Objective To explore the relation among depression, hopelessness and suicide risk,as well as the mediating effect of hopelessness between depression and suicide risk. Methods 1 381 students were recruited from five junior middle schools in Linyi by using cluster random sampling. They were investigated with General Situation Questionnaire,Scale for Suicide Ideation(SSI),Beck Hopelessness Scale (BHS) and Beck Depression Iventory (BDI).Results Suicide risk in junior middle school was significant positively correlated with depression and hopelessness (r=0.43 and 0.64 respectively,P<0.01).Hopelessness partly mediated the relationship between depression and suicide risk (55.8%).Furthermore,hopelessness showed partial mediating effect on the relationship between depression and suicide risk in boys (42.7%) and in 7th Grade students (29.9%),and also complete mediating effect in girls (74.1%) and in 8th Grade students (95.3%).Conclusion The suicide risk in middle school students increase with the increasing of the severity of depression and hopelessness. The hopelessness plays different mediating effects on relation between depression and suicide risk in students with different gender and grade.

There has been a series of teaching innovation carried out to improve the clinical teaching of seven-year program students in the department of gynecology and obstetirics of Xinqiao hospital.By using case as a guide and problem as foundation, with multimedia and other advanced teaching plan,we paid more attention to the Chinese-English teaching to improve mixed diathesis of these medical students and find out a better teaching model.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective: To develop Chinese Marital Motivation and Reason Inventory (CMMRI) and examine it's reliability and validity. Methods: A 40-items, self-report measure of marital motivation and reason was developed based definition of marital motivation and reason and clinical experiences. The test-retest reliability, split-half reliability, internal consistency reliability, construct validity, and empirical validity were examined in the general sample of 1303 subjects, retest sample of 52 subjects, and validity sample of 95 subjects, aged from 6 to 91 years. Results: The stability coefficients, split-half reliability, Cronbach's ?coefficients were 0.62~0.80, 0.61~0.79 and 0.62~0.80 for 4 dimensions. There were significant differences between subjects in separation and divorcee and subjects in marriage on the CMMRI. In the confirmatory analysis of four factors model, fit statistics for the model best explained the observed relationships between the item scores and they attained the lower x2/df ratios and RMSEA, and higher IFI, TLI, CFI, PNFI and PCFI. Conclusion: The stability, internal consistency, and validity of the CMMRI are good and meet with psychometric standard.

With the rapid development of new media, medical students' ideological and moral qualities, physical and mental health have been unprecedentedly affected.Traditional ideological and political education modes for medical students encounter great challenges. In order to strengthen the ideological and political education for medical students,we need to focus on three aspects, namely enhancing information qualities of the subjects of ideological and political education, enhancing the supervision of public opinion and guidance on new media and building new interactive environment.

Objective:To measure the voice samples of the normal aged in order to systemically study the fea-tures of the voice changes. Method :To collect and analyze 146 voice samples of the normal aged with sonogram.Result:The fundamental frequency of the voice of the aged decreases and rises in the male more than 80 yearsolder. The low frequency harmonics are regulation and the intensity is strong in the formant of the aged. Thedifference reduces in voice between male and female. The harmonics to noise ratio tends downwards and the am-plitude perturbation quotient tends upwards along with the growth of age in the aged male. The changes of the above-mentioned parameters are not significant in the aged female. Conclusion:The voice changes are normalphysiological ones in the normal aged. The changes of the parameters are used to evaluate normal aged voice andabnormal one. The changes show that the function in the aged phonation tends to decline to a certain extent andit must be protected and be trained.

Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging 2013;(11):853-856
Purpose To explore the methods of selectively visualizing hepatic portal vein by using three-dimensional fast imaging employing steady state acquisition combined with in-flow inversion recovery labeling pulse at 3.0 Tesla. Materials and Methods Ten healthy volunteers were examined under different TI (1200, 1400, 1600, 1800 ms), and the vessel-to-liver contrast ratio of the main portal vein, right portal vein, and left portal vein were measured. Results Non-contrast-enhanced MRA images of portal vein were obtained successfully in all ten volunteers. The signal intensity of peripheral portal branches gradually increased when TI increased from 1200 ms to 1600 ms, and the highest vessel-to-liver contrast ratio occurred when TI was 1400 ms. Conclusion Non-contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography of the hepatic portal vein can be successfully achieved at 3.0T high field MRI. A fixed TI of 1400 ms is preferable.

A poly( GMA-EGDMA) coated SPME fiber was prepared using an in-situ polymerization by direct bonding to the surface of a polydopamine-modified stainless steel wire. Then the fiber was modified by sulfuric acid. A novel solid phase microextraction coating coupled to high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) method based on the as-prepared fiber was developed for the determination of four pharmaceuticals and personal care products ( PPCPs) in water samples. The influences of extraction parameters, including pH, extraction time, extraction temperature and salt addition were investigated. 3 mL water sample was extracted by the as-prepared fiber for 60 min at 30 ℃, and then desorbed with mobile phase for 30 min, respectively. Desorption solution was analyzed by HPLC-DAD ( diode array detection ) . The results indicated that the extraction yield of the fiber was good for four PPCPs. The linear correlation coefficients were>0. 997 with the linear range of 2-200 μg/L. The limits of detection (S/N=3) were 0. 5-5 μg/L with RSD (n=5) of 4. 1%-11. 9%. The recoveries of four PPCPs at spiked level of 20, 50, 100 μg/L were within the range of 70. 6%-105. 5%. The results showed that this method was easy, green, accurate and precise, and could be used to assay the four PPCPs in real water samples.

Partial deletion of the long arm of chromosome 7 is a rare disease and is prone to missing the diagnosis or being misdiagnosed. Here we present a case of a 13-year-old boy that showed symptoms such as growth-retardation,moderate intellectual disability, hypotelorism, microcephaly, epicanthal folds, genu varum and lumbar vertebral cleft, but it did not show serious symptoms like cleft lip, urogenital malformation and hypotonia. He was eventually diagnosed as partial deletion of the long arm of chromosome 7 syndrome through gene analysis.Considering the rare incidence of this disease and more rarely for being hospitalized to endocrine ward due to growth retardation, this case report can provide more information for clinic diagnosis and differential diagnosis for growth retardation.
