Objective To investigate the correlation between the percentage of systolic stenosis of the mural coronary artery (MCA) and the length and depth of the myocardial bridge using dual-source computed tomography (DSCT). Methods Four hundred and fifty patients suspected of coronary artery disease (CHD) underwent dual-source computed tomography coronary angiography (DSCTCA). The images were analyzed by 2 radiologists independently. When consistency was obtained among the independent results, the diagnosis of MB-MCA could be confirmed. The length of MCA and depth of MB were measured. All data were reconstructed by every 5% R-R interval, the diameters of MCAs during the whole cardiac cycle were reviewed and measured, the phases were detected when the diameters of MCAs were maximal and minimal, the systolic stenosis rate of MCA was calculated,Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relation between length, depth, and degree of systolic stenosis of the MCAs. Results One hundred and ninety-two sites of MB-MCA were found in 163 ( 36. 2% ) of 450 patients. Of the 192 sites, 72 were completely surrounded by myocardium. Among the 30 MCA sites chosen from these 72 sites, the minimal diameters were found at 30%--35% R-R reconstruction interval in 27 sites(90.0% ), and the maximal diameters were found at 70%--80% R-R reconstruction interval in 27 sites (90. 0% ). A significant correlation was not found between systolic stenesis and the length of the MB ( r = 0. 096, P > 0. 05 ) but was found with the depth of the MB ( r = 0. 675, P < 0. 01 ) of the MCA. Conclusion The minimal and maximal diameters of the MCA usually emerged in 30%--35% R-R reconstruction interval and 70%---80% R-R reconstruction interval on DSCTCA, respectively. The degree of systolic stenosis of MCA significantly correlates with MB depth but not length.

Organ Transplantation 2023;14(1):147-
Kidney is a highly vascularized organ and peritubular capillary network constitutes the critical component of its microvascular system. Peritubular capillaries, as the main vessels for blood supply in renal tubules and renal interstitium, involve in important physiological processes in renal tubules such as energy metabolism, substance secretion and reabsorption. In recent years, it has been demonstrated that ischemia-reperfusion injury, rejection and renal fibrosis during kidney transplantation would result in compromised structural integrity and decreased number in peritubular capillaries, thus leading to interstitial fibrosis in renal allograft, which would seriously affect the long-term stability of renal function in the renal allograft. Therefore, we reviewed the structure and function of peritubular capillary, peritubular capillary and ischemia-reperfusion injury, rejection and renal allograft fibrosis, focusing on the mechanism for peritubular capillary injury in kidney transplantation and the specific changes manifested, with the aim of providing a reference for preventing and treating perioperative complications in kidney transplantation and improving the long-term prognosis of grafts.

Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2018;45(9):665-669
During the uric acid production, excretion and reabsorption in the liver, kidney and intestine, several uric acid transporter proteins are involved in these processes. A large number of studies have shown that glucose transporter 9 plays an important role in the uric acid transport in the liver, kidney and intestine, and participates in the uric acid reabsorption. The ATP-binding cassette superfamily G member 2 is mainly expressed in the apical membrane of the proximal tubular epithelial cells of the kidney, which is involved in the uric acid secretion. The multidrug resistant protein 4 is expressed in the apical membrane of the renal tubular epithelial cells, which transfers uric acid from the renal tubular epithelial cells into the renal tubular lumen. The urate-anion transporter 1 as well as the organic anion transporters 1 and 3 are all the organic anion transporters belonging to the SLC22 A family of transmembrane transporters, and all participate in the uric acid transport in the kidney, especially the uric acid secretion and excretion. In this review, we summarize the research progress of these uric acid transporters, focusing on their effects on the regulation of the serum uric acid balance.

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of bromodomain-containing protein 2(BRD2)on regulation of antitumor immunity, and to explore a novel target for immunotherapy. Methods The REMBRANDT glioma database and GlioVis and TIMER websites were used to compare the expression levels of BRD2 in tumor tissues and normal ones. The correlations between BRD2 expression levels and the prognosis of patients with glioblastoma multiforme(GBM)and those between BRD2 expression levels and immune cell infiltration in GBM were studied. The interference plasmid targeting the BRD2 gene was constructed. The lentivirus was packaged and used to infect murine glioma cells GL261.The positive cells were screened with blasticidin for 6 days, and the expression level of BRD2 protein was detected by Western blot. The CellTiter-Glo kit was used to detect the cell viability of GL261 cells after BRD2 knockdown, which were transplanted into the subcutaneous tissue of C57BL/6J mice to form subcutaneous tumors. The tumor volume was measured periodically.Twenty-eight days after tumor inoculation, the tumors were removed and tumor cells isolated. The infiltration of CD8+T cells within the subcutaneous tumor tissue was analyzed using flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. Results BRD2 was highly expressed in a variety of tumor tissues. The prognosis of glioma patients with high BRD2 expressions was poor, and the BRD2 expression level was negatively correlated with CD8+T cell infiltration in the tumor. The growth rate of subcutaneously transplanted GL261 tumor cells after BRD2 knockdown was decelerated, and the infiltration level of CD8+T cells in subcutaneous tumor tissue was increased. Conclusion BRD2 over-expression inhibits the infiltration of CD8+T cells in GBM tumors and promotes the growth of tumors.
