Objective To explore the effectiveness of sandplay therapy combined with family counseling in children with school phobia and its influence of child′ self-consciousness. Methods Integrative sandplay therary with family consulting were used to treat 28 patients with school phobia regularly for 2 months. Sandplay and family consulting therapy were given once a week for 45 minutes . Clinical outcomes were assessed using CGI-GI and Piers-Harris children′s self-consciousness scale before and after treatment as well as 3 months posttreatment. Results Overall response rate was 85%. In addition, the physical appearance and characteristic factor before and after treatment were no significant difference (P>0.05). The rest of the various factors and total score compared with pre-treatment significantly improved (P<0.05). After treatment for 3 months, every factor in self-consciousness of children and total score were no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Integrative sandplay therapy with family counseling has better and long-lasting treatment effect to self-consciousness of children with school refusal.

The regional medical information system calls for regional information resources and hospital-level information resources be interconnected and intercommunicated.To meet this requirement,a HL7 CDA-based solution was proposed based on analysis of the current hospital information resources management.An information resources service portal was built to harmonize the management of both new and old resources,and the hierarchy management based on information granularity.The technical implementation of the system is compliant with the SOA architecture and health information standards.This ensures the interconnection and intercommunication between inner information and outer one,and uses information resources in an efficient,reasonable and safe manner.

The veins on the dorsum of the foot have been dissected and observed on 200cases of the Chinese adult lower extremities.The great saphenous vein is the chief draining vessel of the hallux,the toes andthe skin of the dorsum of the foot.The position and the tributaries of this vessel areconstant.Its diameter ranges from 1.9 to 5.0mm,with an average of 3.2mm.The dorsal venous arch is usually single(93%),double arches are seen in 6%,and absent in 1%.According to the form of reflux,the dorsal venous arch may begrouped into five types.In the most common type,the arch is continuous withthe great saphenous vein and the anterior malleolar branch of the small saphenousvein(49.5%).The dorsal metatarsal veins usually drain directly into the dorsal venous arch.Some of the neighboring dorsal metatarsal veins may drain through a commontrunk.The perforating veins on the dorsum of the foot may be divided into threedifferent groups:the anterior malleolar,marginal and intermetatarsal group.Thelatter usually drains into the dorsal venous arch at the base of the first intermeta-tarsal space.The valves of the superficial veins on the dorsum of the foot were also observed.There is no valve in the lateral part of the dorsal venous arch,but there may beone or two valves in its most medial part(66.7%).It appears that the venousblood from the first metatarsal vein usually drains into the great saphenous vein.

AIM To investigate the proliferation inhibition and inducing differentiation effect of diallyl disulfide (DADS) on human acute myeloid cell line HL 60. METHODS Inhibition of HL 60 cell proliferation was shown by MTT assay; cell differentiation was determined by morphologic observation,the ability of NBT reduction activity and flow cytometric detection. OBJECTIVE:To study the advantage of microwave technology in the preparation of plastic beads. METHODS:Three kinds of representative processing methods were applied to prepare Equus asinus,Colla Cornus Cervi and Colla Carapax et Plastri Testudinis. The processing methods and the quality of plastic beads were compared. RESULTS:Study results showed mic-rowave technology was superior to other processing methods in the preparation of plastic beads and quality. CONCLUSION:The microwave technology has its specific advantages in the preparation of plastic beads.

METHODS: The problems existing in the General Regulations for the Processing of Crude Drugs in the supplement in China Pharmacopeia were analyzed, aimed at which, some constructive suggestions were presented. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: It's urgent to improve the feasibility of the General Regulations for the Processing of Crude Drugs in the supplement in China Pharmacopeia and standardize the production of Chinese cut crude drugs.

Objective To investigate the changes and significance of early immune response in specific T cell with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis(IPA) patients. Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were separated from whole blood of 8 cases of healthy individuals (healthy group) and 24 cases of IPA patients (IPA group, including 6 cases of pathological diagnosis, 9 cases of clinical diagnosis and 9 cases of tentative diagnosis), and the heat-inactivated Aspergillus fumigatus spores (Conidia) was used as an antigen to stimulate PBMCs produce Aspergillus-specific T lymphocytes. Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) secreation, type and ratio of cytokine synthesis was examined. Results In IPA group, dot enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISPOT) showed that the positive rate of IFN-γin pathological diagnosis patients and clinical diagnosis patients (5/6,7/9) was higher than that in tentative diagnosis patients (3/9). The positive rate of IFN-γin IPA group was 62.5%(15/24), in healthy group was 0 (0/8), and there was significant difference (P<0.05). The levels of CD4+T and CD4+T/CD8+T in IPA group were 0.202 0±0.085 6 and 1.01±0.34, in healthy group were 0.3853±0.1265 and 1.55±0.41. The levels of CD4+T and CD4+T/CD8+T in IPA group were significantly lower than those in healthy group ( P<0.05 or<0.01). The level of CD 8+T in IPA group was 0.298 5±0.069 1, and in healthy group was 0.257 6±0.102 6. The level of CD8+T in IPA group was 05). Conclusion Conidia as antigen can induce the specific Th1-type immune response of IPA, and display the immune status of the IPA patients, and can provide new ideas and methods for the diagnosis and assessment of the disease.

Objective To compare the efficacy and complications of Chinese Shang Ring circumcision with conventional circumcisiom Methods Clinical data of 479 cases of Chinese Shang Ring circumcision and 354 cases of conventional circumcision with complete follow-up were analyzed.Comparisons were made between the two groups on operation time,pain score,blood loss,postoperative complications,postoperative satisfaction with penile appearance,wound healing time and treatment costs. Results There was no statistical difference in age and foreskin status between the two groups (P＞0.05).For the Shang Ring group,the operation time was(5±1)rain,blood loss was (0.98±1.14)ml,pain score during operation was 0.25±0.54,24-hour pain score after operation was 1.63±0.87,the postoperative complication rate was 6.89% (33/479),wound healing time was (20±5)d,the satisfaction rate of appearance was 99.79% (478/479),and treatment cost was (871±52) yuan.For the conventional group,the operation time was (27±5) min,blood loss was (8.30±3.60)ml,pain score during operation was 3.29±1.57,24-hour pain score after operation was 5.56±1.42,the postoperative complication rate was 13.28%(47/354),wound healing time was (13±2)d,satisfaction rate of appearance was 92.37% (327/354),and treatment cost was (554±46) yuan.Compared with the conventional group,the Shang Ring group had a shorter operation time,less blood loss,less pain score,higher appearance satisfaction rate and a lower complication rate (P＜0.05).But wound healing time was longer and treatment cost was higher in the Shang Ring group (P＜0.05). Conclusions Chinese Shang Ring circumcision is simpler and an improved approach over conventional circumeision with shorter operative time,less blood loss,less pain,relatively lower complication rate and higher satisfaction and acceptability.
