2.The establishment of enteral nutrition with minimally-invasive interventional procedure under endoscopic or imaging guidance
Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
For patients unable to get the necessary nutrition orally,a variety of techniques, including surgical way,to make gastrostomy with tube placement have been employed. For recent years, gastrostomy and tube placement with the help of endoscopic guidance or percutaneous interventional management has been developed, which is superior to surgical procedure in minimizing injuries, decreasing cost and reducing complications. In certain clinical situations, both endoscopic method and interventional method can be employed. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review of the indications, techniques and skills, advantages and disadvantages of both the endoscopy-guided and the imaging-guided percutaneous gastrojejunostomy for the establishment of enteral nutrition.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(1):39-40
Objective To measure the serum levels of endostatin in lung cancer patients in different stages and with histological types, and explore the clinical value of serum level in early diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods ELISA was used to detect the level of serum endostatin in 81 patients with lung cancer (lung cancer group), 23 patients with benign lung disease (benign lung disease group), 20 healthy controls (healthy control group). The serum levels of endostatin were analyzed in lung cancer patients in different stages and with histological types. Results The serum level of endostatin in lung cancer group was (2.53±8.75) ng/mL, significantly higher than that in benign lung disease group (4.63±1.12) ng/mL and healthy control group (4.53±1.24) ng/mL. In lung cancer group, the serum level of endostatin of stage Ⅰsubgroup and Ⅱsubgroup was significantly higher than that of stage Ⅲ subgroup. The differences were statistically significant. There were statistical differences of serum level of endostatin among the lung cancer patients with different histological types. Conclusion Serum endostatin might be used as an indicator of early diagnosis of lung cancer.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(9):1693-1696
OBJECTIVE:To summarize the types of esophageal stent implantation and explore the clinical application and complications following esophageal stent implantation.METHODS:A computer-based online search of VIP database (http://www.cqvip.com/) was performed for articles about clinical application of esophageal stent implantation, published between January 1998 and October 2009,with the key words "esophageal stent, indication, complication".The data were collected, and the references were reviewed.Inclusion criteria:Type of esophageal stent;clinical application and complications following esophageal stent implantation.Exclusion criteria:repetitive studies.A total of 22 articles were finally included.RESULTS:Esophageal stent implantation as a novel technique has become an important approach for innocent or malignant esophageal stenosis,as well as orificium fistulae. The metal stent with no cover, partially covered stent and fully-covered stent have effectively cure esophageal diseases. However, patients suffer from the complications, such as chest pain, bleeding and perforation, gastroesophageal reflux, stent dislocation or shedding, and restenosis.Reduction of complications can improve quality of life of the patients.CONCLUSION:There are various types of esophageal stents. Therefore, appropriate selection of type, size, and characteristics of stent according to different disease condition, and accurate operation may minimize incidence of complications.

Objective:To study the effect of endoscopic ligation for early stage carcinoma and benign polyp of stomach. Methods:The early stage cancer in situ and polyp (d<1.0cm) of stomach were sucked and resected with the endoscopic ligation advice which is used in esophgeal varice ligation. The remained tissue were observed histopathologically whether there had any malignant cell in it and follow-up of 3~6 months was mode by endoscopy. Results:Form 1996 to 1999,56 patients received endscopic ligation.Of these patients,8 cases had gastric early carcinoma (2 cases superficial flat type,4 cases superficial elevated type,2 cases carcinoma in situ),48 cases had gastric benign polyps (38 cases infammatory polpy,10 cases polpypous adeoma). After the endscopic ligation,no malignnant cell was found in remained tissues and no polyp recured within the follow-up period. So this method was demonstrated to be safe, cheap and good effective method for early stage carcinoma, minicarcinoma, carcinoma in situ and benign polyp (d<1.5cm) of stomach. It deserves being widespread.

9.p21-Activated Kinase 2 Involved in Cytokinesis Independent of Cdc42 During Xenopus Oocyte Maturation
Daye CHENG ; Bin LIANG ; Feng LI
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(06):-
p21-Activated kinases including p21-activated kinase 2 contributed to the regulation of actin cytoskeleton and cell dynamics. In order to investigate the function of PAK2 on the maturation of Xenopus oocyte, PAK2-NT(PAK2-N-terminal,PAK2-NT) and PAK2-NTm (PAK2-N-terminal mutation) mRNA were microinjected into Xenopus oocyte respectively. Under fluorescent microscopy germinal vesicle breakdown was observed during cytokinesis. To further observe the relationship of oocyte cytokinesis, polar body formation and Cdc42 activity, confocal microscopy with time-lapse was employed . As a result, occurrences of germinal vesicle breakdown in oocytes were similar to those oocytes injected with PAK2-NT mRNA or injected with PAK2-NTm mRNA,but no cytokinesis and polar body formation were observed in oocytes injected with PAK2-NT mRNA or PAK2-NTm mRNA. These results indicated that PAK2 involved in Xenopus oocytes cytokinesis and polar body formation independent of Cdc42 activity.

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on endothelial diastolic function in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods he selected in January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment of 80 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)as the research object, the patients with its treatment is divided into two groups(control group and observation group)experiment, for the control group, 40 patients were treated with trimetazidine for observation group 40 cases of patients with trimetazidine+atorvastatin treatment;Compare the data of the two groups of patients. Results Observation group after treatment in patients with endothelial diastolic function level change is better than that of control group, the observation group vascular endothelin-1(60.48±12.72), nitric oxide(391.45±68.52), peripheral blood circulating endothelial microparticles(849.13±115.49), and other indicators are superior to control group vascular endothelin-1(70.47±15.52), nitric oxide(328.15±56.74), peripheral blood circulating endothelial microparticles(1019.67±127.52), compare the difference between groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05);The clinical therapeutic effect(95.0%)was superior to the control group(77.5%), and the difference in the group was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(5.0%)was lower in the observed group(5.0%)than the control group(20.0%), and the difference in the group was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine+atorvastatin therapy in patients with coronary heart disease in clinical effect is remarkable, can improve the endothelial diastolic function in patients with fully, is widely used in clinical treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD).
