Objective:To explore the relationship among procrastination behavior, meta -cognitive and emotion of university students. Methods:A total of 468 undergraduates from 4 universities were surveyed by GPS,PANAS and MCQ-30.Results:①The undergraduates from liberal arts colleges reported more procrastination behavior than those from science colleges.② Cognitive confidence, positive beliefs,uncontrollability/danger,tendency to control thoughts, and negative emotion positively correlated to procrastination behavior;cognitive self-consciousness and positively emotion negatively correlated to procrastination behavior.③ Cognitive confidence,uncontrollability/danger and negative emotion could positively predict procrastination behavior.④Negative emotion mediated the relationship between uncontrollability/danger and procrastination behavior. Conclusion:Uncontrollability and danger are a significant predicator of procrastination behavior, and negative emotion has a significant mediation effect on the relationship between uncontrollability/danger and procrastination behavior.

Interest teaching method aims to inspire students' initiative and inquiry in learning. In the teaching process,we used some teaching methods including class lead-in,relevant extracurricular books and websites, scene representation, lectures on special content and arrangements of the review writing. It is important to maintain students' motivate and interest in learning human parasitology, therefore,we should no longer make students passively accept but the initiatively make inquiry learning.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(09):-
Metal sulfides are chemically attacked by Fe~ 3+ and H~+, resulting in the formation of elemental sulfur via polysulfides or thiosulfate pathway. Elemental sulfur may aggregate and even form a layer on the metal sulfide surface, which will inhibit leaching metals from the sulfides minerals. Elimination of inert elemental sulfur in a typical acidic environment can exclusively be by way of oxidation of acidophilic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria, such a way includes the attachment, transport and oxidation process of elemental sulfur by acidophilic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria. On the basis of analysis on the pertinent researches, the molecular mechanism of sulfur elimination by the acidophilic bacteria is far away from elucidated, and to attain that target, there are still much work to be done for elucidating the molecular mechanism on the attachment, transport and oxidation process of elemental sulfur by the acidophilic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria.

The key point of study on CO2 removal by microalgae cultured in a photobioreactor is to improve CO2 removal capability. In this paper, a model of air-lift photobioreactor was developed by combination of conditions including the velocity of flow, the degree of mixing, the gas-liquid mass transfer and the rate of photosynthesis, and two corresponding simplified methods, such as time discretization and lumped parameters were put forward. Using a method of lumped parameters, the model for simulation of time course of DO, pH in the column air-lift photobioreactor and prediction of CO2, O2 concentrations in the outlet gas under different CO2 concentration in the aeration gas was thoroughly discussed. Experimental data were also used to verify the model which could potentially be applied to rational design of the photobioreactor, high-density culture of microalgae and efficient removal of CO2.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the role of clinical pharmacist in the therapy for patient with community-acquired Pseudo-monas aeruginosa lung abscess. METHODS:Clinical pharmacist participated in the therapy for a patient with community-acquired P. aeruginosa lung abscess, analyzed anti-infective therapy plan, and adjusted drug use timely to correct agranulocytosis induced by anti-infective drugs. RESULTS:The physicians adopted the suggestions of clinical pharmacists, controlled the infection successful-ly and corrected agranulocytosis. CONCLUSIONS:Community-acquired P. aeruginosa lung abscess is rare but has high mortality. Clinical pharmacists participate in drug therapy, assist physician to improve and optimize therapy plan and formulate individual medication plan so as to promote promote care rate of patients.

Objective To investigate the relationship between maintaining concentration and loss of consciousness (LOC) concentration of propofol target controlled infusion (TCI) in patients undergoing heart valve replacement. Methods Thirty patients undergoing elective heart valve replacement were enrolled to receive propofol by ladder plasma TCI for anesthesia induction,8 males and 22 females. The initial plasma concentration (Cp) of propofol was set to 1.0 μg/ml,0.3 μg/ml Cp was increased every 1 min until LOC when the prediction effect-cite concentration (Ce) reached 0.5 μg/ml,then sufentanil 0.8-1.0 μg/kg and rocuronium 0.6-0.9 mg/kg were given for intubation. When BIS reached 50,Cp was decreased to the level of Ce.All the surgeries were performed under hypothermia CPB.MAP,HR,CVP,CO,SV,SVR,BIS,propofol Cp and Ce values were recorded at baseline (T0),LOC (T1),BIS reached 50 (T2),and other time points during operation (T3-T9).The correlation analysis between propofol Ce at LOC and perioperative variables were completed. Results In correlation analysis, there was a significant positive correlation between propofol Ce at LOC and baseline CO,SV (P<0.01),there was a significant negative correlation between propofol Ce at LOC and age (P<0.05),there was a significant positive correlation between propofol Ce at LOC and propofol Ce at T2-T9(P<0.01).Conclusion In patients undergoing valvular replacement, the Ce of propofol at maintenance are related to the concentration of propofol at LOC,which is helpful for adjusting the Ce of propofol at maintenance according to the Ce of propofol at LOC.

Objective To evaluate the effect of therapeutic patient education on improving life quality of children with atopic dermatitis (AD). Methods A total of 109 children with AD were enrolled, including 53 patients in the intervention group and 56 patients in the control group. The intervention group was given therapeutic patient education in addition to routine treatment, while the control group was given routine treatment without therapeutic patient education. After three months two groups were compared with the disease severity and quality of life in children and their families. Results Compared with control group, the intervention group had significant improvements in severity of AD (P?=?0.003) and also significant improvements in quality of life (IDQOL and CDLQI) (P?=?0.004). The family life quality (DFI) of the two groups were both improved, but the difference was not signiifcant (P?=?0.492). Conclusions Therapeutic patient education can improve symptoms of atopic dermatitis, and the quality of life of children as well.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2016;32(3):200-203
Post traumatic epilepsy(PTE)refers to the epileptic seizures after traumatic brain injury. Or-ganic damage can be found by imaging examination, and abnormal electroencephalogram can be detected via electroencephalogram examination which has the similar location of the brain injury. PTE has the characteristics of low incidence, absence of case reports, and easy to exaggerate the state of illness, which add difficulties to the forensic identification. This paper reviews the status of epidemiology, patho-genesis, clinical treatment and forensic identification for PTE.
