Objective To discuss the clinicopathologic features, diagnosis and treatment of pri-mary prostatic signet ring cell carcinoma (PPSRCC). Methods Clinical data of 23 PPSRCC cases were retrospectively reviewed. The mean age was 74 years and majority of them had aggravated dysu-ria. The mean serum PSA was 45.3 ng/ml (7.4-126.8 ng/ml). To exclude the metastasis from stomach and colon SRCC, upper gastric tract endoscopy and barium enema were carried out. Seven pa-tients received radical prostatectomies and 2 patients who had positive margins received hormonal and radiation therapy. The rest of patients received maximal androgen blockade therapy. Photoselective vaporization of the prostate was performed on 11 patients who had lower urinary tract symptoms. All cases were investigated by routine pathological, immunohistochemical studies. Results Seventeen cases of PPSRCC were associated with concurrent high-grade prostatic carcinoma, only 6 cases were pure SRCC. Immunohistochemical stains were positive in all cases for PSA and PAP. Stains were ne-gative for AB/PAS (23/23) and CEA (21/23). The clinical TNM stages were 7 of Ⅱ , 10 of Ⅲ and 6 of Ⅳ. Follow-up was available on 20 cases with a mean 24 months and 3 cases were lost during follow up. Eight cases died of metastasis. Five cases had evidence of recurrence 12-21 months from presen-tation. Conclusions The diagnosis of PPSRCC depends on pathological and immunohistochemical studys after metastasis from stomach and colon SRCC is excluded. Early diagnosis and combination treatment for PPSRCC might improve its prognosis.

Chromium is a harmful contaminant showing mutagenicity and carcinogenicity. Therefore, detection of chromium requires the development of low-cost and high-sensitivity sensors.Herein,blue-fluorescent carbon quantum dots were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method from alkali-soluble Poria cocos polysaccharide, which is green source, cheap and easy to obtain, and has no pharmacological ac-tivity due to low water solubility. These carbon quantum dots exhibit good fluorescence stability, water solubility,anti-interference and low cytotoxicity, and can be specifically combined with the detection of Cr(Ⅵ)to form a non-fluorescent complex that causes fluorescence quenching,so they can be used as a label-free nanosensor.High-sensitivity detection of Cr(Ⅵ)was achieved through internal filtering and static quenching effects. The fluorescence quenching degree of carbon dots fluorescent probe showed a good linear relationship with Cr(Ⅵ)concentration in the range of 1-100 μM.The linear equation was F0/F=0.9942+0.01472[Cr(Ⅵ)](R2=0.9922),and the detection limit can be as low as 0.25 μM(S/N=3),which has been successfully applied to Cr(Ⅵ)detection in actual water samples herein.

[Abstrcat] Objective To study the effects of acute alcoholism on blood gas analysis in rabbits. Methods Forty New Zelanian big-ear rabbits were divided into four groups randomly. The control group (Group A), the hemorrhagic shock group (Group B), the acute alcoholism group (Group C)and the acute alcoholism and hemorrhagic shock combination group (Group D). Results The volume of blood of Group D was less than Group B. The volume of lipid of Group D needed more. pH and PaO2 of Group D and Group B were decreased than Group A, PaCO2 and lactic acid were risen in the shock and recovered. pH and PaO2 of D Group were decreased than B Group, PaCO2 and lactic acid of D Group were risen than Group B. pH, PaO2, PaCO2 and lactic acid for different time and different group weren’t statistically significant. There was no interaction of pH, PaO2, PaCO2 and lactic acid in different time and different group. Conclusion It will achieved acidosis and decrease in partial pressure of oxygen after hemorrhagic shock. Acute alcoholism can aggravate them.

Screening for diabetes and its complications contributes to slowing the progression of diabetes mellitus. Based on the setting of grass-roots diabetes complication screening workstation with the concept of two stages of screening and three levels of prevention, we proposed a hospital-community-family integrated diabetes management strategy. This article discusses the background, organization structure, operation mechanism and implementation process of this strategy, aiming to provide reference for constructing a suitable and practical grass-roots diabetes management model.

Objective:This paper studied the classification of syndrome and the multi-level expression method of syndrome elements, to realize the processing of syndrome name wiht computer, which could be applied to the research on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system. Methods:With the guidance of TCM theory combining the syndrome differentiation and syndrome elements theory, the syndrome elements are divided into a more fine-grained way, and the hierarchical division method and multi-level expression method of syndrome elements are put forward. Than to conduct artificial analysis on the syndrome of gynecological diseases to verify the rationality of multi-level expression of syndrome elements. Based on the multi-level expression method of syndrome elements and pattern extraction method of pattern matching, form the extraction method of syndrome elements and through the batch processing of the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Term of TCM& Syndrome Part to verify the accuracy of the batch processing methodexpression. Results:Guided by TCM theory, this study divided the constituent elements of syndrome names into two levels and five types containing disease location elements, disease nature elements which includes basic material, etiology, pathological state and conjunctions, based on which the syndrome splitting process is constructed. Based on this, the process of syndrome name elements separation is constructed. Artificial analysis of TCM syndrome names of menstrual diseases and infertility shows that all syndrome names can be divided into one or more disease location elements, disease nature elements, and conjunctions based on that splitting process. The accuracy rate of computer batch processing is as high as 71.4% based on that splitting process. Conclusions:The multi-level representation method of syndrome elements provides a theoretical framework for mass data processing by computer, improves the efficiency and accuracy of data processing, provides a theoretical basis for the construction of training data set of syndrome differentiation model, provides support for TCM syndrome differentiation reasoning model, and can be applied to the research of TCM intelligent auxiliary diagnosis system.

Objective To investigate the clinical features, treatments and prognoses of pediatric intracranial aneurysms. Methods The clinical and follow-up data of 16 consecutive patients with pediatric intracranial aneurysms (≤16 years), admitted to our hospital from January 2003 to December 2014, were analyzed retrospectively. Results Pediatric intracranial aneurysms in this study accounted for 0.78%of all intracranial aneurysms. Of the 16 children, 14 were male, 2 were female. There were 12 anterior circulation aneurysms and 5 posterior circulation aneurysms; there were 4 large aneurysms (diameter 11-25 mm) and 2 giant aneurysms (diameter≥25 mm);there were 14 complex aneurysms. At a mean follow-up duration of 16.8 months, no death was noted. Of the 12 patients received microsurgical therapy, 10 patients had favorable outcomes (modified Rankin scale [mRS] 0-1) and 2 patients had some sequelae: different degrees of disability (mRS 2-4). Of the 4 patients received endovascular therapy, 3 patients had favorable outcomes (mRS 0-1) and one patient had hemiparesis (mRS 2). Conclusions Pediatric intracranial aneurysms are different from adult intracranial aneurysms. The treatment effects and prognosis are relatively well when we select individualized treatment mode according to the clinical features of pediatric intracranial aneurysms.

Objectives To analyze the spatial and temporal aggregation of multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR-TB) incidence in Nanning at the township / street scale from 2017 to 2021, to explore the spatial and temporal characteristics of the spread of MDR-TB in Nanning, and to provide a scientific reference basis for the health administrative departments to achieve the precise implementation of MDR-TB prevention and control. Methods Based on the data of MDR-TB cases in Nanning from 2017 to 2021, the spatial-temporal scanning analysis software SaTScan v9.7 was used to retrospectively detect and analyze the areas where MDR-TB cases gathered. Results Through simple spatial scanning analysis, it was found that there were three first-class aggregation areas (the aggregation center was Fujiayuan Street, Jiangnan District, 2017, Xinyang Street, Xixiangtang District, 2019, and Zhonghe Town, Yongning District, 2020), and one second-class aggregation area (the aggregation center was Jinchai Town, Mashan County, 2020). Simple time scanning showed that the clustering occurred from May 2019 to December 2020. Temporal and spatial aggregation analysis showed that Xinyang Street in Xixiangtang District was the center of the first-class aggregation area, Zhonghe Town in Yongning District was the center of the second-class aggregation area, and Jinchai Town in Mashan County was the center of the third-class aggregation area. Conclusion The multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis epidemic in Nanning is distributed in an aggregated manner, especially in Xinyang Street, Xixiangtang District, which has the highest spatial and temporal aggregation. It is necessary to focus on and take regional prevention and control measures to control the epidemic.
