to 33 patients on transaxial FSE T2WI and SE T1 WI,coronal FSE T2 WI and two coronal FSPGR.Results Sacroiliac joints of 7 patients were normal,and all the sequences could directly show the cartilage of normal sacroiliac joints.The other 26 patients suffered from ankylosing spondylitis(AS),and cartilage abnormality appeared in 42 sacroiliac joints from 52 joints.The irregular thickened or tortuous ones replaced the linear intermediate signals on T1WI and T2WI.Conclusion Such measures do good to MRI of normal sacroiliac joint structure and pathological changes as optimization of scanning parameters,selection of proper scanning method and coil,as well as application of T2WI and FSPGR in phase fat suppression technology.
5.Medical monitor purchase decision based on quantitative performance evaluation

Objective To realize scientific allocation of medical monitors in clinical departments by evaluating quantitatively their social and economic benefits.Methods Analyses were executed on social and economic benefit indexes,including number or times of patients involved,utility time,volatility of utilization rate (VOUR),payback period and investment yield.Results Totally 457 monitors were involved in the study from January to June 2015,and the monitors had the number or times of patients being 20,utility time being 383 h,VOUR lower than 10% (except that of February),mean payback period being 0.64 a and yearly mean investment yield being 137%.Conclusion The monitor has to be allocated by the equipment division in case of low social benefit.In case of high social benefit while low economic benefit,the monitor manufactured in China gains advantages due to short payback period,high investment yield and long free warranty time.The foreign monitor with specific function has to be selected in case of high social and economic benefits as well as requirements on special function.
6.Grasp torque control based on experiential learning and haptic feedback

Objective To propose a grasp torque control based on experimental learning and haptic feedback to facilitate the manipulator in dexterous manipulation.Methods An experience database was built firstly,and then the object was recognized by tactile feedback in the grasp task.If the object had been experitentially grasped,the torque was output based on the database.In case a new object was grasped,the optimal output torque was calculated by iterative learning.Results The experiment showed that the robot hand could find the experiential output torque quickly when encountering the object in database and calculate the torque by iterative learning to achieve grasp task.Conclusion The experiential database grows up when the robot hand learns more and more experience.It can fast output torque like human in the grasp task.
7.Visual terrain classification for mobile robot using bag of words

Objective To design a visual terrain classification algorithm to facilitate the robot to make appropriate movement strategy by perceiving the surrounding environment.Methods Bag of words (BOW) and support vector machine (SVM) were used to develop a simple and effective terrain classification algorithm.The BOW model involved in feature extraction,codebook generation and feature coding.The mid-level feature developed by BOW model was then fed into SVM classifier to obtain the terrain classification result.Results The quadruped robot platform was applied to performing visual terrain classification experiment in the natural environment.The test environment included floor,asphalt,sand and grass.Good experimental results were achieved,and the classification accuracy was above 90% (the beat was 97.54% for grass).Conclusion The algorithm can effectively and accurately distinguish all kinds of terrains,with high accuracy and good stability.The key frame selection method needs researching in the future.
8.Oracle database migration based on Linux and virtual platform

Objective To explore the migration of Windows operating system to Virtual Linux operation system to solve the problems faced by the main server of No.1 Military Medical Project HIS.Methods The migration was fulfilled with x86 hardware platform,open-source Linux operating system and virtualization technology to meet the performance and reliability requirements of No.1 Military Medical Project System.Results The migration was completed successfully to Virtual Linux system.Conclusion The migration scheme meets the requirements of HIS on performances,reliability,stability and safety,saves the cost for informatization,and is of great practical value.
9.Development of portable vital signs monitoring system for field severe patient

Objective To design a portable vital signs monitoring system to monitor and analyze severe patient vital signs in field conditions.Methods The communication protocols of all medical devices were analyzed.The information on the vital signs were acquired periodically from medical devices with the signal transducer based on embedded technique,and then sent to the computer for analysis.The abnormalities were displayed on the portable terminal.Results The system met the desired requirements,and facilitated the medical personnel dedicated to treatment.Conclusion The system contributes to information sharing for the changes of vital signs in field conditions,so that the doctor can take measures in time to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the treatment.
10.Standardized application of clinical laboratory module of mobile medical unit during field operations

Objective To solve the problems of clinical laboratory module in mobile medical unit such as miscellaneous and mixed equipment,disordered packages,and weak mobility and responsiveness.Methods The concept of modularization was used for the secondary optimization of clinical laboratory equipment and consumables.The specialized vehicle for clinical laboratory was designed with considerations on the advantages of clinical laboratory shelter in equipment and medical vehicle in mobility,so as the values of clinical laboratory module were enhanced in mobile medical unit.Results Modular and standardized management of clinical laboratory equipment was realized to solve the existing problems of equipment.Conclusion The equipment supportability and mobility are enhanced in mobile medical unit,so that the requirements can be fulfilled for medical support missions at peace time and wartime.
