Objective In order to further improve the noninvasive measurement precision of human blood glucose and achieve clinical requirements, experiments were conducted to measure human blood glucose by a novel measurement method our group proposed. Methods The blood flow of the tested parts was stopped by pressure, and dynamic distribution of transmission spectra was measured by time-correlated single-photon counting (TCSPC) technology under the dual wavelength light incident.Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was conducted on three human subjects, and the early arriving photons were selected by Laplace transform.Meanwhile, the human blood glucose concentration was measured using the Roche glucose meter. Results The best curve fitting was got when the Laplace parameter was 1Gs-1 (determining parameter R2=0.0922).Conclusions The experimental results showed that better measurement accuracy can be obtained by selecting appropriate Laplace parameter, and noninvasive measurement of human blood glucose under flow control of time gate was feasible.

Objective To investigate the circulating microRNAs carrier in pancreatic cancer. Methods Pancreatic cancer cell lines SW1990 and BxPC3 were routinely cultured and serum of 6 patients with pancreatic cancer and 6 healthy subjects (control group) were collected.Serum and pancreatic cancer cell line supernatant microvesicles (MV) were obtained by gradient centrifugation. The expression of Ago2,CD63 was detected by Western blotting, the expression of microRNA in microvesicle section and microvesicle-free section in serum was detected by using quantitative PCR method. Results The supernatant MV of pancreatic cancer cell lines expressed Ago2,CD63 protein, and these MV carried different microRNAs in different cell lines. In the serum of pancreatic cancer and control group,miR-20a,miR-21,miR-24,miR-25,miR-191,miR-483-5p were detected, but the quantity was relatively higher in MV section, and the expression of microRNAs in pancreatic cancer's MV was inconsistent with that of control group. The expression of miR-20a,miR-24,miR-191 in pancreatic cancer group was (2.93 ± 0.29),(2.73 ± 0.46),(2.39 ± 0.51) times as much as those in control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (F =75.97,25.80,12.94,P < 0.05 or < 0.01).Conclusions The main circulating microRNAs carrier in pancreatic cancer is microvesicle.

Artemsia argyi Levl.et Vant is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine and moxibustion raw material plant,so far has more than two thousand years of medicinal history,as one of the most commonly used Chinese medicinal materials. The incopat patent database was used to search the worldwide patent data of the last 20 years, and a total of 25279 argyi related patents were retrieved. The pattern of argyi patents was analyzed from the perspectives of global application trend, main technical fields, national economy composition, applicant ranking, patent value and other aspects by means of graph combination. The analysis shows that the innovation and development of argyi is in the stage of rapid development; The medical,Chinese patent medicine, cosmetics and physiotherapy of argyi are the hot research and development of current technology; There are a large number of patents related to argyi in the world, but they are mainly distributed in China and South Korea.Among them, the number of patents related to argyi in China reaches 20381,far higher than that in other countries, but the number of high-value patents is not very large, and the value and quality of patents are still insufficient compared with other countries. From the perspective of the current development trend of argyi, with the deepening of clinical application recognition and scientific research of argyi, there is a large patent space in the field of argyi.Patent applicants can formulate corresponding patent application strategies according to the global development opportunities, technological development status and existing weaknesses.

Compulsive behavior is a trans-diagnostic symptom. However, researchers' understanding of compulsive behavior is still argumentative. Most conventional understanding of compulsive behavior is that this symptom may be related to abnormalities in the brain goal-direct and habitual learning systems.Nevertheless, majority of studies only explore the role of goal-direct system in compulsive behavior, and they pay less attention to how the habit system affects compulsive behavior. However, individuals with compulsive behaviors will show more habitual behaviors and their abnormal brain neural circuits overlap with the brain neural structures activated by habits.Besides, starting from habit system can also explain some genetic risk factors of compulsive behavior. On top of this, habit hypothesis can bring new insights in understanding compulsive behavior from a pharmacological aspect. Therefore, in this review, the evidences from behavioral, neurobiological, genetic and pharmacological aspects were combined to explore the new insights brought by the habit hypothesis in understanding compulsive behavior, and propose the urgent problems need to be solved in current compulsive behavior habit studies.

Objective:A multi-center and large sample volume study was conducted on the verification and improvement of the early established criteria for intelligent routine urinalysis validation (including the microscopic review rules and manual validation rules, referred to as intelligent criteria for short), in order to improve the clinical application of this intelligent criteria. Methods:A total of 31 456 urine specimens were collected from the inpatients and outpatients in six hospitals in China, from March to September 2019. Firstly, 3105 specimens were analyzed for preliminary verification and improvement of the intelligent criteria based on the results of the microscopic examination and manual validation. Secondly, 28 351 specimens were used to verify the clinical application of the improved intelligent criteria. All samples were manually validated as reference. Results:The approval inconsistency rate of the manual validation rules in the original intelligent criteria was 8.59% (202/2 352), and the interception inconsistency rate was 8.84% (208/2 352). The false negative rate and the microscopic review rate of the microscopic review rules were similar to the previous results. Based on an in-depth analysis of big data and the discussions by senior technicians from eight hospitals, one microscopic review rules and four manual validation rules were added, meanwhile two manual validation rule was deleted. The manual validation standards were unified. Finally, the intelligent criteria was improved. Based on the improved intelligent criteria, for microscopic review rules, the false positive rate, false negative rate (misdiagnosis rate), and microscopic review rate did not change significantly, which were 14.72% (457/3 105), 4.06% (126/3 105), and 24.73% (768/3 105), respectively. The approval inconsistency rate and the interception inconsistency rate of manual validation rules were both reduced to 0; the total manual validation rate of the intelligent criteria was 50.89% (1 580/3 105), and the auto-validation rate was 49.11% (1 525/3 105). The large sample volume verification results were consistent with the preliminary verification results of the improved intelligent criteria. Conclusion:This multi-center and large sample volume study had shown that the improved intelligent criteria had better clinical performance.

ObjectiveTo understand the health information needs of chronic disease inpatients and the current utilization of community health resources, and to analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide basis for personalized and high-quality health education for chronic disease inpatients and to guide them to make full use of community health resources. MethodsFrom November 2020 to February 2021, we conducted a face-to-face multi-center clinical epidemiological survey with paper questionnaire in three general hospitals of Shanghai. The study included 404 inpatients with diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, chronic respiratory diseases, cancer and other chronic diseases. Results94.01% of the 404 respondents had different needs for disease or health related information, and there was no significant difference between patients of different ages, genders and educational backgrounds in their needs for health knowledge. Among these patients, only 39.11% of them participated in the establishment of a card for chronic disease management in the community or signed for a family doctor. The participation rate of male patients was lower than that of female patients (P<0.05). ConclusionPatients with chronic diseases have a high demand for health related information, and we need to provide health information in multiple ways. We should increase investment in community health resources, improve service quality, and guide residents with chronic diseases to make full use of community health resources.
