1.Establishment of a sandwich ELISA method for measuring soluble IL-2 receptor
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(06):-
Two kinds of mouse monoclonal antibodies which recognize distinct epitopes of the IL-2 receptor (a chain) were used to establish a sandwich ELISA for measuring soluble IL-2 receptors. The results indicated that this method is sensitive and specific for detecting soluble IL-2 receptors of cell culture supernatant and serum from both healthy donor and patients with leukemia. Therefore this sandwich ELISA method is useful for basic and clinic immunology research.
2.Studies on the requirements for growth of Epstein-Barr Virus thransformed human lymphoblastoid B cells at low cell density
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
We obtained human lymphoblastoid B cells secreting human antibodies IgM and IgG to HFRS virus by Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)transfomation of PBMC.Conditioned media from the supernatant of a human fibroblast cell CRL1506 culture and irradiated CRL1506 cells as feeder cells could markedly promote the growth and antibody produotion of the human B lymphoblastoid cells at low cell density. It was shown that conditioned media contained a high level of interleukin 6(IL-6) .These results would be very useful for human monoclonal antibody technique including improving human B lymphoblastoid cell growth at low cell density and enhancing cloning efficiency andantibody production.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
To study the changes in vestibular function in Parkinson's disease patients, and its significance, eletronystagmography (ENG) was used to examine 54 patients with Parkinson's disease, and also 20 hea thy elderly subjects. The results of vestibular function tests including sensory organization test, nystagmus test, cold caloric test and positional test of these two groups were recorded for statisticed analysis. It was found that the rate of vestibular dysfunction in Parkinson's disease patients were 81 4%, and that of the controls 30%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(5):35-37,65
The characteristics of master dissertation topics in medical library and information science and their se-lection methods were analyzed with the dissertations published since 2004 as the study object. The challenges and development trend in training of qualified personnel of medical library and information science were summarized , which may provide certain evidence for the training of masters in medical library and information science .
5.Analysis of Drugs Used in OPD of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital
China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:To promote the work and socialization of out-patient pharmacy in special hospital.METHODS:Using the methods of order of sum of money and frequency analysis, consumption structure and sale sum of drugs and frequency of drugs used in this hospital in 1999~2000 were analyzed.RESULTS:Anti-infectives,drugs for special clinic and hormonal preparations were the commonly-used drugs, which indicated that most patients suffered from external genital organ infections The consumption of hormonal preparations increased obviously, which implied that the popularization of hormone replacement therapy and gradual maturity of subsidiary fertility technicology in this hospital.CONCLUSION:The analysis shows the characteristics of drug-use in obstetrics and gynecology hospital.
6.Effects of compound E-Jiao Slurry(CEJS)on the expression of VEGF in mice with lewis lung carcinoma
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2011;33(4):313-315
Objective To observe the effects of CEJS combined with chemotherapy on the expression of VEGF in lewis lung carcinoma. Methods Tumor xenografts models were set up and randomly divided into five groups including control group,CTX CEJS,high-dose CEJS joint CTX(combination group 1),and middle-dose CEJS joint CTX(combination group 2).Paraffin imbedding and HE staining were performed, and the tissue Shape was observed by microscope after section. The expressions of VEGF in five groups were determined by immuno-histochemistry.Results The expression level of VEGF could be significantly down-regulated in CTX or combination group 1 and 2,compared with the control group(P<0.05):CEJS group had no significant difference to the control group(P>0.05);The average optical density in the combination group 1 and 2 showed no significantly difference to the CTX group(P>0.05).Conclusion The inhibition of CEJS could not down regulate of the expression of VEGF,but CEJS could keep the affection of chemotherapy drugs on VEGF.
7.Superficial siderosis of the center nervous system
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(4):309-311
Superficial siderosis of the central nervous system is a seldom disease in clinical practice. Its most common clinical manifestations are hearing loss and ataxia. It is a hemosiderin deposition in the surface of the brain and spinal cord after chronic subarachnoid hemorrhage. Magnetic resonance imaging can make the diagnosis. However, further research and clinical verification are needed.
8.Tumor multidrug resistance and apoptosis evasion
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(7):483-485
Most anticancer drugs inhibit tumor cell growth by inducing apoptosis.Apoptosis-evasion,also enhancement of anti-apoptosis ability(e.g.anti-apoptosis related genes over-expression or pro-apoptotic related genes loss, etc.)may lead to tumor cell multidrug resistance. Many researches show that apoptosis-evasion is one of the important factors resulting in tumor multidrug resistance.
9.Method selection for digestive tract reconstruction after pancreaticoduodenectomy
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2015;14(11):911-915
The pancreas located behind the peritoneum is a parenchymatous organ with a deep anatomical position and the surgical procedure for pancreatic diseases is complicated. And the pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) is the most challenging operation in the field of pancreatic surgery even the abdominal surgery due to its large extent of resection and complexity of digestive tract reconstruction.Surgeons should select the most reasonable reconstruction methods on the basis of specific operative situation and surgical proficiency in order to ensure the quality of PD as well as prevent the postoperative complications.
10.The relation between cardiac development and Wnt/?-catenin signal transduction in early embryo
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(01):-
The Wnt/?-catenin signal transduction pathway is essential for regulating cell proliferation, movement, differentiation and embryo development. Researchers have found that Wnt pathway is an important regulation factor in the early stimulation of the cardiogenesis and contacts closely the several key events during cardiac morphogenesis. The article reviews the recent studies about the relation between cardiac development and Wnt pathway in early embryo.
