Objective To discuss the feasibility of Shuyisha as hemostasis and repair material for liver wound. Methods Hemolysis rate, acute toxicity and eytotoxicity of Shuyisha were measured. A hemorrhage model was established by making an open wound (5 mm× 3 nun ×2 mm) on the left liver lobe of mice. Hemostasis was performed with Shuyisha in experimental group and with Surgicel in control group, when the hemostatic time and total blood loss (TBL) were accurately recorded and regular macro-scopic and histological observation carried out. Results The hemolysis rate of Shuyisha was 2.33%, with maximum tolerance does of over 0.48 g/kg and the eytotoxicity at zero. The hemostatie time of Shuy-isha was (5.00 ±0.00) s, with total blood loss of (0.88±0.18) g/kg, better than Surgicel (P< 0.05). Shuyisha was degraded completely within 14 days, with the wound healed within 21 days in ex-perimental group, much better than Surgieel. Conclusions The hemolysis rate, acute toxicity and cy-totoxicity of Shuyisha are up to the requirement of biomedical materials. Shuyisha has effective hemosta-sis, which may be related to its molecular structure and adhesion.

Objective:To investigate the level of psychological stress, anxiety and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) of military medical students under the condition of normalized prevention and control of the epidemic. Methods:A total of 225 students from a military university were selected by random sampling method. Chinese perceived stress scale (CPSS), Perceived social support scale (PSSS), Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and PTSD Checklist-5 (PCL-5) were used to measure the mental health of the subjects and influencing factors. SPSS 26.0 was used to conduct independent sample t test and ANOVA analysis. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted, and multiple regression equation was used to further analyze the relationship between psychometric factors. Results:The SAS scores of 22.2% (50/225) of the subjects and PCL-5 scores of 30.7% (69/225) of the subjects reached the positive standard. The results of correlation analysis showed that the total score of PSSS was negatively correlated with CPSS ( r=-0.315, P<0.01), SAS ( r=-0.336, P<0.01) and PCL-5 ( r=-0.137, P<0.05) scores. The score of family support negatively predicted the level of psychological stress ( B=-0.595, P<0.001), anxiety ( B=-0.635, P<0.001) and PTSD level ( B=-0.769, P=0.006) of the students. Conclusion:Social support, especially family support, has a significant protective effect on psychological stress, anxiety and PTSD during the period of normalized prevention and control of the epidemic.

Abstract
The incidence of myopia in children and adolescents has increased in recent years, with an earlier onset trend. During the same time, sleep problems are prevalent in children and adolescents, including insufficient sleep duration and delayed sleep timing. Sleep, as a cyclical life activity influenced by the circadian rhythm, plays an important role in eye growth and refractive development. This review examines the associations between sleep, circadian rhythm, and occurrence of myopia in children and adolescents across human and animal studies, and discusses the underlying biological processes, so as to offer scientific justification for the prevention of myopia in children and adolescents.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between resilience, perceived social support, and adaptability in military freshmen. Methods:A total of 195 freshmen were randomly selected from a military medical university. The Chinese version of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), the Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS), and a self-test questionnaire of college students' psychological adaptability were used to investigate their resilience, perceived social support, and adaptability. SPSS 26.0 was used to perform an independent samples t-test and a Pearson correlation analysis to analyze the differences in these scores between freshmen with different demographic characteristics and the correlation between these scores. By using the PROCESS plug-in, a structural equation model was used to analyze the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between social support and psychological adaptation, which was further tested using the Bootstrap method. Results:The independent samples t-test showed that females had a significantly higher score of other support than males ( t = -2.05, P = 0.041), and student leaders had significantly higher scores of family support and other support, total score of social support, and score in psychological adaptability than other students (all P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlations between the scores of PSSS and its each item, CD-RISC, and self-test of college students' psychological adaptability (all P<0.05). The structural equation model showed that resilience partially mediated the relationship between social support and psychological adaptation, and the Bootstrap method revealed a significant indirect effect (95%CI: 0.102-0.253). Conclusion:Resilience plays a partial mediating role between perceived social support and adaptability in military freshmen. They should be guided to correctly perceive external support and develop strong resilience.

Epilepsy with eyelid myoclonia (EEM), also known as Jeavons syndrome, is a type of genetic generalized epilepsy officially recognized by the International League Against Epilepsy. The clinical characteristics of EEM include eyelid myoclonia, eye closure sensitivity, and photosensitivity, typically manifesting in childhood with a higher prevalence in female patients. The prognosis of EEM is poor, and seizures are difficult to fully control even with standardized drug treatment. The electroencephalogram of EEM often shows fast interictal multiple spike-wave complexes, which can be induced by eye closure or photic stimulation. Functional magnetic resonance imaging and other studies have found that EEM is associated with brain network abnormalities, particularly the key role of the central medial thalamic nucleus in the regulation of cortical excitability. Genetic research has found that EEM may be related to variations in genes such as CHD2, SYNGAP1, NEXMIF, RORB, and GABRA1.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is the second most common primary hepatic malignancy with an increasing incidence and mortality in recent years.Despite advanced improvements in its diagnosis and therapy, the prognosis for ICC patients remains poor.High heterogeneity and malignant biological behavior are the main factors determining the prognosis of ICC.An in-depth study of the mechanism of ICC invasion and metastasis is expected to help optimizing clinical decision-making.The application of advanced technologies such as next-generation sequencing has enhanced the researchers' understanding of heterogeneity of ICC and characteristics of invasion and metastasis.Studies have found that ICC gene expression abnormalities (gene mutations, fusion gene formation, and abnormalities in gene expression regulatory pathways) and microRNA expression disorders are closely related to ICC cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis. In addition,ICC is usually characterized by a dense desmoplastic stroma,in which cancer-associated myofibroblasts are the major cellular components and play an important role in inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition, promoting malignant cell invasion and metastasis, and even accelerating ICC progression.
