2.More are awaiting for craniofacial intervention
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(06):-
The scale of craniofacial intervention lies between the fields of neuro-intervention and peripheral intervention for the main purpose to investigate, diagnose and treat the disease entities originating from or supplied by the external carotid arterial system. Patients are usually refered to the oral and maxillofacial surgery, plastic surgery and otolaryngeal surgery. Craniofacial intervention includes mainly the diagnosis and treatment with adjuvant embolization of high-flow vascular diseases,intra-arterial chemotherapy of malignant tumors, embolization of epistaxis, etc. At present, there is no consensus with regard to the diagnosis and treatment of some craniofacial diseases, therefore further investigation and discussion are needed.(J Intervent Radiol,2006,15: 321-322)

Cancer Research and Clinic 2006;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the influence of Norcantharidin(NCTD)on apoptosis-related gene expression of gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901.Methods The experiment was divided into control group,5-Fu group,NCTD group and 5-Fu+NCTD group. The inhibitory rate, apoptosis rate and expression of survivin,bcl-2,and caspase-3 were detected by MTT assay, flow cytometry and SABC immunohistochemical method, respectively. Results NCTD showed that the inhibitory effect on growth of SGC-7901 cells with a dose-and time-effective dependent manner. The apoptotic rate increased from(8.30?1.49)% to(20.56? 1.32)%.The expressions of survivin decreased from(86.57?4.39)% to(26.11?2.27)% and bcl-2 from(85.35? 3.25)% to(30.26?1.83)%,while caspase-3 increased from(54.49?3.07)% to(92.78?2.47)%,5-Fu had the synergistic effects with NCTD.Conclusion NCTD can inhibit the growth of SGC-7901 cell lines.5-Fu had the synergistic effects with NCTD.The mechanism might correlate with induction of cell apoptosis via effect of the expression of apoptotic-related genes such as survivin,bcl-2 and caspase-3.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
Multidrug resistance (MDR) is widely thought to be a major cause of the failure in cancer chemotherapy. The detection of MDR marker is therefore valuabe in studying the mechanisms of MDR and to predict response to chemotherapy in patient with carcinoma. Previous studies have examined MDR marker in gastric cancer, but the major part of the investigation in patients have focused on a single parameter. The purposes of this study were to detect the expression of glutathione S transferase pi(GST ?), multidrug resistance associated protein(MRP), lung resistance protein(LRP) and multidrug resistance gen 1 (MDR1) in the patients with primary gastric cancer, who had not received prior chemotherapy, and evaluate the correlation between GST ?, MRP, LRP and MDR1. The expression of GST ?, MRP, LRP and MDR1 mRNA in carcinoma tissue and the adjacent non cancerous tissue from 50 patients was examined by semiquantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). The positive rate of GST ? mRNA, MRP mRNA, LRP mRNA and MDR1 mRNA in gastric cancer tissue were 36.00%, 12.00%, 10.00%, and 10.00% respectively. Their expression in gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the adjacent non cancerous tissue. The overall positive rate of their expression in gastric tissue was 48.00%. The results indicated that GST ? mRNA, MRP mRNA, LRP mRNA and MDR1 mRNA are overexpressed in various degrees and no co expression exists among the studied genes in gastric cancer, and perhaps intrinsic MDR exists in 46% patients with primary gastric cancer .

Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(4):239-241
Objective To explore if the tumor cell can up-regulate the proliferation of CD4+CD25+ Treg cells. Methods Lymphoma cell EL-4 supernatant was combined with the normal mise spleen lymphocyte. After cultured 72 hours, CD4+CD25+ subset were analyzed by flow cytometry and the gene expression level of the specific marker Foxp3 were tested by RT-PCR. The experiment repeated three times. Results The supematant derived from EL-4 can increase the proportion of CD4+CD25+ Treg cells in normal mouse spleen lymphocytes than that of the control group. Moreover, when added the CD3 McAb with EL-4 supematant together, the number of CD4+CD25+ Treg cells increased. The level of corresponding Foxp3 mRNA also increased. Conclusion These data suggested that in the supernatant may occur immune regulatory factors which up-regulated the number of CD4+CD25+ Treg cells and indicated that the tumorigenesis can facilitate proliferation of CD4+CD25+ Treg cells.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2017;33(4):442-446
Objective:To investigate the effects of recombinant human interluekin-1 receptor antogonist (rhIL-1Ra) on the cartilage repair in rat temporomandibular joint(TMJ) with osteoarthritis(OA).Methods:Collagenase-Ⅱ was injected into bilateral TMJs of 24 adult rats for the induction of bilateral TMJOA,1 week after injection,5μg rhIL-1Ra(diluted in 0.05 ml normal saline) was injected into each right TMJ and the left joint received the same amount of normal saline injection as the control.12 animals were sacrificed at 2and 4 weeks after the first injection respectively.HE staining, immunnohistochemical method and RT-PCR examination were conducted.Mankins scere was used to evaluate the TMJOA degree.1 adult SD rat was used as healthy control, and sacrificed at 2 weeks of the experiment. Results:The TMJs of both sides showed typical OA-related cartilage degradation 2 week after IL-1Ra treatment, the Mankin~ score of the IL-1Ra treated and control joints was 1.33±0.52 and 2.00±6.63 (P>0.05),4 week after treatment that was 3.00± 0.63 and 6.50 ± 0.84 (P<0.05),respectively.Lower expression of ADAMTS-4 and ADAMTS-5 was observed in the treated joints than in the controls (P<0.05).Conclusion:Intra-articular injection of IL-1Ra into TMJ can alleviate the cartilage lesion, the mechanism may lie in the inhibition of the expression of ADAMTS-4 and ADAMTS-5.
