Objective On the basis of previous experiments ,we try further to seek the new evidences of α7nAChR participating in 100 Hz electroacupuncture (EA ) regulating natural killer (NK ) cells activity .Methods α7nAChR antibody and the specificα7nAChR antagonist α-bungarotoxin (α-Bgt) were used to study the effect of α7nAChR on NK cell activity in 100 Hz EA mice .Re-sults Compared with 100 Hz EA group ,100 Hz EA plus α7nAChR-Ab group showed a significant enhanced in NK cell activity (P<0 .05) .100 Hz EA treated with 1 .5 or 3 .0 μg α-Bgt groups had higher NK cell activity than 100 Hz EA group(P<0 .01) . Conclusion α7nAChR is involved in 100 Hz EA modulation for immune function ,which provide the theoretical and practical basis for further clarifying and expanding the clinical application of EA .

Objective: To study the epidemiological of social anxiety disorder in pupils of Zhanjiang urban districts. Methods:2409 pupils from 5 elementary schools in Zhanjiang city completed the SASC. Those with a total score higher than 2 standard deviation away from the mean were interviewed. SADC was diagnosed according to the standard of CCMD-3.Results:The overall prevalence rate of SADC was 2.74 in Zhanjiang urban districts, prevalence rate for boys was 2.6, while 2.9 for girls. No sex difference was found (?~2=0.11,P=0.744). There was no significant difference among different grades (?~2=5.47,P=0.361).Conclusions:SADC exists in pupils of Zhanjiang city, we should pay more attention to this disorder for children's mental health.

ObjectiveTo investigate the expressions and significance of insulin-like growth factor Ⅱ and basic fibroblast growth factor in adrenal disease. MethodsThe experiment was divided into groups of adrenal pheochromocytoma,corticomedullary hyperplasia,cortical adenoma,normal adrenal tissue.Every group was 15 cases.Expression of IGF-Ⅱ and bFGF were detected by immunohistochemistry in adrenal disease. ResultsThere was a significant difference among the four groups(all P＜0.05).IGF-Ⅱ and bFGF expression was higher in adrenal pheochromocytoma tissue than that of corticomedullary hyperplasia and cortical adenoma.In the normal adrenal gland group was low expression or no expression.In each group,IGF-Ⅱ and bFGF protein expression was positively correlated(all P＜0.05).There also was a positive correlation between IGF-Ⅱ and bFGF positive cell and blood pressure in adrenal pheochromocytoma,corticomedullary hyperplasia and cortical adenoma(all P＜0.05). ConclusionIGF-Ⅱ and bFGF protein were closely related to the occurrence and development of human adrenal corticomedullary hyperplasia,cortical adenoma,pheochromocytoma,and played a role in hypertension caused by them.At the same time there was a synergistic effect between the IGF-Ⅱ and bFGF protein in adrenal disease.

Objective To provide reference for expanding the employment positions of graduates in medical infor-mation management and information system of Chongqing Medical University by analyzing their employment situa-tion and trends.Methods The jobs of 171 graduates from Chongqing Medical University Medical Information School in 2008-2013 were registered according to the agreements of graduates, Chongqing Medical University Medical In-formation School, and employing units.Results The employment rate of graduates in medical information manage-ment and information system was relatively high .Their main employing units were medical and health organizations and associated enterprises in the City of Chongqing and Sichuan Province.The employment rate was low in coastal regions.The number of employed graduates in medical and health organizations reached its peak in 2013, and re-mained unchanged in medical and health associated enterprises.Conclusion Although the employment situation of graduates in medical information management and information system is good., the number of employing units and regions is relatively less.The literacy and ability of graduates in medical information management and information system should be improved, their employment channels should be expanded, and their professional education should be further perfected with gradual saturation of demand for graduates in employing units.

A competency dictionary of advanced health informatization application persons was compiled by inter-viewing 20 health information persons with behavior events interview , their competency characteristics were coded By Nvivo, the coding frequency and characteristics score in good performance group and ordinary group were ana-lyzed by variance analysis, which showed 8 characteristics of key competency and 12 characteristics of basic compe-tency in advanced health information application persons.

Objective: To study the effects of acute cold stress on connexin43 (Cx43) protein expression with drug intervention, and cell to cell conduction with its mechanism in neonatal rats’ myocardial cells.
Methods: The primary neonatal rats’ myocardial cell culture was conducted in 4 groups. Group① , the cells were normally cultured, Group②, the cells were cultured at 4℃, Group③, the cells were cultured at 0℃and Group④, the anti-arrhythmia peptide (AAP 10) was added in Group②and Group③. The apoptosis rate of myocardial cells was evaluated by lfow cytometry assay, mRNA and protein expressions of CX43 were examined by RT-PCR and Western blot analysis, and CX43 phosphorylation product (P-CX43) was detected.
Results: Compared with normally cultured cells, the myocardial cell apoptosis rate was obviously increased by acute cold stress at 4℃and 0℃with time extension. The mRNA expression of Cx43 was decreased at varying degrees at 4℃and 0℃stimulation, the protein expression of Cx43 was decreased at varying degrees at 4℃and 0℃stimulation with time extension, and P-Cx43 level was decreased. While the APP 10 intervention may obviously elevate the protein levels of Cx43 and P-Cx43.
Conclusion: Acute cold stress could reduce the protein expression of CX43 and P-CX43, while APP 10 intervention may elevate such expression and improve the cell to cell conduction in neonatal rats’ myocardial cells.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of endoscopic biliary double stents for advanced malignant hilar biliary obstruction.Methods From January 2007 to December 2010,double stents was attempted in 28 patients (15 men and 13 women,median age 66.4 years (44-88 years),including 9 with Bismuth Ⅱ,8 with type Ⅲa,5 with type Ⅲb and 6 with type Ⅳ.A total of 23 consecutive patients ( 11 men and 12 women,median age 65.8 years (42-83 years) with malignant hilar obstruction undergoing a therapy with single stent were recruited as the control group,including 7 with Bismuth Ⅱ,5 with Ⅲa,6 with Ⅲlb and 5 with Ⅳ.The rates of successful drainage,complications,mean survival time of patients and the average duration of biliary stent patency were compared between the two groups.Results Successful rate of cannulation was both 100％ in the two groups.Successful rate of drainage and complications of double stent group were 96.4％ (27/28) and 17.9％ (5/28),and these two variables of single stent group were 87.0％ (20/23) and 13.0％ (3/23),which were not significantly different (P ＞0.05).23 patients (82.1％ ) in double stent and 19 ( 82.6％ ) in single stent group were followed up.The average duration of stent patency and mean survival time of double stent group were ( 129 ±48.5) d and ( 187 ±94.5) d,which were superior to those of the single stent group,i.e.( 102 ±37.8) d and ( 103 ±98.5) d.Conclusion Double stenting is an effective therapy for malignant hilar obstruction of Bismuth Ⅱ and above.It is superior to single stent method in the mean duration of patency and mean survival time.

Objective To evaluate the effect of morphine on synaptic long-term potentiation (LTP) in the spinal dorsal horn evoked by electric stimulation of sciatic nerve in rats. Methods Twenty-seven healthy male SD rats aged 60-90 d weighing 180-200 g were randomly divided into 4 groups: group Ⅰ control (group C, n=7), group Ⅱ morphine (group M, n=7), group Ⅲ naloxone (group N, n=6), and group Ⅳ morphine + naloxone (group MN, n=7). The animals were anesthetized with intraperitoneal 10% urethane 1 g/kg, intubated and then mechanically ventilated. The bipolar insulated stainless steel recording electrode (impedance 0.5-1 MΩ, diameter 0.1 mm) was inserted into the left side of the spinal dorsal horn at T13-L1 to stimulate the left side of the sciatic nerve. Single square pulses (15 V, 0.5 ms, 1/60 Hz for 30 min) was applied to evoke spinal field potentials. Normal saline 10 μl, morphine 10 μl (15 μg/μl), naloxone 10 μl (2.5 μg/μl), and the mixture 10 μl of naloxone 5 μl (2.5 μg/μl) and morphine 5 μl (15 μg/μl) was gradually instilled over 2 rain in the 4 groups respectively. Five minutes later, high-frequency and intensity tetanic stimulation (30-40 V, 0.5 ms, 100 Hz, given in 4 trains of 1-s duration at 10-s intervals) was used to induce LTP. Then single square stimuli (15 V, 5 ms, 1/60 Hz) were applied to the sciatic nerve for 210 min. The amplitude and latency period of the field potential were recorded 30 min before tetanic stimulation, and 0-30, 35-60, 65-120 and 125-210 min after titanic stimulation. Results Compared with group C, the amplitude of the field potential was significantly decreased and the latency period prolonged in group M and MN, but there was no significant difference in the above indices between group N and C. Compared with group M, the amplitude of the field potential was significantly increased and the latency period shortened in group MN. Compared with those 30 min before the tetanic stimulation, the amplitude of the field potential was significantly increased and latency period shorted at the time points after the tetanie stimulation in group C and N, the amplitude of the field potential was significantly decreased and latency period prolonged at the time points after the tetanie stimulation in group M, and the amplitude of the field potential was significantly increased 0-30 and 35-60 min after the tetanic stimulation and latency period shortened 0-30 min after the tetanie stimulation, the amplitude of the field potential was significantly decreased and latency period prolonged 65-120 and 125-210 min after the tetanic stimulation in group MN. Conclusion Morphine can inhibit synaptic LTP in the spinal dorsal horn evoked by electric stimulation of sciatic nerve in rats, and it may be one of the mechanisms of the central sensitization inhibition.

Based on advanced applied talents' competency iceberg model,the personnel training mode of medical informatics subject was reconstructed from several dimensions such as the training objectives, capacity-building programs,faculty and training system.Andan empirical research on competency based talent training mode reform was conducted in a school's information management and informa-tion system(medical and health) field of Chongqing.

Objective The purpose of this investigation was to discuss the relationship between the rotation of lower extremity biomechanics and patellofemoral pain(PFP) .Methods With normal volunteers as controls ,patients with PFP were scanned by ul‐trathin CT ,keeping the bilateral lower extremity straight neutral .The anatomy parameters were measured and analysed ,such as femoral neck anteversion(FNA) ,femoral neck shaft angle(NSA) ,posterior condylar angle(PCA) ,femoral rotation relative to tibia (FRRT) ,tibial torsion angle(TTA) and patella tilt angle(PTA) .Results Compared with control group ,the PFP group FNA ,FR‐RT ,PCA ,TTA and PTA increase statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,while the NSA is no statistical difference (P>0 .05) .It could be found that PTA had the most obvious influence on the VAS score ,followed by FNA and TTA ;and PTA had the most obvious influence on the WOMAC function score ,followed by TTA ;and significant negative correlation could be found between PTA and age (r= -0 .548 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion PTA is a sensitive indicator to assess VAS score and WOMAC function score for individ‐uals with PFPS .Increases of PTA ,FNA ,PCA ,FRRT and TTA are associated with PFP for women .
