Objective To investigate the clinical value ofcombined detection of the serum levels of CA125,TSGF and DD in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. MethodsThe serum CA125 and DD were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and TSGF was determined by biochemistry shade selection in all 252 patients(including 84 cases of ovarian cancer,84 cases of ovarian benign diseases,84 cases of controls). ResultsThe concentration of CA125,TSGF and DD in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer group were higher than those in ovarian benign diseases group and the controls(all P＜0.05).There was no statistical significance in the concentration of CA 125,TSGF and DD between ovarian benign diseases group and the controls(all P ＞ 0.05).In combined assay of CA 125,TSGF and DD,the sensitivity rate was 94.05%,the specificity rate was 90.48%,and the accuracy rate was 92.26%.Comparing with the single assay,combined analysis had much higher diagnostic sensitivity(all P＜0.05). ConclusionThe assay of CA125,TSGF and DD had significant dinical value in diagnosis of breast cancer,combined detection could increase the positive detection of ovarian cancer,and compensate the use of only one tumor marker.

Objective: To analyze the Effect of rt-PA thrombolytic therapy on elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Chosen elderly patients with cerebral infarction between November 2012 to November 2013 as study object, randomly divided into observe group receive rt-PA thrombolytic therapy and control group receive aspirin and Batroxobin, detecting neurological impairment, physical function score and adverse treatment outcomes. Results: 1)before thrombolytic treatment, neurological deficit situation of two groups were no significant difference (P>0.05), after treatment, observation group patients’ neurological deficit scores were significantly lower than control group at each time point (P<0.05); 2)after treatment, limb function defective number of observation group patient was significantly less than observation group(P<0.05); 3)after treatment, observation groups’ adverse outcomes as again infarction, large area cerebral hemorrhage after thrombolysis, plant survival, incidence of death was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The injection of rt-PA thrombolytic therapy can significantly optimize neurological and physical function in patients , reducing the incidence of adverse treatment outcomes, with positive clinical significance.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of transrecral ultrasound in the treatment of prostate cancer.Methods 23 cases of prostate cancer treated with PSA,CT,MRI and postoperative pathological confirmation were analysed respectively and the results of transrectal ultrasound were compared.Results The diag- nostic match rate of transrectal ultrasound for prostate cancer was 77%.Transrectal ultrasound showed hypoecho nodes in prostate.Conclusion Transrecral ultrasound could detect prostate cancer.

Myopia is one of the three main school public health problems in China, the prevalence of which has been showing a rising and low-aging tendency in the past few decades. High myopia can cause several vision -threatening problems such as degenerative retinal conditions, cataracts, retinal detachment, and choroidal neovascularization. Its related complications are the leading causes of visual impairment and blindness, adversely impacting the afflicted individual's quality of life. Therefore, the prevention and control of myopia have become a common concern of family, school and health department. The purpose of this review is to summarize the progression of a variety of intervention methods used to prevent and control childhood myopia in recent years.

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations as well as correlation between clinical manifestations and the new neuroimage characteristics(pontine"cross sign"and"putaminal slit")for correct diagnosis of multiple system atrophy(MSA).Methods Eleven patients with MSA based on Gilman diagnostic criteria were retrospectively analyzed for clinical manifestations and brain MRI findings.Results Eleven patients were probably diagnosed as MSA,among which 8 patients were MSA-C(olivopontoeerebellar atrophy,OPCA),2 patients were MSA-P(striatonigral degeneration,SND),one patient was MSA-A(Shy- Drager syndrome,SDS).Five years after onset,MRI of MSA-A showed stage 0"cross sign"and "putaminal slit".In 8 patients with MSA-C,2 patients reached stage Ⅰ 3 years after onset,one patient reached stage Ⅱ 2 years after onset,3 patients respectively did stage Ⅲ 1 year,3 years,and 5 years after onset,2 patients reached Ⅳ stage 2 years,and 7 years after onset respectively.As for putaminal slit,all of these patients were in stage 0.One patient with MSA-P reached stage 0"cross sign"and stage Ⅰ "putaminal slit"6 years after onset;another patient showed stage Ⅳ"cross sign"and stage Ⅱ"putaminal slit"9 years after onset,which was high slit intensity on both sides,however much stronger in the fight side than in the left side.Conclusion Both"cross sign"and"putaminal slit"are neuroimage characteristics for early diagnosing MSA-C,while"putaminal slit"for MSA-P.
