Objective Autoimmune inner ear disease is one of the inner ear diseases that can be effectively treated clinically, and researches on it have significant clinical and practical value. This study explored the immunoregulating and therapeutic effects of the mi-croRNA-146a recombinant lentiviral vector (RLV) on immune-medicated inner ear disease (IMIED) in guinea pigs so as to avoid the adverse reactions of the currently used immunodepressants. Methods IMIED models were established in 30 guinea pigs by immuni-zation with keyhole limpet hemocyanin and divided into three groups: microRNA-146a RLV, empty lentiviral vector ( ELV) control, and surgery simulation control, microinjected via the scala tympani with microRNA-146a RLV, ELV, and PBS, respectively. Before and after immunization and at 7 days after microinjection, the auditory function and the level of specific anti-KLH antibodies in the ser-um were measured by auditory brainstem response ( ABR) audiometry and ELISA, respectively.Seven days after microinjection, 3 ani-mals in each group were subjected to HE staining and light microscopy, another 3 to fluoro-autography for realizing the situations of the inner ear transfected by the lentiviral vector, and the other 4 to measurement of the contents of microRNA-146a in the inner ear tissue. Results Compared with the baseline, immunization significantly increased the level of specific anti-KLH antibodies in the serum (0.09 ±0.01 vs 1.90 ±0.74 in the RLV group, 0.11 ±0.02 vs 2.20 ±0.75 in the ELV group, and 0.11 ±0.02 vs 2.10 ±0.64 in the surgery simulation control) as well as the average threshold of the ABRⅢwave (left ear 11.67 ±2.58 vs 61.67 ±5.16 and right ear 12.50 ±2.73 vs 60.00 ±4.47 in the RLV group;left ear 14.16 ±3.76 vs 64.33 ±9.17 and right ear 13.33 ±2.58 vs 60.83 ± 4.92 in the ELV group;left ear 15.83 ±3.76 vs 64.17 ±10.2 and right ear 15.00 ±5.47 vs 62.50 ±9.35 in the surgery simulation control) .The average threshold of the ABRⅢwave was decreased after local injection into the inner ear as compared with that after immunization, with no statistically significant difference between the ELV and surgery simulation control groups.Fluoro-autographic ob-servation showed that the main parts of the inner ear transfected with microRNA-146a recombinant lentiviruses were the spiral limbus, spiral ganglion afferent fibers, basal cells of the spiral ligament, Corti organ, and psalterial cords. The immune inflammatory reaction of the inner ear was significantly reduced in the RLV group as compared with the ELV and surgery simulation control groups, while the content of microRNA-146a in the inner ear tissue was obviously increased in the former group than in the latter two. Conclusion The microRNA-146a recombinant lentiviral vectors are widely distributed and transfected in the inner ear tissue after injected via the scala tympani.Injecting recombinant microRNA-146a lentiviral vectors into the inner ear can significantly reduce pathological damage and auditory dysfunction caused by inner ear immune inflammatory reaction.

Abstract
The psychological development of students is characterized by continuity and discontinuity. At the same time, the psychological development of students in different academic stages is interrelated and gradual. To promote mental health of children and adolescents, considering the widespread, high prevalence and frequent occurrence of students psychological problems and lack of integrated connection of mental health education in different school stages, it is urgent to build a "five integration" mental health education system intergrating kindergarten, primary school, secondary school and university, which includes cognition integration, system integration, information integration, research integration, and management integration, aiming to unify our notion, goal, content and action, provide students with timely, professional and effective mental health services, prevent the occurrence of mental illnesses, as well as create positive psychological qualities.

BACKGROUND/AIMS: Anti-reflux barrier dysfunction is one of the primary mechanisms in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) pathogenesis. The esophagogastric junction contractile integral (EGJ-CI) is a new metric adopted to evaluate the EGJ contractility, which implies the anti-reflux barrier function. The aim of the current study was to validate this new metric in patients with GERD and its correlation with the esophageal acid exposure, as well as the efficacy of proton pump inhibitor treatment. METHODS: Ninety-eight patients with GERD and 21 healthy controls were included in the study. Upper endoscopy, high-resolution manometry (HRM) and 24-hour multichannel intraluminal impedance-pH monitoring were performed in all patients. Three respiration cycles were chosen at the initial HRM resting frame and the value computed with distal contractile integral tool was then divided by the duration of the cycles to yield EGJ-CI. All the patients were treated with esomeprazole 20 mg twice-daily for 8 weeks. RESULTS: EGJ-CI was lower in the patients with GERD than that of the controls (P < 0.05). For patients with GERD, EGJ-CI was lower in those with hiatal hernia (P < 0.05). The new metric correlated with esophageal acid exposure in the supine position (P < 0.05), and it also negatively correlated to the total reflux episodes (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference on EGJ-CI between patients with and without response to the esomeprazole treatment (P = 0.627). CONCLUSIONS: EGJ-CI reflected the dysfunction of the anti-reflux barrier in patients with GERD, but it had little impact on the esomeprazole response.

Objective To explore the condition on bike lanes and the relationship with GDP of the related cities, residential of regions and prosperity of streets in 12 selected cities in China. Methods Eexistence and maintenance of bike lanes were examinedin in all the streets under survey in 333 blocks of 12 cities (Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Qingdao,Hangzhou,Shaoxing,Suzhou,Nantong,Zhenjiang,Chengdu,Xining and Harbin).Data were collected on GDP of the related cities, together with the sizes of population and proportion of the 333 blocksand the numbers of stores and restaurants in those streets. Results A total of 4 202 streets were included in the study. In the 12 cities,32.6% of the streets were equipped with bike lanes.Bike-lane-equipmentsseemed better in Nantong (46.5%),Tianjin (39.6%) and Shanghai (39.4%),but the scores were lower in Xining (2.0%),Qingdao (5.4%),and Harbin (27.1%).The higher GDP was,the better bike lanes were equipped. In the meantime, the isolation of bike lanes were worse and the streets more crowded.Density of the residential area was negatively correlated with the score on bike lane-equipments.Conclusion Differences of the condition of bike lanes in the 12 cities indicated that improvement should be made on bike lanes.More attention should be paid to those cities with high GDPs and crowded residential regions on setting up the isolated bike lanes and reasonable equipments.
