Objective To explore the influence of different preservation conditions and time period on the testing results of Alzheimer's disease(AD) associated neuronal thread protein(AD7C-NTP) in urine specimen.Methods From Oct.2015 to Jan.2016,urine specimen were collected from 50 AD patients,and divided into three groups,according to the different storage temperature,including room temperature group,4 ℃ group and-20 ℃ group.Preservatives were added into specimen of 4 ℃ preservation group and-20 ℃ preservation group.AD7C-NTP level was detected at different preservation time of all specimen.Results The testing results of AD7C-NTP in specimen of room temperature group and 4 ℃ groups,detected within three days,were not significantly different with initial detection value(P>0.05).After seven days,the testing results in specimen of 4 ℃ group were not significantly different with initial detection value(P>0.05).However,after one day,the testing results in specimen of-20 ℃ group were significantly different with initial detection value(P<0.05).Contrast with 4 ℃ without preservative group,the adding of preservative could not increase the stability of AD7C-NTP.The adding of preservative in specimen of-20 ℃ could obviously increase stability,but the deviation of testing results was beyond acceptable limits.Conclusion 4 ℃ without preservatives could be the optimal storage condition for detection of AD7C-NTP in the urine.

Objective:To study the value of small dose sufentanil in anesthesia in caesarean section for prevention of chill and dragging pain. Methods:A total of 84 cases of caesarean section maternal in our hospital were choosen for study as the object. And they were randomly divided into two groups, with 42 cases in each group. The experimental group implements the sufentanil 5μg, control group was given 0.5%ropivacaine. Chills,dragging pain and other adverse reactions were compared. Results:The incidence rate of level 0 chills in experimental group was 80.95%,and it's higher than that 50.00%of control group (P<0.01) . Maternal pull pain incidence rate of experiment group was 14.92%, while the control group was 73.81%(P<0.01) . The other adverse reaction rate in experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.01) . Conclusion:Small doses sufentanil anesthesia for cesarean section can significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as pain and chills,safe and effective,it's worthy of clinical popularization and application.

At present,there are some shortcomings in China's medical humanities education,such as inadequate adaptation to the needs of the development of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,and insufficient early warning of crises brought about by emerging medical technologies.The concept of"a community of common health for mankind"had been established in the appearance context of medical humanities education,which also gave medical humanities education a richer contemporary significance and development opportunities.Taking the courses of medical ethics and health law as examples,the concept of"a community of common health for mankind"fits well with the core of medical humanities education in terms of value significance,logical mechanisms,and content elements,which is more conducive to highlighting the localized results of medical humanities research.Therefore,the existing theoretical frameworks should be integrated with the concept of"a community of common health for mankind",to create a medical humanities education system with Chinese characteristics and universal significance,as well as to enhance the quality and effects of humanities education by integrating the disciplinary systems,education modes,education chains,and other paths.
