Objective To determine content of Salidroside in Ligustri Lucidi Fructus at different growth stages and in different regions in Zhejiang Province by HPLC; To provide the basis for more rational, efficient extraction of Salidroside from Ligustri Lucidi Fructus. Methods The Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5μm) was used with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (10:90); flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength was 220 nm; column temperature was set at room temperature; injection volume was 20μL.Results Salidroside was in good linear range within 0.71–3.55μg (r=0.999 4). The recovery rate of Salidroside was 95.6%–98.6% and the average recovery rate was 96.88%, RSD was 1.32% (n=5).Conclusion The content of Salidroside in Ligustri Lucidi Fructus gradually decreased with the extending of growing season. The contents of Salidroside were different at different growth stages and in different regions.

Objective To explore the prevention of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury through the exposure recurrent laryngeal nerve by different ways in thyroid operation. Methods The patients with thyroid surgery were selected as study objects, and they were randomly divided into the inferior horn of thyroid cartilage and the inferior thyroid artery group according to the digital table. The operation time, amount of bleeding and the time of postoperative hospitalization were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury was analyzed. Results The differences were not statistically significant in the operation time, amount of bleeding and the time of postoperative hospitalization between the two groups (t=1.294,0.967,1.008,all P>0.05).The incidence rate of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in the inferior thyroid artery group(4.61%) was higher than that in the thyroid cartilage angle group(1.54%)(χ2=4.203,P<0.05).The incidence rates of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in subtotal thyroidectomy were 15.38% and 5.26% respectively, and the incidence rates of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in subtotal thyroidectomy were 12.5% and 0.0%,the differences were statistically significant (χ2=5.729,8.237,all P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in partial thyroidectomy(χ2=1.182,P>0.05).Conclusion The exposure recurrent laryngeal nerve through the inferior horn of thyroid cartilage in thyroid operation can protect the recurrent laryngeal nerve, and can not increase the operation time, bleeding volume and the hospitalization time after surgery, which is worthy of further application.

With the progresses of the research on "Digital Human", more and more information has been needed for the setting up of the three-dimensional digital models of human organs. In the present paper, based on the method of block mapping with a normal-style bump mapping method, we normalized the vector of the surface of the models, computed offset of the texture coordinates and added to them. The projection of the coordinates to the tangential space complemented the disturbance to the vector of models' surface. The method was proposed with bump texture mapping on the surface of the biological models of organs to improve the impression of the visualization of the organ models and to enhance the sense of reality of the models.

Objective:To explore the correlation betWeen deceleration capacity of heart rate (DC)and heart rate var-iability (HRV)in patients With essential hypertension (EH)complicated coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:DC and HRV Were monitored in 81 patients With EH + CHD (EH + CHD group)and 80 healthy volunteers (healthy control group)respectively. Results:Compared With healthy control group, there Were significant decrease in DC [(11.99±4.93)ms vs.(6.62±1.83)ms],standard deviation of normal to normal RR intervals calculated o-ver the 24 h period [SDNN,(129.94±15.22)ms vs.(63.66±12.13)ms],root-mean square of differences be-tWeen successive normal to normal intervals [rMSSD,(55.52±9.03)ms vs.(28.25±8.81)ms]and adjacent nor-mal RR interval difference > 50ms stroke accounted for a percentage of 24h total RR interval [PNN50,(13.99± 5.63)% vs.(7.29±1.11)%]of HRV in EH + CHD group,P <0.05 all;Pearson correlation analysis indicated that DC Was positively correlatedWith SDNN,rMSSD and PNN50 in EH+CHD patients (r =0.571,0.662,0.763, P <0.05 all). Conclusion:There is positive correlation betWeen deceleration capacity of heart rate and heart rate variability in patients With hypertension complicated coronary heart disease,Which can be jointly used as evidence for diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To explore the pattern of functional reorganization in the cortex after corticospinal tract ( CST) injury and its relationship with the recovery of upper limb motor function. Methods Fifteen patients with complete paralysis on one side after acute cerebral infarction were studied. Within 1 week after the onset, func-tional magnetic resonance imaging ( fMRI ) and diffusion tensor tractography ( DTT) were performed in parallel with timed finger flexion and extension movements in all subjects. The number of nerve fibers in corticospinal tract ( CST) in the affected and healthy sides was measured by using Dtv.Ⅱ. R2 software. One and three months later, fMRI was performed while the affected fingers were flexed and extended passively and any cortical activation was observed. In addition, Fugl-Meyer arm motor function scores were assessed one week, one month and three months after the stroke. Results According to the reconstructed nerve fiber number in CST on the affected side, the patients were classified into three types. Type I:the number of newly-built CST nerve fibers is more than 2/3 of that on the healthy side;type II:the ratio is between 1/3 and 2/3;and type III:the ratio is less than 1/3. For typeⅠpatients, blood oxygenation level-dependent fMRI ( bold-fMRI) showed initial activation of the bilateral sensorimotor cortex ( SMC) and the sup-plementary motor area ( SMA) on the affected side. That was followed by a gradual decrease in the activity in the healthy SMC and an increase in the affected SMC at 1 and 3 months. Among the type II patients bold-fMRI indicated activation of the SMC and SMA on the affected side initially, significant activation of the bilateral SMC and SMA one month later and then stronger activation in the SMC on the healthy side and a weakening of activation in the SMC on the affected side. For typeⅢpatients, initially the SMA and the posterior parietal cortex were found to be slightly ac-tivated. One month later SM1 on the unaffected side was slightly activated, and 3 months later neither the SMC nor the SMA on either side was activated. One week after the onset, the average upper extremity FM scores of the three types of subjects were not significantly different. After one month the three groups′averages were all significantly dif-ferent from one another. But after three months the averages for types I and II were again not significantly different, but significantly better than the average of the type III patients. Conclusion Different CST injuries induce different modes of cortical reorganization. The reorganization is a dynamic process, and different activation patterns are closely correlated with clinical prognosis.

Oversea students with rare languages are characterized by severe language barrier, difficulty in study, difficulty in administration, weakness of basic medicine teaching, and lack of standardized clinical manipulation.Based on these characters, reform of clinical teaching was undertaken during the teaching process.Definite teaching principles were made, teaching methods were innovated, and teaching materials of various media were carefully chosen according to the teaching situation, and were renewed continuously.Good teaching effect was achieved, and all the oversea students with rare languages were satisfied with our teaching.
