1.HPLC Fingerprint of Semen Cassiae
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint for the identification of Semen Cassiae. MethodsChromatographic fingerprint of Semen Cassiae was investigated by RP-HPLC and the gradient elution mode was applied to chromatographic separation. Data were analysed by fingerprint similarity evaluation software to compare the similarity of the samples. ResultsThe HPLC fingerprint of Semen Cassiae was established preliminarily. ConclusionHPLC Fingerprint method is repeatable and can be used in quality control of Semen Cassiae.

6, 39 cases were with 3~6, 13 cases were with the number less than 3. The diameter of stones was 0.5~1.2 cm. Five cases suffered from bile leakage, 2 cases from peritonitis and 2 cases from remnant stones in the common bile duct. Forty-one patients were followed up and doing well. Conclusions Surgical approach is choosen on the basis individually. Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration for gallstone concomittant with choledocholithiasis is safe.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of biofeedback therapy for the treatment of myogenic fecal incontinence. MethodsA general assessment about anorectal function was made on 17 cases receiving biofeedback therapy including muscle power training, sensory training and coordination training. Results The clinical scores before and after biofeedback therapy were 1.66?0.23,3.80?0.42 respectively, with an effective rate of 82%. The anus maximum contracting pressure elevated,(73?20) mm Hg vs. (123?30) mm Hg; myoelectric amplitude increased,(122?32) ?V vs. (230?41) ?V;Contracting time prolonged,(4.1?2.0) s vs. (9.4?3.0) s; The sensory threshold was lowered,(50?12) ml vs. ( 20? 10) ml;The feel-contract time increased,(3.1?0.4) s vs. (1.2?0.3) s. Positive rectal contraction reflex was seen in 41% patients before therapy compared with 82% after therapy. Conclusions Biofeedback therapy increases contractility of sphincter, decreases threshold of rectal sensory, and is a therapy of choice for myogenic fecal incontinence.

International Journal of Pediatrics 2009;36(4):334-336
Objective To study the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in serum of umbilical blood from the newborns of women with severe pre-eclampsia.Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the serum VEGF of umbilical blood from 26 newborns of women with severe pre-eclampsia (severe pre-eclmpsia group) and 30 newborns of normal pregnancy women (control group). According to birth weight-gestational age relation, severe pre-eclampsia group included 15 newborns small for gestational age (SGA group) and 11 newborns appropriate for gestational age (AGA group). Results (1)The VEGF level of umbilical vein blood and umbilical artery blood in severe pre-eclmpsia group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively(t = 2.16, P < 0.05;t = 4.82, P < 0.01). (2) In control group and severe pre-eclampsia group, the VEGF level in umbilical artery blood was significantly higher than that in umbilical vein blood (control group: t = 2.24, P < 0.05;severe pre-eclampsia group: t = 3.00, P < 0.01). (3)In both control group and severe pre-eclampsia group, there was no significant correlation respectively between VEGF levels in umbilical vein blood or umbilical artery blood and newborns' gestational age or birth weight. (4)VEGF level of umbilical artery blood in SGA group was significantly higher than that in AGA group as well as in control group(t = 3.22, P < 0.01 ;t = 6.80, P < 0.01). Conclusions The serum VEGF level of umbilical vein blood and umbilical artery blood from the newborns of women with severe pre-eclampsia was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy women respectively. The VEGF level of umbilical artery blood can reflect the severity degree of the damage of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy to their newborns to some degree.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2010;26(12):885-887
Low self-certainty of patient satisfaction evaluation in patient satisfaction survey is found in the survey to be the main cause for the failure that satisfaction scores cannot precisely indicate the correct satisfaction level of patients for medical services received; it is stated in the study that psychological bias in the survey can be reduced by means of reasonable choice of survey scenario, clear notice of survey's objective, and independent completion of survey questionnaire by the patients; it also stated the theoretic references and research clues in studying patient satisfaction uncertainty, as a mathematic model is built for such study, for the purposes of better advancement of the theoretic study and practice of patient satisfaction.
