The autologous mixed lymphocyte reaction(AMLR)is thought to represent the self regula-tion and interaction between T and non-T cells,and play an important role in immune surveil-lance and resistancce to viral infection.This paper established the method of AMLR and investi-gated the changes of AMLR in 102 patients with HBV infection of different clinical types.Theresults showed that all patients except that HBsAg positive carriers and chronic persistent hep-atitis B had unchanged AMLR demonstrated impaired AMLR.Among them AMLR was foundsignificantly decreased in patients with severe viral hepatitis B and cirrhosis,next in patients withchronic active hepatitis B,then in patients with acute hepatitis B.It was suggested that theAMLR relate to the clinical types.Also we discovered that AMLR was associated with serologicevidance of actival HBV replication.Further study showed that the impaired value for theAMLR corrlated with the stimulators dysfunction,but not the defect of the AMLR correlatedwith the stimulators dysfunction,but not the defect of responders.AMLR was indueced greatlyby DR antigen,partly by DQ antigen.Induction of DR antigen and DQ antigen on the stimula-tors in patients with hepatitis B for AMLR was obviously low compared to normal invididual.Itreflect dysfunction for intercellular recognition,and may contribute to the impaired regulation ofimmune function in the mechanism of hepatitis B.

Clinical manifestation of hemangioma of liver is unspecific,and its diagnosis mainly depends on imageology.Surgery is the most common and important treatment for hemangioma of liver.There is much controversy on the timing of operation,indication and surgical procedures of hemangioma of liver because of little evidences from laboratory and clinical analysis.In this paper,the current situation and progress of diagnosis and treatment for hemangioma of liver were summarized,and our experiences were introduced.

Objective To assess the diaghosis vaIne of colposcopy in cervical disease.Methods 169 with patients colposcopyaere admitted in endoscopic biopsy.Results Colposeopy to be diagnosed as chronic cervicifis 121 cases(71.6%),cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 27 cases(16.0%),6 cases of cervical cancer(3.6%),8 cases of cervical polyps(4.7%),incisive condyloma 7 cases(4.1%).Biopsy pathology report to the chronic cervicitis 123 cases(72.8%),cervical intraepithehal neoplasia 26 cases(15.4%),6 cases of cervical cancer(3.6%),8 cases of cervical polyps(4.7%),incisive condybma 6 cases(3.6%).The sensitivity and specificity of colposcopy higher.Conclusion Colposcopy for cervical disease is similar to the result of the pathology results,Which has a very imporrant diagnostic value.Combining colposcopy and pathological diagnosis of a certain relevance,the organic integration of the two can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis of cervical lesions.

Objective To observe the curative effects of metformin combined with cyproterone therapy on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods Ninety diagnosed PCOS patients were treated. The serum luteinizing hormone(LH), luteinizing hormone and follicule stimulating hormone(LH/FSH) ratio and T, waist hip ratio(WHR) of the patients before therapy were compared with using merformin combined with- cyproterone three cycles. Results A significant reduction(P<0.05 or P<0.01) in LH,LH/FSH,T and WHR of patients after the therapy was observed. Menses became regular after the therapy, and ache and hirsutism mitigated. Conclusion Metformin com- bined with cyproterone is a perfect means to treat polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).

Objective:To explore the prevalence of posttraumatic stress symptoms among preschool children and its related factors after the Ludian earthquake.Methods:A total of 62 children's guardians were visited.They were interviewed with the Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Semi-Structured Interview for Infants and the Young Children and the Child Behavior Checklist-Posttraumatic Stress Disorder scale (CBCL-PTSD) consisted of 15 items from the CBCL.All of the participantsresided in Longtoushan settlement and Longtoushan town (the epicenter).They were randomly visited from west to east in that region.Results:The rate of scored 9 (or more) on the CBCL-PTSD among children was 51.9％ (27/52) in 1-2 months after the earthquake.However,based on the Semi-Structured Interview,the rate of the children's posttraumatic stress symptoms was 26.9 ％ (14/52).The numbers of posttraumatic stress symptoms,intrusion symptoms,avoidance symptoms,hyperarousal symptoms,the new symptoms and the CBCL-PTSD scores were positively correlated (0.30-0.73,P ＜0.05),except the relation between intrusion symptoms and hyperarousal symptoms.The rate of intrusion symptoms was significant higher among those who experienced earthquake than those who didn't (96.2％ vs.60.0％,P ＜0.01).And the rate of intrusion symptoms was also higher among those who was injured during the earthquake than those who wasn't (100％ vs.84.6％,P ＜ 0.05).And the other symptoms were not difference in children under different conditions (P ＞ 0.005).Conclusion:The preschool children who experienced earthquake or were injured suffer more posttraumatic stress symptoms.
