Objective To investigate the application data of 6-minute walk test to evaluate the surgical effect of congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension. Methods 83 cases of congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension were selected and divided into mild(28 patients) ,moderate(30 patients) and severe(25 patients)three groups according to the ultrasound preoperative pulmonary artery systolic pressure estimation (SPAP), all patients underwent surgery correction of heart defects, and before and after surgery the patients were detected SPAP and 6MWT,6MWT observed for evaluating the effect of surgery. Results After surgery, the SPAP of, mild, moderate and severe group were ( 28.7 ± 5. 6) mm Hg, ( 28.7 ± 5.6 ) mm Hg, ( 28.7 ± 5.6 )mm Hg, significantly decreased, 6 MWT were (436. 5 ± 37. 0) m, ( 411.0 ± 39. 8 ) m, ( 338.7 ± 32. 4 ) m, significantly increased, more significant changes in moderate group; The mechanical ventilation and ICU stay of severe group were ( 12. 6 ± 3.2) h, ( 5.5 ± 1.0) d, significandy longer than the mild and moderate groups ( t = 11. 770,6. 118,18. 721,9. 970, all P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion 6-minute walk test to evaluate the surgical effect of congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension had clinical significance, and in moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension in patients with clinical assessment more meaningful, and it was worthy of attention.

Objective To detect the expression of Per2 and VEGF in NSCLC tissue, and analyze its clinical significance. Methods The expression of Per2 and VEGF was measured in 60 NSCLC and 20 normal lung tissue by immunohistochemistry assay, then the relation with clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of Per2 in NSCLC and in normal lung tissue were 71.7% and 95.0% ( x2 =4.683,P <0.05 ),while the positive expression rate of VEGF were 58.3% and 15% (x2 =11.295,P < 0.01 ).The negative expression of Per2 in NSCLC was correlated with pathological differentiation or TNM stage( x2 =4.413,6.179,all P <0.05),while the positive expression of VEGF in NSCLC was correlated with pathological differentiation or lymphatic metastasis (x2 =6.524,P < 0.05 ).The expression of Per2 was negatively correlated with the expression of VEGF in NSCLC (r =-0.381,P < 0.01 ).Conclusion The overexpression of VEGF in NSCLC may contribute to invasion and metastasis, while Per2 may be a beneficial prognosis factor in patients with NSCLC.

Objective:
To analyze the etiology and epidemiological characteristics of influenza in Wenzhou from 2009 to 2014, so as to provide the scientific basis for control and prevention of influenza.
Methods:
Throat swab specimens of influenza like illness (ILI) were collected from national influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals for nucleic acid detection with real-time PCR and virus isolation, culture and sequencing, and the results were analyzed with statistical methods.
Results:
During the 8 years, a total of 10 577 089 cases from outpatient and emergency department were monitored in sentinel hospitals. There were 337 896 ILI cases with an average ILI treatment rate of 3.19%. A total of 4 046 ILI samples were detected in children, 511 were positive for influenza, the positive rate was 12.63%. Among the detected influenza types, type B had the highest proportion, followed by H3N2. Among the 6 age groups, the number of flu patients was the highest in 0-3 years old group, the positive rate in 10-12 years old group was the highest (35.03%). There were 28 and 45 amino acid sequence mutations of HA fragment in influenza A and B, respectively, which included multiple mutation of 391 and 145 amino acids. The phylogenetic analysis showed that the strains of type B were different in different years, and Yamagata evolved into Y1 and Y2 two branches.
Conclusions
The prevalence peaks of influenza in children occurred in winter and spring in Wenzhou city, accompanied by small peaks in summer. Three subtypes of serotypes B, H3N2 and A(H1N1) dominated alternatively in Wenzhou during the 8 years. We should focus on strengthening the prevention and control of influenza in preschool children and primary and secondary school students.

Objective:To systematically evaluate and integrate the midwifery care needs of parturition, to provide reference for formulating effective measures to improve obstetric care. Methods:A computer search was conducted on Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, China Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Database for qualitative research on midwifery care needs of parturition. The search period was from the establishment of the database to April 2024. The quality of the included literature was evaluated using the qualitative research quality evaluation criteria of the Australian Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence based Health Care Center. A thematic synthesis was used for result integration. Results:A total of 16 articles were included, and 63 major research results were extracted and summarized into 9 new categories, forming 4 integrated results: physiological comfort needs, respect needs, professional nursing support needs and social network harmonious needs. Conclusions:The needs of midwifery care during childbirth are diverse and need help and support from various aspects. It is suggested that nursing staff should pay attention to the experience and needs of childbirth, improve the management plan of nursing during childbirth, improve the cognitive experience of childbirth and promote natural childbirth.
