Objective With the rapid development of network information technology,media convergence is deepening from simple application to media transformation.This article explores the application of virtual reality technology (VR)in clinical medical research management through media virtual reality,so that medical researchers or clinicians can understand the "reasonable resource integration" of media VR technology in clinical medicine,Application of scientific researchers play an innovative role.Methods Through the literature review to understand the use of VR technology for clinical research or surgical operation of the three-dimensional simulation of the scene to achieve the feeling of exposure to the scene,so as to achieve a richer environment than the real observation angle of thinking space.And then the use of VR media (including magazines,etc.) to create a simulation platform to make medical research magazine more adapt to the development trend of network information technology.Results Media VR technology is changing the traditional mode of paper journals in medical journals and bringing a whole new way of narration to the media.Journal journals,for example,use the new media convergence method to make use of smart phones such as mobile phones to enable the users of information Participate in live and interactive video at any time,and use VR technology and magazine's virtual platform to train and discuss virtual resources through clinical research and manage ment,so that medical researchers or clinicians (including clinical researchers and clinicians) can learn from others on their own,In the virtual space can be freely discussed,thereby enhancing the medical researchers or clinicians interested in learning and clinical research innovation effect.Conclusions Medical and scientific research institutions and their magazines,which promote the achievements of medical research,need to adapt to the development trend of network informa tion technology,learn VR technology,update the scientific research management and publishing concepts,and on the one hand do a good job in the dissemination of scientific research management and scientific and technological paper media.On the other hand,Computer and Internet technologies,and strive to create a relaxed and comfortable knowledge for medical researchers to gain the reverie of space and technological innovation so that medical researchers or clinicians can enhance their interest in diverse services,increase their desire for information needs and enhance their learning Clinical research thinking and practical skills.

Objective To analyze the research achievements and their outcome influence factors of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) funding projects in Peking University Cancer Hospital during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan".Methods Based on project data and outcomes of 68 projects supported by NSFC from 2011 to 2015,this paper studies the number of SCI papers,Chinese Journal papers and conference papers published,the citations per paper and talent cultivation of different subcategories of projects,as well as different professional titles,academic degrees,genders,ages,occupations of the principle investigator,and component of project team members.Results 90％ of the 68 projects published SCI papers,basically completed the intended research objectives set in the application.41.7％ of the SCI papers were published in the 1-5 year after the project closure.Research team collaborated between clinical and scientific research staff has higher output.Conclusions Scientific research management department should strengthen the process management and the tracking of project achievements,and should promote the combination of basic and clinical research to achieve mutually complementary.

Academic ethics is closely related to the construction of the world class disciplines,the academic ethics of university mentors and their graduate students are especially important to the development of disciplines and Universities.This article was based on a survey which used two-way evaluation conducted at Peking University Health Science Center,investigated the cognition,current status,misconduct and possible causes,as well as related trainings of academic ethics between mentors and mentees,furthermore,this article also analyzed the application of mentor-mentee two-way evaluation in the academic ethics trainings for post graduate students.

To analyze the potential limitations of hospital-level research projects management by summarizing its performance status from 2008 to 2011,including but not limited to lack of time for conducting research,insufficient financial funds,inadequate funding application,inadequate supervision.Thus,since 2014,our hospital has adopted some new measurements for projects management,including full-time research,hierarchical management,full mobilization,the establishment of reward and punishment measures,which significantly improved the quality of hospital-level research projects,and the rate of longitudinal follow-up project,research enthusiasm of medical staff,and sustainable development of hospital science and technology.

Objective To improve scientific research capacity and disciplines development,we performed grading system to specialize and quantize the management in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital,Capital Medical University.Methods With assistance of forum survey related to 20 clinical and technical departments in hospital,we assessed the status of disciplines development,designed assessment criteria,and revised relevant regulations in grading system.Results The implementation of grading system promoted scientific achievements,academic communications and human resource development in hospital as relative to their pre-implemental controls.Conclusions The implementation of grading system facilitates scientific research and improves disciplines development.

There are some risk points in the management process of enterprises-funded research project,such as verification of the qualification of the client,the audit of the contract,the report of the research results,and the protection of intellectual property.This paper puts forward the management mode of the research project,which is based on the contract management,strengthen the management of enterprises-funded research project from every processes the contract develop,sign,fulfill and delivery.

Objective To understand the status quo of continuing medical education in different levels of hospitals in primary health technical personnel,and provide suggestions for the development of continuing medical education.Methods Questionnaire survey,Statistical analysis and Interview.Results Health technical personne of medical institutions at all levels in primary health technical personnel were generally more emphasis on continuing medical education,but the management system,input and the need are different in the different levels of hospital.Continuing medical education in the basic level hospitals is much lower than the high level hospitals.Conclusions We should strengthen the transformation of continuing education mode,put forward the practical development strategy,improve the level of medical education,and narrow the gap between different levels of hospitals,so as to achieve the purpose of common progress.

The main purposes of translational Medicine is to break the barrier among the basic medicine,clinical medicine and drug R&D in order to establish direct and close connection and cooperation between them.However,so far almost in the world wide,translational medicine is still at the exploration stage and far away from the real transformation.This article reviewed the difficult position of translational medicine cooperation from the three aspects of cooperative resources,sponsor and domestic culture,and then suggested to promote clinical medicine research,set up new assessment systems which focus on classified evaluation and representative work,as well as create the culture of cooperation.

Objective To survey the scientific research integrity situation of community health care organizations in Yangpu district in Shanghai,meanwhile,provide a reference for scientific research integrity management in any community health care organization.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,we sampled 200 health staff from 4 community health service centers.They were surveyed with uniform questionnaires.Results No dramatically relationship existed in health staff's knowledge about scientific research integrity breach and their age.However,education background,their academic titles,how many times they have learned relative information,publicity about science research integrity would impact their awareness on research integrity.Conclusions There is dramatically discrepancy on the scientific research integrity among these community health staff.
