[Objeetive] To compare the expression level of CD44V6,?-catenin in osteosarcoma cells with controls,and to investigate the correlation with invasion of osteosarcoma cells.[Methods]Expression of CD44V6 and ?-catenin was examined by immunohistochemistry SP method in 35 specimens of human osteosarcoma tissue.The control group was 15 samples of normal bone tissue and 15 samples of osteochondroma.[Results]The expression of CD44V6 and ?-catenin was correlated significantly with clinical stage,neoplasm metastasis(P0.05).In osteosarcoma,CD44V6 was positively correlated with the expression of ?-catenin(u=3.77,P
2.Correlation between plasma NT-proBNP level and the severity of acute asthmatic attack

Objective To investigate the relationship between the plasma NT-proBNP level and the severity of acute asthmatic attack,and to provide a reference for the assessment of the severity of asthma and the prognosis of patients with acute asthmatic attack. Methods A total of 103 adult patients with mild,moderate,severe,and very severe acute asthmatic attack were enrolled in this study. The difference of plasma NT-proBNP level among groups,and the correlation between plasma NT-proBNP level and APACHE II score(Acute Physiology and Chron-ic Health Evaluation)were investigated.The correlation between plasma NT-proBNP level and Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF)was also studied in each group. Results There was significant difference in plasma NT-proBNP among groups(P < 0.05). Plasma NT-proBNP and APACHE II score was positive correlated(R = 0.767 1,P < 0.05). However,plasma NT-proBNP was negatively correlated with PEF(R =-0.709 7,P < 0.05). Conclusion NT-proBNP can be used as one of the indexes to evaluate the severity of acute asthmatic attack.
3.Multi-slice Spiral CT in Differential Diagnosis of Esophageal Leiomyoma and Esophageal Carcinoma

Purpose To explore multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in differential diagnosis of esophageal leiomyoma and esophageal carcinoma.Material and Methods Plain chest CT scan and enhanced inspection image of 26 patients with esophageal leiomyoma and 68 patients with esophageal carcinoma at the same term which had been confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Characteristics such as focus size,morphology,density and tumor-air surface,etc were recorded and compared.Results MSCT of esophageal leiomyoma showed uniform density,possible calcification,polylimited influence of esophageal wall,scarcity of depression in focus niche,smooth tumor-air surface,low degree of enhanced amplification,and cerioid expansion of related lumen of larger focus.However,MSCT in esophageal carcinoma was represented by thickened annulus of esophageal wall,no calcification of focus,familiarity of depression in focus niche,rough tumor-air surface and intermediate degree strengthening.Differences of contrast of calcification,polylimited influence of esophageal wall,scarcity of depression in focus niche,smooth tumor-air surface in sophageal leiomyoma with that of esophageal carcinoma were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion MSCT can accurately identify sophageal leiomyoma and esophageal carcinoma,offering evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
