China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the plerosis effect of sodium magnesium fructose diphosphate (FDPM) on hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) injury of myocardial cells and the possible mechanism. METHODS: The myocardial cells which had been primary cultured for 4 days were used to establish H/R injury model before being assigned to five groups: H/R, H/R+FDPM (4.8, 2.4, 1.2 mg?mL-1). Then set up normal control with normal cells. The activities of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), creatine phosphokinase (CPK) and the intracellular level of free calcium ([Ca2+]i) were detected after being treated with corresponding drugs, and the ultrastructures of myocardial cells were observed under transmission electron microscope. RESULTS: As compared with H/R group, FDPM groups significantly decreased the activities of LDH and CPK and the level of [Ca2+]i (P

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of L -glutamine gung shimron acid sodium in combi-nation with esomeprazole in the treatment of pediatric peptic ulcer and its effects on immunological function and intes-tinal flora. Methods 120 patients of pediatric peptic ulcer meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups equally.Besides conventional treatments, the control group was treated with esomeprazole, and the observa-tion group was treated with L -glutamine gung shimron acid sodium in combination with esomeprazole. After the course of treatment, the curative efficacy was compared after the eight -week follow -up.Before and after the treat-ment,T lymphocyte subpopulation (CD +4 ,CD +8 ,CD +4 /CD +8 )reflecting cellular immune function, intestinal flora and adverse reactions were compared. Results After the eight -week follow -up,the total effective rate of the observa-tion group was 96.7%,which was significantly higher than 86.7% of the control group (χ2 =3.93,P <0.05).After treatment, levels of CD +4 [(43.5 ±6.6)% vs (40.9 ±6.2)%],CD +4 /CD +8 [(1.72 ±0.38)vs (1.38 ±0.45)] were statistically higher and level of CD +8 [(26.2 ±3.7)% vs (30.1 ±5.0)%]was statistically lower in the obser-vation group in comparison with the control group (t =2.22,P <0.05;t =4.47,t =4.86,P <0.01).As to intestinal flora, the observation group had statistically higher concentration of lactobacillus [(7.5 ±1.3 )LonN /g feces vs (5.8 ±1.2)LonN /g feces],bifidobacterium[(8.3 ±1.1)LonN /g feces vs (6.6 ±1.4)LonN /g feces]in the feces in comparison with the control group after treatment (t =7.44,t =7.40,both P <0.05).During the treatment, there were no severe adverse reactions. Conclusion L -glutamine gung shimron acid sodium in combination with esome-prazole is effective for pediatric peptic ulcer, which can significantly increase curative efficacy, enhance cellular immune function and effectively regulate intestinal flora with minor adverse reactions.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features, survival, and the impact of postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy on the ovarian function in patients less than or equal to 35 years of age with stage ⅠB-ⅡA cervical cancer. Methods One hundred and eighty-six patients who were admitted to our hospital from 2000 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. An equal number of patients older than 35 years of age with cervical cancer within the same period were used as stage-marched controls. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate the survival rates, and the log-rank test was used for pairwise comparison and univariate prognostic analyses. The Cox proportional hazards model was used for multivariate prognostic analyses. Results The patients less than or equal to 35 years of age had a significantly higher incidence of non-squamous carcinoma but significantly lower incidence rates of deep stromal invasion and lymph-vascular space invasion (LVSI) compared with the control group (P =0.000;P =0.008;P =0.000).Though young patients had significantly higher 5-year disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) rates than the control group (93.7% vs.84.5%,P=0.005;96.1% vs.89.5%,P=0.033),age was not an independent prognostic factor (P =0.202;P =0.950).Among patients less than or equal to 35 years of age, lymph node metastasis and LVSI were independent prognostic factors for DFS (P =0.000;P =0.000),while LVSI and initial tumor size were independent prognostic factors for OS (P =0.000;P =0.000).There was no significant difference in the incidence of normal ovarian function between young patients treated with and without adjuvant radiotherapy after ovarian transposition (63% vs.73%,P =0.422).Conclusions Patients less than or equal to 35 years of age with stage ⅠB-ⅡA cervical cancer have a better prognosis than the control group. However, age is not an independent prognostic factor.Postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy will not impair the function of transposed ovaries.

Objective To analyze effect of balloon embolization therapy for traumatic carotid cavernous fistula (TCCF),so as to provide references for treatment of this disease. Methods A total of 21 patients with TCCF managed with balloon embolization from April 2006 to March 2012 were collected in the study. There were 17 males aged (32.3 ±5.4) years and 4 females aged (40.6 ±5.8)years.Perioperative clinical presentations and imageologic changes were observed as well as operative outcome was evaluated. Results After 3 months of follow-up,20 patients experienced successful detachable balloon embolization, but the other one patient had to have stent angioplasty due to the failure of the procedure. All patients had some improvements on clinical presentations after operation (P < 0.05).Imageologic examination revealed that all patients had complete occlusion of TCCF following operation. In follow-up,one patient had a relapse, with total curative ratio of 95%.Conclusions Detachable balloon embolization is effective in treatment of TCCF.Presently, the technique is an optimal method for such kind of disease and is worthy of wide clinical use.

AIM: To investigate the expression of CD40 and CD40 ligand(CD40L) during myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats. METHODS: In the rat modal with myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(MI/R),the changes of CD40 and CD40L expression in blood and myocardial tissues were detected by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry, respectively. There were seven animal groups in the study, including the normal group ( n= 3), the ischemia 30 min group(I 30 min , n= 6),the ischemia/reperfusion 1 min,5 min,10 min,20 min and 30 min groups(each group, n= 6). RESULTS: The indexes of the expression of CD40 and CD40L in I 30 min group were higher than those in control group,( P

Objective To investigate the difference between single lumen endotracheal intubation of thoracoscope and traditional double lumen endotracheal intubation of thoracoscope in process of thymectomy. Methods From January 2010 to June 2014, clinical data of 30 cases with thymectomy under single lumen endotracheal intubation of thoracoscope (group A) and 30 cases with thymectomy under traditional double lumen endotracheal intubation thora-coscope (group B) were analyzed. Results There were no death patients in both groups. Group A:endotracheal intu-bation time (2.67 ± 0.72) min, surgery time (48.37 ± 4.64) min, the bleeding (26.17 ± 9.62) ml; Group B:endotracheal intubation time (5.55 ± 0.71) min, surgery time (52.10 ± 5.68) min, the bleeding (33.00 ± 7.94) ml. Conclusion Compared with traditional double lumen endotracheal intubation under thoracoscope, the single lumen endotracheal intubation of thoracoscope showed that intubation time was significantly shorter, and reduced the oc-currence of postoperative complications, the operative field was exposed more completely, reduced operation time and blood loss.
