Objective T o explore the occurrence and the differences of clinical m anifestations of organic personality disorder w ith varying degrees of craniocerebral traum a. Methods A ccording to the Interna-tional C lassification of D iseases-10, 396 subjects w ith craniocerebral traum a caused by traffic accidents w ere diagnosed, and the degrees of craniocerebral traum a w ere graded. T he personality characteristics of all patients w ere evaluated using the sim plified N euroticism E xtraversion O penness Five-Factor Inventory (N E O-FFI). Results T he occurrence rate of organic personality disorder w as 34.6% w hile it w as 34.9%and 49.5% in the patients w ith m oderate and severe craniocerebral traum a, respectively, w hich signifi-cantly higher than that in the patients (18.7% ) of m ild craniocerebral traum a (P<0.05). C om pared w ith the patients w ithout personality disorder, the neuroticism , extraversion and agreeableness scores all show ed significantly differences (P<0.05) in the patients of m ild craniocerebral traum a w ith personality disorder; the neuroticism , extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness scores show ed significantly differences (P<0.05) in the patients of m oderate and severe craniocerebral traum a w ith personality disor-der. T he agreeableness and conscientiousness scores in the patients of m oderate and severe craniocerebral traum a w ith personality disorder w ere significantly low er than that of m ild craniocerebral traum a, and the patients of severe craniocerebral traum a had a low er score in extraversion than in the patients of m ild craniocerebral traum a. Conclusion T he severity of craniocerebral traum a is closely related to the in-cidence of organic personality disorder, and it also affects the clinical features of the latter, w hich pro-vides a certain significance and help for forensic psychiatric assessm ent.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of long-chain non-coding RNA MEG3(LncRNA MEG3) on the radiosensitivity of cervical cancer cells, and to explore its underlying mechanism. Methods:The expression of LncRNA MEG3 in cervical cancer cells was detected by qRT-PCR. In the overexpression control group (transfected with pcDNA 3.1), LncRNA MEG3 overexpression group (transfected with pcDNA 3.1-LncRNA MEG3), miR-NC inhibition group (transfected with anti-miR-NC), miR-181a-5p inhibition group (transfected with anti-miR-181a-5p), LncRNA MEG3+ miR-NC overexpression group (co-transfected with pcDNA3.1-LncRNA MEG3 and anti-miR-NC), LncRNA MEG3+ miR-181a-5p overexpression group (co-transfected with pcDNA 3.1-LncRNA MEG3 and anti-miR-181a-5p), all plasmids were transfected into SiHa cells by liposome method. The cell survival fraction was assessed by colony formation assay. The cell apoptosis rate was evaluated by flow cytometry. The cell fluorescence activity was assessed by dual luciferase reporter assay. The expression levels of PTEN, p-Akt and Akt proteins were detected by Western blot. Results:Compared with the radiosensitive group, the expression of LncRNA MEG3 was significantly down-regulated in radiation-resistant cervical cancer tissues ( P<0.05), and its expression level was positively correlated with the sensitivity of cervical cancer cells. Overexpression of LncRNA MEG3 or inhibition of miR-181a-5p could significantly enhance the irradiation sensitivity and promote the apoptosis of cervical cancer cell line SiHa (both P<0.05). The fluorescence activity of wild-type LncRNA MEG3 cells was inhibited by miR-181a-5p. Overexpression of miR-181a-5p reversed the irradiation sensitization and pro-apoptosis effect of LncRNA MEG3 and the regulation of the PTEN/Akt signaling pathway on cervical cancer cell. Conclusion:LncRNA MEG3 can enhance the sensitivity of cervical cancer cells to radiation exposure, probably by targeting the miR-181a-5p and regulating the PTEN/Akt signaling pathway, which will provide a new direction for improving clinical prognosis of cervical cancer patients.

Objective To discuss the impact of nursing intervention on community patients' acknowledgement and treatment behavior of medical waste. Methods During the 2nd week of July 2012,478 community patients receiving venous transfusion were sampled at random into experimental group and control group. The control group was offered regular health education, nursing operating procedure and facility collection, while the experimental group was provided with intervention measures such as health education, behavior intervention, improved operation procedure and facilities.Patients were surveyed with questionnaires to observe the patients' acknowledgement and action of disposition of the medical waste in the two groups. Results After the intervention, the acknowledgementscore of the relevant knowledge of medical waste in the experimental group increased from (74.7 ± 16.3) to (33.4 ± 18.3),and the score of which also higher than (38.0 ± 17.9) of the control group after intervention. The differences were significant (t =-14.21,10.87,respectively;P < 0.01).The accuracy of disposing of wasted medical cotton bails and infusion paste was 85.5% in the experimental group after intervention which was higher than 7.4% before intervention and 12.9% in the control group after intervention. The differences were statistically significant (x2 =21.09,18.33,respectively; P < 0.01).After intervention, the degree of satisfaction of medical waste facility collection was significantly different between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusions Nursing interventionhas the impact on enhancing community patients' acknowledgement of medical waste, correcting improper treatment behavior, improving foundation work of medical waste management incommunity medical institutions, and promoting sustainable progress on hospitalized infection prevention and control.

Objective To analyze the effects of nurse-led case management on the self-care and health behaviors of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in community health service. Methods The groups were randomly divided based on the unit of community.According to the sampling results,a total of 67 patients participated in and completed the study, including the study group with 32 patients using the nurse-led case management nursing care, and the control group with 35 patients using conventional nursing method. The self-care agency scale (ESCA) and health promoting lifestyle profile (HPLP) were used to evaluate the changes of patients' self-care and health behaviors. Results After one-year intervention, the scores of health knowledge,self-responsibihty,self-care skills and self-care in the study group were significantly higher than those scores before intervention (P < 0.05).At baseline, the scores of the patients in the control group and in the study group had no significant difference (P > 0.05).But after the intervention, the scores, except for the aspect of self-concept,in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t =-3.49,-5.78,-11.39,-7.54,respectively; P < 0.01).After one-year intervention, the total scores and the scores of each dimensions of HPLP in the study group were significantly higher than the scores in the control group (t=-2.93,-2.32,-3.07,-4.47,-9.22,-5.63,-14.53,respectively; P<0.05).In addition, the scores in each dimension of the study group were significantly higher than the scores before the intervention (P < 0.05).Conclusions The nurse-led case management can significantly promote the self-care ability and the health behaviors of the patients with COPD in community health service,so as to enhance their self-management skills. It is an effective way to implement quality community nursing.
