Objective To observe the effect of 99Tc-MDP in the treatment of metastasis bone disease pain with malignancies, and the influence of 99Tc-MDP to human body's Hb,WBC,PLT,serum calcium, and PS grade. Methods 99Tc-MDP was used for the treatment of bone metastases in 78 cases with malignancies:established the intravenous access, mairdined with the 99Tc-MDP,200mg,the diluted physiological brine, and in tWO hours, once a day for five days. After the rest of twenty one to twenty-eight days, the second cycle Was repeated, and each patient at least three cycles. Results 99Tc-MDP had no influence to the Hb,WBC and PLT in pre-treatment and post-treatment,but had obvious effeet on the serum calcium, the hypocalcaemia reduced obviously(P<0.01).There was significant difference in ameliorating ache during the periods of pretreatment and post-treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no marked improvement in PS,and no statistic difference(P>0.05).Conclusion 99Tc-MDP has deftnite curative effect in the treatment of metastasis bone cancer, can ameliorate the ache induced by it,and can reduce the hypoealcaemia. There is no marrow inhibition and enteron reaction in the application.

Objective To ascertain the uranium concentrations and uranium isotopic ratios in drinking water in Xilingol League, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Methods Drinking water samples were collected in Xilingol League, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous.Region inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was applied to determine the concentration of uranium and uranium isotope abundance. Results The uranium concentrations in all samples were in the range of 2.73-18.9μg/L,with an average of 8.20 μg/L.Tbe234U/238U isotope ratio varied from 7.513 × 10-5to 3.003 × 10-4 and235U/238U from 7.196 × 10-3 to 7.391 × 10-3.The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 0.5% for234U/238U and 0.2% for235 U/238U.Conclusions The uranium concentration in samples collected from Dongwuqi was high than 15 μg/L,whih is the limit given by World Health Organization (WHO).The uranium in drinking water originates from the natural environment.The234U is enriched in drinking water.

Objective To perform anatomic study on percutaneous cannulated-screw fixation of symphysis pubis diastasis in human cadaveric pelvic specimens so as to provide a basis for clinical practice of the technique. Methods Fifteen adult pelvic cadaveric specimens were dissected to expose pubic symphysis, peripheral major vascular nerve, spermatic cord and round ligament of the uterus.Thickness of pubic symphysis and distance between the outer edge of pubic tubercle and spermatic funicle or round ligament of uterus were measured respectively.Distances were measured respectively from entry and exit points to the above-mentioned structures in the direction of guide pin.Entry depth and angles of guide pin with the coronal plane and cross section of the human body were measured.Surgery was simulated to prove the surgery effect through post-surgery filming and CT.Results Thickness of symphysis pubis was gradually reduced from up to down.Pubic tubercle part was the most thick and it could accommodate a 7.3 mm cannulated-screw.Entry and exit points of cannulated-screw were in certain distances with the important nervusvascularis and spematicfunicle (or round ligament of uterus) in the periphery, which were invulnerable to damages in the process of surgery.Proper lengths of cannulated screws were (73.6 ± 1.3) mm for males and (72.4 ± 1.7)mm for females (t =3.146,P < 0.05).Screw thread was completely embedded in pubic tubercle.Angles of guide pin with coronal plane and cross section of human body were (7.3 ± 1.1) °and (6.4 ± 1.0) ° for males (6.9 ± 1.5) ° and (6.1 ± 0.6) ° for females.Radiography and CT findings confirmed that all pin tracks were in the bone substances with angle and length of screws staying within the scope of experiment. Conclusion Percutaneous cannulated screw fixation is reliable and safe for symphysis pubis diastasis.

Objective:To explore the value of Caprini risk assessment scale and serum D-dimer in early prediction of postoperative lower extremities deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor. Methods:A total of 240 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors treated in Union Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from Jan to Oct 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Caprini score was 4 in 8 cases, 5-7 in 217 cases, and 8 in 15 cases. Sixty-seven patients developed lower extremity DVT after operation. No patients with Caprini score of 4 had DVT, 57 cases (26.3%) with a score of 5-7 had DVT; 10 cases whose score were ≥8 points (66.7%) developed DVT. There was a higher incidence of lower extremity DVT in patients ≥8 points than those of 5-7 points after surgery ( P<0.01). The postoperative Caprini score of the DVT group was higher than that of the non-DVT group (6.37±1.01 vs. 5.80±0.94, t=4.108, P<0.001). D-dimer on the first day after operation in DVT group (4.08±2.27 vs. 2.01±1.04, t=7.715, P<0.001) and the level of serum D-dimer (2.93±1.81 vs. 2.30±1.21, t=2.631, P<0.001) on day 3 was higher than that in the non-DVT group. According to the ROC curve, the best cut-off value for serum D-dimer to predict lower extremity DVT on the first postoperative day was 2.84 mg/L, the sensitivity was 70.1%, the specificity was 87.3%, and the area under the curve (AUC) was 0.815. The best cut-off value of D-dimer for predicting lower limb DVT on day 3 after surgery was 1.67 mg/L, sensitivity was 85.1%, specificity was 34.7%, and AUC was 0.611. Conclusions:Patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors have a high incidence of postoperative lower extremity DVT. When the serum D-dimer exceeds 2.84 mg/L on the first postoperative day, the likelihood of postoperative lower extremity DVT is higher.
