Objective To discuss the impact on serum interleukin-4 and interleukin-17 in patients with hypertension and early renal damage treated with intermediate frequency If pulse electrical stimulation on acupuncture points. Methods Selected 100 patients diagnosed with early renal damage in hypertension, those were divided into control group and treatment group randomly,50 patients in the control group treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs and symptomatic treatment of diseases, while the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus IF pulse point therapy,20 days after treatment compared serum IL-4 and IL-17 levels. Results Treatment group,serum IL-14 and IL-17 levels were significantly lower than the control group (all P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Shenshu, Mingmen ,Guanyuan and other points by electrical stimulation pulse frequency ,could make IL-4 ,IL-17 and other indicators of early renal damage improve the role, and reduce hypertension early target organ damage, and help reduce pressure and reduce the amount of antihypertensive drugs.

Objective: To observe the postoperative skeletal changes of mandibular setback via bilateral sagittal ramus split osteotomy (BSSRO) with circummandibular wiring and maxillomandibular fixation. Methods: BSSRO was performed in 14 cases to setback the mandible. The patients were followed up for 6 months by clinical observation and examined with lateral cephalometric radiographs and Schuller's position radiographs before and after surgery. Objective To investigate the prevalence of virulence genes(ply, pspA, nanA, lytA, psaA) among Streptococcus pneumoniae recently isolated from clinical patients. Methods The 133 strains were isolated from patients in three teaching hospitals in Chongqing from 2006 to 2008. Polymerase chain reaction was used to screen for virulence genes (ply, pspA, nanA, lytA, psaA). Results The positive rate of lytA, psaA, ply, nanA and pspA in 133 clinical isolates were 94.7%, 85.0%, 82.7%, 84. 2% and 60.2%, respectively. The positive rates of the lytA, psaA, ply, nanA and pspA genes in 87 common serotypes isolates was 100%, 87.4%, 86.2%, 89.7%, 67.8%, respectively. Conclusion The total positive rates of five virulence genes in the 133 clinical strains were high. The positive rates of five genes in the com-mon serotypes isolates were higher than those in the no-common serotypes. These genes are important virulence genes of Streptococcus pneumoniae. They could be candidates for protein vaccine of Streptococcus pneumoniae.

AIM: To study the clinical characteristics of corneal perforation ( CP) .
METHODS:A retrospective analysis in July 1995 to July 2010 the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University diagnosed CP 72 patients ( 72 eyes ) , clinical characteristics of all the patients were analyzed.
RESULTS: The incidence of corneal ulcer perforation rised year by year, the morbidity of male and female was 17:7, the onset age focused on 48 years old. Of 23 industrial workers ( 32%) with clear history of trauma, pathogeny identification results:top two:fungal infection and Acanthamoeba keratitis. A using history of glucocorticoid was found in 10 cases.
CONCLUSION:There are plenty of primary causes of CP such as traumas, fungal infection, Acanthamoeba keratitis, eroded keratitis, etc. CP happens in middle-aged males in Fujian province, most traumas are the causes, the main pathogenic bacteria is fungal infection.

Objective To explore clinical value of transvagiTIa ultrasound in diagnosis of cctopie oviductpregnancy.Methods EUB-2000 ultrasound diagnosis meter was used,the vagina probe head frequency is 5～10MHz,after the vagina to the womb,the double-side ovary,the double side oviduct and its periphery organizes to carry on omni-direetionally sweeps looks up.Results Transvagina ultrasound diagnosis ectopic pregnancy center oviduct pot abdomen pregnancy 158 cases,the oviduct canyon department 4 cases,between the oviduct the nature department pregnancy 2 cases,all pass through the cefioseope of our hospital.Coincidence rate was 100%.Conclusion Transvagina ultrasound diagnosis ectopie pregnancy is one of most accurate ultrasound diagnosis methods presendy,suggested various basic units hospital widely develops.

Benign biliary stricture is a challenging problem in hepatobiliary surgery. Benign biliary stricture is associated with major portal vein variation, which is not be found in literatures. A male patient with benign biliary stricture was admitted to the Chinese PLA General Hospital in March, 2010.The stricture was located in the hilar confluence with intrahepatic biliary dilation and hepatolithiasis. The result of computed tomography showed that the hilar biliary confluence was compressed by the left portal vein and right anterior portal vein. The patient was cured after receiving gallbladder interposition, choledocholithotomy and T tube drainage. We suggested that the benign hilar biliary stricture due to portal vein variation may be named as biliary nut-craker syndrome.

Objective To explore the effect of macrolide antibiotics(erythromycin) on tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α and interleukin(IL)-8 in hyperoxia-induced lung tissue of premature newborn rats,and to study the intervention effect of erythromycin on hyperoxia-induced lung injury.Methods One-day old preterm Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups by random number table method:air + sodium chloride group,air + erythromycin group,hyperoxia + sodium chloride group,hyperoxia + erythromycin group.Hyperoxia groups were continuously exposed to oxygen (oxygen ＞ 0.85) and air group in room air.After 1,7,14 days of exposure,the preterm rats of four groups were sacrificed,whole lung of these rats were isolated,the lung histological changes were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining,TNF-α and IL-8 in pulmonary tissue homogenate were detected by ELISA.Results The results showed that:(1) Compared with air + sodium chloride group,TNF-α and IL-8 expression in hyperoxia + sodium chloride group were significantly increased(P ＜ 0.05) after 1,7 days of exposure [1 d:TNF-α:(16.163 ± 0.574) ng/ml vs.(21.923 ±2.066) ng/ml,IL-8:(18.214 ±3.649) ng/ml vs.(23.546 ± 5.240) ng/ml ;7 d:TNF-α:(15.940 ±0.821) ng/ml vs.(19.688 ±0.764) ng/ml,IL-8:(18.541 ± 4.114) ng/ml vs.(24.255 ±4.692) ng/ml],in particular,TNF-α expression appeared to increase earlier,their expression became significantly weak in 14 days (P ＜ 0.05).(2) Compared with hyperoxia + sodium chloride group,TNF-α and IL-8 expression in hyperoxia +erythromycin group became significantly weak after 1,7,14 days of exposure(P ＜0.05) after the intervention of erythromycin [1 d:TNF-α:(21.923 ± 2.066) ng/ml vs.(18.903 ± 1.851) ng/ml,7 d:IL-8:(24.255 ±4.692) ng/ml vs.(23.508 ±3.543) ng/ml,14 d:TNF-α:(16.443 ±5.466) ng/ml vs.(14.453 ±0.963)ng/ml],but their expression became weaker in 14 days than that in 1,7 days.Conclusion The release of inflammatory mediators TNF-α and IL-8 induced by oxidation outbreak participates in the development of hyperoxia induced lung injury,erythromycin may regulate immune function,inhibits the levels of oxidant-mediated TNF-α and IL-8 induced by oxidation outbreak,and alleviate hyperoxia lung injury in premature rats.

ABSTRACT:The guinea pigs were immunized by the Brucella vaccine through intradermal injections and the skin scratch respectively ,and then the immune effects of the two ways were evaluated .Serum samples were collected one month after the last injection and detected for the total IgG titer by interval ELISA .Cell‐mediated immune was evaluated by late‐onset hyper‐sensitivity .The guinea pigs were challenged with Brucella melitensis M5 ,and then were killed to isolated M5 from spleen of each guinea pig to compare the protective effects of two methods of immunization .The ELISA results showed that both of the two methods of immunization could induce strong humoral immune response ,and DTH response to Br‐PPD antigen were 100%in both methods .No significant difference in the immune protective effect of two methods was detected .Results of humoral im‐munity ,cellular immunity and protective effect showed the same effect by intradermal injections and skin scratches .
