1.Application of new dressing combined with ostomy appliances in intestinal fistula
Chongqing Medicine 2013;(25):2997-2998
Objective To study the effect of new dressing combined with ostomy appliances for treating intestinal fistula .Meth-ods 50 patients with intestinal fistula from September 2009 to September 2012 were taken as the experimental group and treated by the new dressing combined with ostomy appliances .Contemporaneous 29 cases of intestinal fistula as the control group were treated by traditional drainage method .The peristomal skin healthy state in the two groups′patients was evaluated by DET scoring before intervention ,on 5 ,10 ,15 d after intervention .The following indexes on 15 d after intervention were compared between the two groups ,including the infection rate of wound ,times of change dressings and costs of change dressings .Results The DET scores at each follow -up timepoint in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before intervention and those in the control group ,the difference had statistical significance (P<0 .05) .Compared with the control group ,,infection rate of wound were lower ,times of change dressings were fewer ,costs of change dressings was less in experimental group significantly (P<0 .05) at 15 days after treatment .Conclusion New dressing combined with ostomy appliances for treating intestinal fistula could get bet-ter clinical effect .

Objective To prevent the prevalence of drug resistance viruses,we analyzed drug resistance mutations of HIV-1 among HIV-1 infected individuals in seven provinces of China. Methods We acquired 718 HIV-1 infected patients' treatment and compliance from questionnaires, amplified HIV-1 pol genes by RT-PCR and nest-PCR,sequenced RT and protease regions and run clustal with the subtype B consensus amino acid sequence in Stanford HIV drug resistance sequence database. Results The viral load in treated patients was obviously lower than that in untreated patients(P

Objective To analyze the sandtray topics of the children with behavior problems according to the grounded theory method. Methods Collected and described children' s sandtray topics of different types of behavior problems, age and gender. And analyzed them base on a 3 levels coding list compiling according to the ground theory method. Results The frequency of “negative theme” (3.33 ± 1.25 ) was higher than “positive theme” (0.81 ± 1.25 ) with significant difference (P<0.01) in feature level 1.Age factor had significant effect upon the frequency of “positive theme” in feature level 1 (P < 0.05 ).And also had impact on “harmony”,“ development” in features level 2 (F =3.039,P < 0.05 ).Gender factor, interaction of gender and age had significant effects on frequency of “negative theme” in feature level 1 (F =5.395,P < 0.05 ; F =4.222,P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The characteristics of the children' s sandtay with behavioral problems mainly are “negative theme”.And it shows different features in children with different gender or age.

There have been many methods to prepare fluoroquinolones-loaded sustained-release chitosan microspheres, including precipitation, emulsion crosslinking, spray-drying, and ionic gelation. Each of them has its own merits and disadvantages, but the mechanisms underlying drug delivery are basically similar. The prepared drug microspheres can enhance the capacity of anti-fluoroquinolones-resistant bacteria and are primarily used in the anti-inflammation and anti-infection. This paper introduces the preparation methods and sustained drug delivery mechanisms of fluoroquinolones-loaded sustained-release chitosan microspheres and investigates drug delivery characteristics and applications by analyzing, sorting, and summarizing related manuscripts published recently. Fluoroquinolones-loaded sustained-release chitosan microspheres show satisfactory sustained-release and anti-bacterial properties. Therefore, it is of important scientific research and clinical application significance to develop fluoroquinolones-loaded sustained-release nanometer-sized chitosan microspheres.

Chitosan microsphere containing fluoroquinolones is a kind of novel sustained-released antibacterial agent that possesses the antibacterial and bacteriostatic property of chitosan as well as bactericidal properties of fluoroquinolones. Loading fluoroquinolones in the chitosan microsphere can greatly enhance its antibacterial, bactericidal, anti-inflammation and anti-infection characteristics. This paper reviewes the recent study on different preparation methods of chitosan mierosphere containing fluoroqninolones and discusses its applications.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(02):-
The HLA DQA1 genes of 40 IDDM patients (including 8 cases with onset of diabetes before 14 years of age, 19 between 15-30 years and 13 after 31 years) and 51 healthy controls were studied by using for allele specific oligonucleotide probes. All of our research subjects are of Southern Chinese origin. The results showed that the HLA DQA1 52Arg(+) associated IDDM susceptibility is significantly higher in the group younger than 14 years of age (P

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(10):1331-1332
Objective To investigate the application of theoretical K value and the calibration K value on Hitachi 7600 Automatic Biochemical Analyzer .Methods Rate method was employed to detect alanine aminotransferase (ALT ) ,aspartate aminotransferase (AST) ,gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT) ,creatine kinase(CK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) .The theoretical K value and K values calibrated by two kinds of calibration serum were recorded as K ,K1 ,K2 and the three kinds of calibration results of enzymes mentioned above were compared .Results The theoretical K values of ALT ,AST ,γ-GT ,CK and LDH were all less than their two kinds of actual K values .The results of the calibration K value were significantly superior to that of the theoretical K value .The calibration results R2 value of five kinds of enzymes were all greater than 0 .95 .Conclusion The theoretical K value is not suitable for clinical laboratories ,and the two kinds of calibration serum can meet the needs of quality control and clinical work .

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(08):-
Objective To explore the cognitive function, feature of P 300 event-related potentials and the relationship of them in children with epilepsy. Methods Auditory P 300 was measured by oddball paradigm and intelligence quotient was tested by WSIC-RC in 38 children with epilepsy. Results 1. The rates of FIQ less than normal IQ were 65.8 %, impaired intelligence 28.9 % in patient group. 2.The latencies and the amplitudes of P 300 were significantly delayed and decreased respectively in both patient groups (P
