1.Development of targeting thermosensitive liposomes for tumor treatment.

Liposomes which offer the advantage of the enhanced drug accumulation at tumor sites are currently applied extensively in the clinical treatment of tumor. However, accumulation of the liposomes in the tumor area cannot guarantee the drug bioavailability. To resolve the question, thermosensitive targeting liposomes (TTL) have been the hotspot of current studies. TTL can enhance drug accumulation at tumor sites and be triggered to release their contents upon hyperthermia. By applying these two strategies, antitumor efficacy of encapsulated drug can be significantly improved. The present paper reviews the development of TTL in recent years.

4.Under the perspective of Patients the investigation on demand and the current situation of doctor-patient communication

Objective:From the perspective of the patient to understand the status of doctor-patient communi-cation and patient demand for patient communication content.Methods:Using self-designed questionnaire, ana-lyzed using description statistical methods.Results:The cognition of importance of doctor-patient communication in patients,have 560 think doctor-patient communication is very important;Patients with doctor-patient commu-nication cognitive performance in many ways, But most people(382) think that doctor-patient communication can increase the trust between doctors and patients;Patients with demand of doctor-patient communication, 582 very want to know about their illness, diagnosis methods and costs;Doctor-patient communication present situation is not optimistic.Conclusion:The establishment of doctor -patient communication platform and regular training of medical personnel, to improve the quality of medical services, reduce medical disputes.
5.The preparation and acute toxicity of stealth liposomes containing total alkaloids from seeds of Strychnos nux-vomica L.

AIM: To prepare stealth liposomes containing total alkaloids from seeds of Strychnou nux-vomica L.and compare the acute toxicity with corresponding conventional liposomes. METHODS: The content of total alkaloids in the samples was determined by the acidic dyecolorimetry,which was performed with brucine as the reference substance.The total alkaloids and the purity were determined.The optimal technique of strychnine stealth liposome was used to prepare stealth liposome containing total alkaloids.Stealth liposomes and conventional liposomes containing the total alkaloids were both prepared by ammonium sulfate transmembrane gradients.The encapsulation efficiency,particle size and acute toxicity were compared between stealth liposomes and conventional liposomes. RESULTS: By the use of optimized prescription and technique,the entrapment efficiency and yield efficiency of strychnine stealth liposome were 90.64% and 98.82%,respectively.The encapsulation efficiency of stealth liposomes and conventional liposomes were 80.97% and 73.01%,respectively.The mean particle sizes were 106.5nm and 163.4nm,respectively.The LD_(50) of solution,conventional liposomes and stealth liposomes were 1.85,2.56 and 3.42 mg/kg,respectively. CONCLUSION: The optimized preparation method of strychnine stealth liposome can be used to prepare corresponding stealth liposome containing total alkaloids from seeds of Strychnou nux-vomica L.As the drug delivery system,the characteristics of stealth liposomes are more satisfactory than the corresponding conventional liposomes.
6.Effect of lipid changes during pregnancy on pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

Objective To investigate the correlation between changes of blood lipid in pregnant women and pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome ( PIHS) .Methods 103 cases with PIHS admitted from Sep .2010 to Sep.2013 were the PIHS group, 100 cases of pregnant women without hypertension were the control group , and 100 cases of non-pregnant women were the normal group .The blood lipids of each group were detected .Re-sults Total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein b (ApoB)and lipoprotein-a[LP(a)]were significantly lower while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and apolipoprotein a1( ApoAI) were significantly higher in patients with mild PIHS than in patients with severe PIHS (P<0.05).TC, TG, LDL-C, ApoB, and LP(a)were significantly higher in PIHS group than in the normal group and the control group(P<0.05).HDL-C and ApoAI levels in PIHS group were significantly higher than those in the normal group, but lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).In addition, normal blood lipid indexes were significantly higher in the control group than in the normal group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion We should pay more attention to HDL-C and ApoAI in order to accomplish the goal of early discovery and early treat-ment of PIHS, improving maternal and neonatal outcomes .
7.An Analysis of College English Reform Strategies in Medical Colleges

With the further advance of National College English Reform,medical colleges will have to reform their college English teaching systems to meet the demands of development even though they have their own difficulties compared with other key comprehensive universities.In this article,based on relevant teaching theories,the author mainly analyses the existing hardships and troubles in college English teaching of these colleges.The author insists that medical colleges should cling to principles of cross-subject and global reformation and try to improve the students' medical major developing potentials.Also,the author finally puts forward strategies on reforms of course forms,teaching managements,teaching models and teaching resources in medical college English teaching.
8.The value of flow cytometry in diagnosis of non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical performance of flow cytometry (FCM ) in diagnosis of non-hodgkin′s lymphoma (NHL) .Methods Pathological examination ,immunohistochemical staining and FCM were adopted to detect the 32 patients with NHL and 30 patients with non-NHL .Results In 32 patients with NHL ,the diagnostic sensitivities of pathological examination ,im-munohistochemistry and FCM were 78 .1% ,46 .9% and 84 .4% ,respectively .In 30 patients with non-NHL ,the diagnostic specifici-ties of pathological examination ,immunohistochemical staining and FCM were 100 .0% ,80 .0% and 83 .3% ,respectively .Conclusion FCM improves diagnostic accuracy of lymphoma in lymph node biopsy samples .
9.Effect of Removing Phlegm Softening and Removing Blood Stasis on Pulmonary Morphology and Hydoxyprolin of Pulmonary Fibrosis Rats

[ Objective] To observe the effect of removing phlegm,softening and removing blood stasis on pulmonary morphology and hydoxyprolin of pulmonary fibrosis rats. [Methods]The experimental pulmonary fibrosis models were produced by injecting BLMA5.All animals were randomly divided into 5 groups which were control group, model group, Chinese herb high-dose group, Chinese herb low-dose group and prednisone group respectively, the drugs were given daily starting from the second day and the rats were killed on the 7th and 28th day. The shape of rats’ lung tissues was observed, the levels of hydroxyproline in lung tissues were measured. [Results] In model group, alveolitis increases(much inflammatory cell infiltration), pulmonary interstitial fibroblast increases. There is less pulmonary tissue inflammatory cell infiltration in drug-given groups than that in model group and so is fibroblast. Compared with the model group, the content of HYP of pulmonary tissues of the drug-given groups is remarkably decreased. [Conclusion] The Chinese herb of removing phlegm, softening and removing blood stasis can effectively inhibit the formation of pulmonary fibrosis caused by BLMA5.
