Chinese Medical Ethics 2015;(3):443-445
There are some problems in the establishment and development of the organ procurement organiza -tion ( OPO) , such as a hospital public welfare nature questioned;OPO mechanism is not perfect , the unified mod-el was not established;the staff structure as reasonable etc .Through the analysis and summarization of the above problems, suggestions for implementing appropriate compensation and maximum in the future practical use princi-ple, and ethics training to the staff , in order to promote the development of our body organ donation .
2.Laparoscopic complete mesocolic excision
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2012;11(1):49-51
In the latest 50 years, the radical dissection rate of colonic cancer and the 5-year survival rate have been improved as colonic surgery techniques improve. In 1991,Jacob performed the first laparoscopic hemicolorectomy in the world, and data from multiple prospective studies have shown no significant difference between laparoscopic and open radical resection of colonic cancer in aspects of postoperative survival and incidence of tumor recurrence. In the year of 2009,Hohenberger suggested the concept of complete mesocolic excision (CME).Clinical data Showed that CME could further improve the postoperative survival and reduce the incidence of tumor recurrence, and it could become the standard surgical procedure following total mesorectal excision.

Objective To investigate the interrelations of ALOX5AP SG13S114A/T , COX-2 765G/C , COX-1-50C/T polymorphisms and cerebral infarction. Methods The ALOX5AP SG13S114A/T, COX-2 765G/C and COX-1 50C/T polymorphisms in 411 cases with cerebral infarction and 411 controls were measured by Polymerase Chain Reaction-Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism method. The generalized multifactor dimensionality reduction (GMDR) method was employed to detect gene-gene interactions. Results Single-gene analysis showed that there were no significant differences in the genotype and allele frequency distributions of ALOX5AP SG13S114A/T, COX-2 765G/C and COX-1 50C/T between two groups. However, in those cases carrying ALOX5AP SG13S114AA as well as COX-2 765CC , the risk of cerebral infarction increased significantly by 2.842 times. Conclusions The combinational analysis among genes used in this study may be helpful in the elucidation of genetic risk factors for common and complex diseases.

Objective To investigate the relativity mechanism and clinical significance between the ST-T changes in electrocardiogram and cerebral apoplexy. Methods 2160 electrocardiogram materids of brain patients in our hospital for medical treatment were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical materials of 98 cases(contrast group) who had no obvious changes and 80 cases(observe group) who had obvious changes of ST-T in ECG were compared. Results 1327 cases of electrocardiographic presented abnormality of 2160, which accounted for 56. 97% of the unusual electrocardiogram. Compared with the contrast group, the incidence of hypertension, coronary heart disease, respiratory failure. electrolyte distur-rbances,beart expanding and mayn rinds of electrocardraphic abnormality was higher(P

China Pharmacist 2017;20(7):1325-1328
Objective: To quantitatively analyze the content of glucose in glucose injection by near infrared spectroscopy to control the quality of the product. Methods: A quantitative model was established by near infrared reflectance spectroscopy and the injection came from pharmaceutical enterprises with different concentrations of glucose and the solution samples came from laboratories with different concentrations of glucose. The liquid sample accessories were selected, a quantitative model was established by a partial least squares method, and the effect of environmental temperature on the model was studied as well. Results: According to the quantitative model, the correlation coefficient reached up to 0.999 3, and RMS deviation (RMSECV) was 0.077 4.In the verification test, the results of various liquid formulas containing glucose were similar to those of the laboratory results. The prediction error was less than 5% within the temperature range of 20-35℃.Conclusion: The model of near-infrared partial least squares (PLS) can accurately predict the content of glucose in glucose products without sodium chloride, and can be used for the quality control of glucose intermediates and the finished products in the large infusion manufacturers

Objective To compare the curative effect of the different palm dorsal approach of open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods According to the stochastic indicator method,84 patients with distal radius fractures were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with dorsal approach open reduction and internal fixation, while the observation group was treated by volar approach open reduction and internal fixation. The clinical curative effect was assessed, and indicators related to the operation and the fracture healing was recorded in detail.Postoperative complications of patients were analyzed during postoperative follow-up.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.10%(37/42),which was significantly higher than 66.67%(30/42) of the control group(x2=5.509,P=0.019).Compared with the control group, the operation and hospital stay time were significantly shorter, intraoperative and postoperative blood loss of the observation group decreased obviously, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.092,2.137,2.256,2.199;P=0.040,0.036,0.027,0.031).The Gartland-Weriey score and ulnar inclination of the observation group were (9.18±2.96)points and (10.52±2.64)°,which were significantly lower than those of the control group[(12.56±3.24)points,(16.22±2.87)°],while radial height[(11.61±2.87)mm]was higher than the control group[(10.92±2.65)mm],the differences were statistically significant(t=2.206,2.316,2.185;P=0.030,0.023,0.032).The incidence rate of complications of control group was 26.19%(11/42),which was higher than 9.52%(4/42) of the observation group(x2=3.977,P=0.046).Conclusion The curative effect of volar approach of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures was better compared with dorsal approach. At the same time,it can effectively improve the operation indicators and fracture healing effect,in addition,it can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
