Objective To understand the cue-induced craving, physiological reactions to heroin-related cues, and to explore the factors that impact the cue-induced craving. Methods 369 abstinent heroin addicts were exposed to videotapes of heroin using and simulacrum after the self relaxation. The craving, abstinent symp-toms were measured before and after cue exposures. The physiological reactions were measured by multi-biofeed-back instrument before, during, and after cue exposure. BIS-Ⅱ questionnaire was used to collect information about their impulsive characteristic. Results After cue exposure, the self-reports scores of craving (t=11.24, P< 0.01), physiological index including heart rate((76.6±11.3) beats/min, F=19.23), skin conduct ((7.48± 4.25)μs, F=53.99), pupil size (t=11.73) had significant change in heroin addicts (P<0.01). Logistic regres-sion results showed that the scores of BIS-Ⅱ were related to cue-reduced craving (P=0.001,95% CI: 1.015~1. 065). Conclusions Exposure to drug-related cues can induces craving and physiological reactions in long term abstinence heroin addicts. High impulsive characteristic is a risk factor to induce drug-related craving. The inter-vention strategies should consider the impulsive characteristic and make a comprehensive intervention program to prevent relapse.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(5):341-344
According to the clinical requirements of cardiopulmonary bypass surgery, this paper established a simulation system for cardiac surgery which consists of venous reservoir, variable balance chamber, blood suction bag, ventricle suction bag, resistance valves, pressure gauges and tubings. Using the proposed system, perfusionists can mimic the implementation of pre-established surgery strategy, predict various abnormal conditions in the operation, and accordingly take the urgent actions so as to improve the success rate of surgery and to ensure the safety of patients.

Objective:To understand whether or not biofeedback therapy(BT)and cue- exposure therapy(CET)could decrease craving and heroin-related cue reactivity in abstinent heroin dependents. Methods:Adopting stratified sampling means,60 abstinent heroin dependents whose craving increased after cue exposed, were allocated to experiment group(n=36)and control group(n=24).The control group dependents received assistance and education.Beside the assistance and education, the experiment group also received 12 times combination therapies of BT and CET.Results:After therapies, the experiment group dependents' craving,EMG and skin conductance(SC)were all decreased compared with control group before cue exposures and after cue exposures[Before cue exposures, the indexes were:craving(3.06±7.26)mm vs.(22.32±20.26)mm;EMG(8.52±4.23)μV vs.(12.06±5.17)μV,SC(2.14±1.43)μS vs.(4.61±2.24)μS.After cue exposures the indexes were:craving(6.97±10.30)mm vs.(33.14±25.40)mm,MEG(8.72±4.31)μV vs.(14.79±5.86)μV,SC(2.15±1.33)μS vs.(4.49±2.59)μS;Ps≤0.01.Conclusion:The combination of biofeedback therapy and cue-exposure therapy could decrease the dependents' craving and cue reactivity sensitivity.

5.ARL14 expression in colorectal cancer and its relationship with cancer associated fibro-blast infiltration
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2024;51(4):163-169
Objective:To investigated the strength of adenosine diphosphate ribosylation factor-like protein 14(ARL14)expression in colorectal cancer(CRC)and its relationship with major infiltrating cells in the tumor microenvironment. Methods:Data from the 607 CRC cases and 51 normal tissues in the TCGA-CRC dataset were analyzed.ARL14 mRNA expression levels were retrospectively collected and the relationship between ARL14 expression and CRC patient prognosis was analyzed.Transcription factors and miRNAs involved upstream in reg-ulating ARL14 expression were predicted.Bioinformatics methods were used to analyze the relationship between ARL14 expression and cell infiltration into the tumor microenvironment.Tumor and normal tissues from 45 CRC patients who underwent surgery in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute&Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were collected, and expression levels of ARL14,smooth muscle actin-α(α-SMA),and fibroblast-activated protein(FAP)were detected by immunohistochemical staining to verify the relationship between ARL14 expression and fibroblast activation. Results:Differential analysis showed that the ARL14 expression level was significantly lower in CRC tissues than in normal tissues(P<0.001).Patients with low ARL14 expression had worse prognosis than patients with high expression(Log-rank P=0.025).MCP-counter analysis showed that ARL14 expression correlated negatively with fibroblast infiltration(P<0.0001).Im-munohistochemical staining results showed that ARL14 expression was significantly lower in tumors than in normal tissues(P<0.01).ARL14 expression also correlated negatively with α-SMA and FAP expression levels in the interstitium.Conclusions:ARL14 may play a tumor sup-pressor role in CRC and inhibit fibroblast activation.

To explore the focus and trends in real-world studies in Chinese through knowledge mapping method, databases CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and Sinomed were retrieved, with 1 757 relevant articles published before September 30rd, 2020 finally included, whose bibliographical records were imported into NoteExpress to avoid duplication and check relativity. VOSviewer, a bibliometric analysis tool, was used to analyze their development. It was found that real-world studies have mainly taken shape after 2010, in which traditional Chinese medicine research plays an important role.
