Objective To study the relationship between severity of coronary artery lesion and serum level of apolipoprotein A5 (ApoA5). Methods The level of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-den-sity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C ), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C ), apolipoprotein A1 ( APOA1), apolipoprotein B (APOB) ,Lipoprotein(a) and uric acid(UA) were examined in 114 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and 40 healthy control subjects;Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) methods was used to determine APOA5. The eoronay heart disease patients were divided into tree groups by the severity of coronary artery lesion: that is one, two and three vessel lesion. Results Compared with control group, APOA5, ApoA1, HDL-C lev-el of CHD groups were lower(P <0.01 or P<0.05) ,TG ,LP(a)and UA were higher(P <0.01 or P <0.05) ,the difference of TC, LDL-C and APOB were not significant (P>0.05 ). In the subgroups of CHD patients, The serum APOA5 concentrations were signficant different between the CHD patients and control group( F=18.605 ,P<0.01 ). Along with the severity of coronary artery,the level of ApoA5 concentrations had a lower trend. The level of ApoA5 was negatively correlated with serum TG level ( r=-0.208, P=0.040) and LP (a) ( r=-0.088, P <0.001). The level of APOA5 had a positive correlation with the serum HDL-C (r= 0.241, P = 0.016). Conclusion There is negative correlation between severity of coronary artery lesion and serum level of ApoA5. The decrease of ApoA5 maybe a risk factor.

Objective To explore the correlation between serum concentrations of apolipoprotein (Apo) AV and adiponecfin in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Method The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) , ApoA I and ApoB were examined in 99 subjects by biochemistry department. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was used to determine ApoA V and adiponectin. All subjects were divided into CHD group(59 patients) and control group(40 patients). Results The concentration of TG was significantly higher than that in control group [(1.79±1.28) mmol/L vs (1.27±0.79) mmol/L]. The concentrations of HDL-C, ApoA V and adiponectin in CHD group were signifi-cantly lower than those in control group[(1.17±0.25) mmol/L vs (1.29±0.26) mmol/L, (186.71±78.20) μg/L vs (250.29±110.38)μg/L, and (3.81±0.15)mg/L vs (5.33±0.37) mg/L,P<0.05or <0.01]. Serum ApoA V was negatively correlated with TG (r =-0.208, P = 0.040), but positively correlated with HDL-C (r = 0.241, P= 0.016) and adiponectin (r = 0.238, P= 0.018). Conclusions The patients with CHD have decreased serum levels of ApoA V and adiponectin, but increased levels of TG. ApoA V and adiponectin influence the development of CHD.

Objective To explore anti-EV71 effects of Ganlu Xiaodudan in vitro. Methods Ribavirin was taken as control drug, with the help of cell culture to observe anti-EV71 inhibition rate of Ganlu Xiaodudan in inhibiting-virus-directly experiment, therapeutic-inhibiting-virus experiment, preventive-inhibiting-virus experiment and preventive-therapeutic-inhibiting-virus experiment. Results In inhibiting-virus-directly experiment, therapeutic-inhibiting-virus experiment and preventive-therapeutic-inhibiting-virus experiment, virus inhibition rate of Ganlu Xiaodudan was higher than ribavirin. In preventive-inhibiting-virus experiment, virus inhibition rates of Ganlu Xiaodudan and ribavirin both were almost zero. Conclusion Ganlu Xiaodudan has better antiviral effects on EV71 than ribavirin, and it can affect more than one link of multiplication of EV71.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of inhibiting Galα (1,3)-Gal expression in mouse vascular endothelial cells by lentivirus-mediated RNAi.Methods The shRNA specified to α1,3-GT mRNA was designed and synthesized in vitro and cloned into the lentivirus vector.EOMA cells were infected by recombinant lentivirus.Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect mRNA transcriptional levels of αl,3-GT as well as immunofluorescence and flow cytometry were applied to detect Galα(1,3)-Gal antigen level after gene transfection.Co-culture of infected EOMA and serum of human was done and the survival rate was measured by MTT.Results The αl,3-GT shRNA sequences were cloned into the recombinant lentivirus vector correctly and the lentivirus was produced successfully.The transfection efficiency to EOMA was 75 %.Real-time PCR revealed that the mRNA transcription of α1,3-GT was obviously inhibited by α1,3-GT shRNA recombinant lentivirus with the rate of 88 % (P＜0.05),while there were no obvious differences among control group,no shRNA lentivirus group and negative-shRNA lentivirus group (P＞ 0.05).Immunofluorescence and flow cytometry demonstrated the same results that Galα(1,3)-Gal antigen expression in EOMA transfected by α1,3-GT shRNA lentivirus was less than that of control group,no shRNA lentivirus group and negative-shRNA lentivirus group (P＜0.05),but there were no obvious differences among the later three groups (P＞0.05).After co-culture with serum of human,MTT showed the survival rate of EOMA infected by α1,3-GT shRNA lentivirus was obviously increased (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Recombinant α2,3-GT shRNA 1entivirus is constructed successfully,which can inhibit the expression of α1,3-GT and Galα1,3-Gal in EOMA by RNAi and control hyperacute rejection in vitro.

Objective: To analyze the relationship between the serum levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and achilles tendon thickness (ATT).
Methods: We studied 154 patients with high serum level of LDL-C (LDL-C≥3.37 mmol/L) from 2014-03 to 2015-03, the patients were at (18-75) years of age. According to《Guidelines on Prevention and Treatment of Blood Lipid Abnormality in Chinese Adults 2007》, the patients were divided into 2 groups:Borderline high LDL-C (3.3-4.12 mmol/L) group n=50 and High LDL-C (≥4.14 mmol/L) group, n=104;in addition, there was a Normal control group (LDL-C<3.37 mmol/L), n=51. ATT values were measured by standard digital radiography and the results were compared among 3 groups;the relationship between serum levels of LDL-C and ATT was studied.
Results: ATT levels in High LDL-C group (9.42 ± 3.63) mm was higher than Borderline high group (8.24±1.73) mm and Normal control group (6.05±0.28)mm, all P<0.05. The liner correlation coefifcient of serum level of LDL-C and the mean ATT was (r=0.346, P<0.001).
Conclusion: Our preliminary research showed that the higher serum level of LDL-C associated with thicker ATT, they had positive correlation. This phenomenon should be further conifrmed by large sample and multi-center investigation.

Objective:To investigate the correlation between amide proton transfer-weighted (APTw) values and Ki-67 labeling index of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:From October 2017 to December 2018, 24 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma [International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage Ⅰ-Ⅲ] were prospectively enrolled in Peking Union Medical College Hospital and underwent pelvic morphological MRI on a 3.0 T MR scanner, including three-dimensional turbo-spin-echo APTw imaging and DWI. The maximum diameters of the lesions, APTw values and ADC values on the slice with the maximum diameter of the lesion were independently measured by two radiologists. The ICC was computed to evaluate the inter-observer consistency. Ki-67 immunohistochemical expression status was assessed by one pathologist. The Pearson correlation analysis was performed between the APTw values, maximum diameters, ADC values and Ki-67 labeling index.Results:The APTw values of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were (2.9±0.5)%. Inter-observer ICC was 0.972 (95%CI 0.937-0.988). The APTw values were positively moderately correlated with Ki-67 labeling index [(61.9±18.7)%, r=0.532, P=0.008]. The maximum diameters of the lesions were (28.7±10.6) mm. The mean ADC values were (0.998±0.217)×10 -3 mm 2/s. No correlations were found between maximum diameters, ADC values and Ki-67 labeling index ( r=0.038, P=0.859; r=0.238, P=0.263). Conclusion:APTw values can partially reveal the proliferation status of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.

Objective To study the clinicalvalue of hyperbaric oxygen combined with cilostazol in treating diabetic foot .Methods 90 patients with diabetic foot in our hospital from June 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table method ,45 cases in each group .The control group was given the cilostazol treatment on the basis of basic treatment ,while on the basis of control group treatment ,the observation group was added with the hyperbaric oxygen therapy .The clinical efficacy and the changes of hemorheology ,blood parameters and plasma fibrinolytic indicators of the two groups were observed .Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91 .11% ,which was sig-nificantly higher than 71 .11% in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05);the whole blood viscosity (high shear and low shear ) ,hematocrit after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0 .05);the levels of HbA1c ,homocysteine(Hcy) and plasma high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0 .05) ,the levels of plasma fibrinogen andtis-sue-type plasminogen activator(TPA) after treatment in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with cilostazol can effectively improve the levels of HbA 1c ,Hcy and hs-CRP in thee patients with diabetic foot ,promotesthe wound healing and improves the clinical treatment effect .

Objective To establish a systematic and scientific transitional care quality evaluation index for patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and to determine the weight of the index.Methods Using self management theory and Omaha effectiveness evaluation system as frameworks, the transitional care quality evaluation index for patients with CHD after PCI was basically formed on the basis of literature analysis and qualitative research. Totally 23 experts were consulted by Delphi method, and the weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP).Results The quality evaluation index was finally determined after three rounds of expert consultation, composing of 4 first-class indexes, 16 second-class indexes and 42 third-class indexes. The questionnaire recovery rates of the three rounds of consultations were 91.3％, 81.0％ and 100.0％ respectively. And the authority coefficient of the experts were 0.87, 0.88 and 0.91 respectively. The index weight of various levels were determined by AHP. The weight of 4 first-class indexes were 0.489, 0.137, 0.304 and 0.070 respectively, and theCr value of indexes of various levels were all less than 0.10.Conclusions The transitional care quality evaluation index for patients with CHD after PCI is established to give feedback on the effects of transitional nursing and to promote the quality of transitional nursing.

Objective:To study the predictive value of BAT score for the prognosis of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (sICH).Methods:A retrospective analysis of 93 sICH patients in the Emergency Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from January 2018 to December 2020 was conducted, and the patients were classified into the good prognosis group ( n=34) and the poor prognosis group ( n=59) according to the Glasgow Outcome Score (GOS) 3 months after the discharge. Clinical data such as basic data of patients, admission vital signs, laboratory indicators, National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) score and BAT score and other clinical data of the two groups were compared. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors affecting poor prognosis of sICH patients. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to analyze predictive value of BAT score for poor prognosis of sICH patients. Results:The admission systolic blood pressure, white blood cell count, hypertension complications, emergency BAT score and NIHSS score of patients in the poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in the good prognosis group ( P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the admission systolic blood pressure ( OR=1.024, 95% CI: 1.002~1.046, P=0.035) and emergency BAT score ( OR=2.640, 95% CI: 1.445-4.825, P=0.002) could accurately predict the poor prognosis of sICH patients. ROC curve analysis showed that the area under ROC curve (AUC) of BAT score was 0.792, the sensitivity was 79.3%, and the specificity was 76.5%. The AUC of systolic blood pressure for predicting poor prognosis of sICH patients was 0.701, and the sensitivity was 55.2%, and the specificity was 88.2%. The AUC of BAT score combined with systolic blood pressure for predicting poor prognosis of sICH patients was 0.835. Conclusions:BAT score and admission systolic blood pressure could more accurately predict poor prognosis of sICH patients. The combination of them had a higher efficacy in predicting poor prognosis of sICH patients after 3 months.
