Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Objective To establish HPLC fingerprint for the identification of Semen Cassiae. MethodsChromatographic fingerprint of Semen Cassiae was investigated by RP-HPLC and the gradient elution mode was applied to chromatographic separation. Data were analysed by fingerprint similarity evaluation software to compare the similarity of the samples. ResultsThe HPLC fingerprint of Semen Cassiae was established preliminarily. ConclusionHPLC Fingerprint method is repeatable and can be used in quality control of Semen Cassiae.

6, 39 cases were with 3~6, 13 cases were with the number less than 3. The diameter of stones was 0.5~1.2 cm. Five cases suffered from bile leakage, 2 cases from peritonitis and 2 cases from remnant stones in the common bile duct. Forty-one patients were followed up and doing well. Conclusions Surgical approach is choosen on the basis individually. Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration for gallstone concomittant with choledocholithiasis is safe.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of biofeedback therapy for the treatment of myogenic fecal incontinence. MethodsA general assessment about anorectal function was made on 17 cases receiving biofeedback therapy including muscle power training, sensory training and coordination training. Results The clinical scores before and after biofeedback therapy were 1.66?0.23,3.80?0.42 respectively, with an effective rate of 82%. The anus maximum contracting pressure elevated,(73?20) mm Hg vs. (123?30) mm Hg; myoelectric amplitude increased,(122?32) ?V vs. (230?41) ?V;Contracting time prolonged,(4.1?2.0) s vs. (9.4?3.0) s; The sensory threshold was lowered,(50?12) ml vs. ( 20? 10) ml;The feel-contract time increased,(3.1?0.4) s vs. (1.2?0.3) s. Positive rectal contraction reflex was seen in 41% patients before therapy compared with 82% after therapy. Conclusions Biofeedback therapy increases contractility of sphincter, decreases threshold of rectal sensory, and is a therapy of choice for myogenic fecal incontinence.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To know the blood level and the influencing factors for the children living in the area near highway in the mountain region. Methods From December,2006 to April,2007,one hundred and eighteen children aged 8-12 years (exposed group) living in the area near highway in the mountain region and fifty-one children aged 8-12 years (control group) living in the area far away from the highway were selected by random cluster sampling. Lead level of the soil and crops on the highway-sides (pollution area)and the area far away from the highway (control area) was determined. The basic situation was investigated by the questionnaire, the blood lead level was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The influence of lead on children's intelligence, physical growth and the influencing factors for blood lead level were analyzed. Results The average lead level of the soil [(96.89?15.05) mg/kg] and crops [(0.86?0.29) mg/kg] in the polluted area was significantly higher compared with the control [soil lead: (29.83?1.41)mg/kg,crops lead:(0.17?0.03) mg/kg], and revealed statistical significance respectively (P

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the body burden of lead and the related health effects in the residents living on the highway-sides of the mountain areas in Fujian province,China. Methods Eighty-nine subjects living nearby the highway-sides(exposed group) and 69 subjects far away from the highway(control group) were recruited by stratified random sampling method.Their basic situation and relevant index were investigated with questionnaire; The lead levels of blood and urine were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method and compared; The temperature, pulse rate and blood pressure were taken to analyze the related health effects;and the influence factors of blood lead levels were analyzed by single factor analysis method, rank correlation analysis method and multiple regression analysis method. Results The blood and urine lead level of exposure group([94.19 26.51),(15.36?7.67)?g/L ]were significantly higher than that of the control group[(62.83?13.33),(7.24?4.62) ?g/L;t=8.981 0、7.766 2,P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Objective A prokaryotic expression vector was constructed by inserting the coding sequence of mouse sperm specific lactate dehydrogenase C into pET-28a(+)and the recombinant mLDHC44 protein was purified by Ni+-NTA agrose. Methods The cDNA of mouse sperm specific lactate dehydrogenase C was obtained by RT-PCR,with total RNA of mouse testis tissues as templates. The coding sequence of mouse LDHC4 was amplified by PCR with specific primers. This recombinant vector was transformed into Escherichia coli BL21(DE3).The recombinant mLDHC4 protein was induced by isopropy-?-D-thiogalactoside(IPTG)and identified by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide electrophoresis and LDH activity determination. After purified with Ni+-NTA agrose, the mLDHC4 protein was probed with antisera from the pVAX1-mLDHC4 vaccine(the eukaryotic expression vector of mouse sperm specific lactate dehydrogenase C)immunized BALB/c mice by Western blot analysis. Results After digested with BamH I-EcoR I,the recombinant plasmids produced right fragment which was about 1000bp.Sequencing showed that the sequence of the cloned fragment was in agreement with sequence in GenBank. This recombinant vector was named as pET-28a(+)-mLDHC4.With induction of IPTG,The recombinant protein with molecular weight of about 35 kD was expressed and the enzyme activity of this protein was high. After purified with Ni+-NTA agrose, this mLDHC4 protein formed a specific band by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide electrophoresis and probed with antisera from immunized BALB/c mice and then formed a specific band in the nitrocellulose membrane. Conclusion The coding sequence of mouse lactate dehydrogenase subunit C had been cloned into the prokaryotic expression vector pET-28a(+)and the mLDHC4 protein could be expressed at a high level, the specificity of this protein was high and the activity was strong.
