Objective To study the efficacy and safety of sedation in gastroscopy with a combined use of rimifentani and propofol compared to a control,non-sedative group. Methods 120 cases in sedative group were given intravenous rimifentani and propofol.Patients'feeling and discomfort, operator's satisfaction and operative duration were compared with the controI group(n=120,without sedation). The changes of blood pressure, heat rate and blood oxygen saturation were recorded and analysed. Results 118 patients(98.3%)in sedative group and 0 patient(0)in control group did not complain any discomfort and pain duing gastroscopy(P<0.01).The incidence of cough, restlessness, nausea and vomiting, and guttural discomfort in sedative group(1.7%,3.3%,1.7%,and 0,respectively)was lower as compared with the control group(9.2%,26.7%,48.3%and 100%,respectively,P<0.01).The blood pressure in sedative group was decreased duing the procedure and recovered after the procedure. Conclusion With intravenous use of rimifentani and propofol, gastroscopy can be performed effectively and safely.

Flavonoids are the secondary metabolites of plants , which are found in many plants .Flavonoids have extensive phar-macological actions , such as anti-inflammation, anti-tumor, anti-bacteria and anti-virus, scavenging free radicals , osteoporosis preven-tion and cardiovascular protection .Based on the analysis of relative literatures published at home and abroad in recent years , the mech-anisms of anti-inflammatory effects of flavonoids were reviewed , including arachidonic acid metabolism pathway , cytokine and its recep-tor, cell second messenger, active oxygen, nitrogen monoxide, platelet activating factor and its receptor , nuclear factor, intercellular adhesion molecule and so on .The review aimed to provide theoretical basis for the further development and research .

Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai injection combined concurrent chemoradiotherapy on immune function in patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In treatment group,40 patients received simultaneous three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with TP(docetaxel+cisplatin)chemotherapy, while given Shenmai injection in the process of concurrent chemoradiotherapy. In control group,40 patients only received chemoradiotherapy. The changes of T cell subsets were observed between the two groups. Results It showed no significant differences in percentages of CD+3,CD+4,CD+16CD+56and CD+4/CD+8 ratio between two groups pre-treatment(all P>0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions occurred after received Shenmai injection in treatment group. Conclusion It play an important role in improving immune function of patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer who received Shenmai injection combined concurrent chemoradiotherapy.

Objective:To investigate the clinical application of salvianolate for injection in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province and evaluate its rationality of injection. Methods:From March 2018 to November 2018, 560 patients treated with salvianolate for injection in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected by random sampling method. The indications, usage and dosage, route of administration, choice of vehicle, concentration of vehicle, course of treatment, compatibility, contraindications and adverse reactions of salvianolate for injection were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Totally 560 inpatients received salvianolate for injection were collected, about 26.96%(151/560) was consistent with the indication, 99.82%(559/560) with a correct administration dosage and frequency, 100.00%(560/560) with right administration route, 95.00%(532/560) with a right solvent selection, 67.86%(380/560) with correct solvent concentration, 61.07%(342/560) with a correct treatment course, 100.00%(560/560) with a right medicine combination, about 94.46%(529/560) was consistent with coagulation function contraindication, about 90.18%(505/560) was consistent with liver function contraindication. The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.61%(9/560).Conclusion:In the clinical application of salvianolate for injection, a high rate of unreasonable usage is found in indication, treatment course and solvent selection.Because of the serious problems in the use of salvianolate injection, it should be used strictly to ensure clinical medication safety.

Objective To investigate the correlation between the level of presenilin-associated rhomboidlike protein (PARL) and the sperm motility, survival rate and deformity rate of sperm in workers exposed to aluminum. Methods A total of 162 male workers exposed to aluminum in a large aluminum enterprise in Guangxi were selected as the exposure group, and the 162 staff members of the service company were selected as the control group by matching the age and length of service. The concentration of aluminum in the working environment and the aluminum content in the blood and urine were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the level of PARL protein in sperm and sperm function was evaluated. Results The average concentrations of aluminum in the batching, electrolysis and casting of aluminum exposure group were (6.72± 1.45),(7.23± 1.50) and (7.35± 1.72)mg/m3,which were significantly higher than those of the control group (F=8.314,P<0.001).The content of aluminum in blood and urine of exposed group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05),while the levels of PARL of exposed group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).Moreover,the sperm survival rate and sperm motility of exposed group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the sperm deformity rates of exposed group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation of sperm motility, sperm survival rate and protein level of PARL (rsprm motility=0.713,P=0.012;rsperm survival rate =0.628,P=0.008);while the sperm deformity rate and protein level of PARL showed a significant negative correlation (rsperm deformity rate =0.953,P =0.002).Conclusion The sperm function was significantly impaired in aluminum exposed workers, and the changes of sperm motility, survival rate and malformation rate were closely related to the protein level of PARL.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sodium hyaluronate gel in preventing adhesion after prophylactic enterostomy. Methods:One hundred and twenty four patients from 6 hospitals were enrolled in this prospective multi-center randomized controlled trial. Patients were randomized into the study group ( n=59) or the control group ( n=65).All patients underwent prophylactic enterostomy. Patients of study group received odium hyaluronate gel for adhesion-prevention,while those in control group did not receive any adhesion-prevention treatment. The incidence of moderate to severe adhesion around the incision in the stoma area were evalutated during stoma reduction surgery. Results:The incidence of moderate to severe adhesion around the incision in the stoma area was 6.3% in the study group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) compared to that of the control group (32.6%). Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate gel can safely and effectively reduce the incidence of moderate and severe adhesions after abdominal surgery.
