1.Establishment of a sandwich ELISA method for measuring soluble IL-2 receptor
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(06):-
Two kinds of mouse monoclonal antibodies which recognize distinct epitopes of the IL-2 receptor (a chain) were used to establish a sandwich ELISA for measuring soluble IL-2 receptors. The results indicated that this method is sensitive and specific for detecting soluble IL-2 receptors of cell culture supernatant and serum from both healthy donor and patients with leukemia. Therefore this sandwich ELISA method is useful for basic and clinic immunology research.
2.Studies on the requirements for growth of Epstein-Barr Virus thransformed human lymphoblastoid B cells at low cell density
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
We obtained human lymphoblastoid B cells secreting human antibodies IgM and IgG to HFRS virus by Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)transfomation of PBMC.Conditioned media from the supernatant of a human fibroblast cell CRL1506 culture and irradiated CRL1506 cells as feeder cells could markedly promote the growth and antibody produotion of the human B lymphoblastoid cells at low cell density. It was shown that conditioned media contained a high level of interleukin 6(IL-6) .These results would be very useful for human monoclonal antibody technique including improving human B lymphoblastoid cell growth at low cell density and enhancing cloning efficiency andantibody production.

5.Current Development of Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) Technique.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(2):108-112
Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) is an improved and optimizing nuclear medicine breast imaging technique on the basis of traditional gamma camera. It uses a high resolution, small field-of-view scintilla detector. The detector is designed with 3 073 individual detector crystals and 48 position-sensitive photomultiplier tubes. The FOV of detector is 15 cm x 20 cm, and optimal system resolution for breast imaging is 3 mm, can detect the diameter of only 2-3 mm small lesions. BSGI has better sensitivity in detecting subcentimetre or nonpalpable breast cancer. The sensitivity for the diagnosis of breast cancer is high, not influenced by the density of the breast tissue, implants, architectural distortion-or scars from prior surgery or radiation. So it is called a high resolution, small field-of-view breast-specific gamma camera.

6.Clinical and genetic analysis in two families with huntington disease
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2015;(1):33-36
Objective To investigate the relation between CAG expansion length and clinical symptoms in hunting-ton′s disease ( HD) ,and to evaluate the value of CAG age product ( CAP score) in the clinical practice. Methods Two Han Chinese HD family members’ clinical data, including clinical symptoms and signs, the Cambridge cog-nitive examination-Chinese version ( CAMCOG-C) and Hamilton depression rating scale were collected, and these two families pedigree trees were drawn. Volunteers peripheral venous blood was extracted to pursue IT15 genetic test. CAP scores among members whose CAG repeat number was more than 35 were calculated. Results The pedi-gree trees indicated that HD was autosomal dominant inheritance. Among 6 participants who had pursued genetic test,1 was normal and 5 were carring expanded allele; according to fomal clinical diagnosis criteria,2 participants were in manifest period and 3 were in pre-manifest period. Individuals in manifest period had clinical triad, and in-divudals in premanifest period, though hadn’ t been clinically diagnoseded, were characterized by subtle motor,cog-nitive,behavioural or personality changes. Conclusion HD prior to clinical diagnosis may have mild clinical symptoms;the more CAG repeats indicate earlier onset, the heavier the symptoms. CAP score as a parameter, combined with the CAG repeat number and the age, is of great significance for predicting the onset age, clinical tri-al subjects grouping, and give a better understanding of the natural history of HD.
7.Risk factor analysis on early postoperative complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;35(5):24-27
ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors of early postoperative complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy.MethodsThe clinical data of 159 patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy from March 2005 to October 2010 was analyzed retrospectively. The related factors of early postoperative complications were analyzed.ResultsThe incidence rate of early postoperative complications was 30.8% (49/159).Univariate analysis showed that preoperative fasting blood glucose level, total serum bilirubin level, serum albumin level, high density lipoproteins level and intraoperative bleeding were closely correlated with early postoperative complications in patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy (P < 0.05),but gender, age, preoperative jaundice, history of diabetes mellitus, operation time and whether portal vein reconstruction were no significantly associated with early postoperative complications in patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy (P > 0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that preoperative fasting blood glucose level( ≥6.1 mmol/L),total serum bilirubin level ( ≥ 171 μ mol/L) and serum albumin level( < 35 g/L) were the important independent risk factors of early postoperative complications in patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy.ConclusionThe risk factors of pancreaticoduodenectomy should be fully recognized and dealt with promptly.
8.Variations of biomarkers in gastrointestinal stromal tumor and prognoses of the patients and targeted drug sensitivity
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(4):295-298
Many researches show that the prognosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) are relatedtonumerousvariationsofbiomarkerssuchasnumericchromosomalaberrationsor nuclear/mitochondrialmicrosatelliteinstability.Inaddition, thechangesofproto-oncogeneand tumor-suppressor gene are found to influence the prognosis of GIST.The kit and platelet-derived growth factor receptor gene mutation are correlated with GIST progression, metastasis and targeted drug sensitivity, and then influence the prognosis of GIST.
9.The clinical analysis of levamlodipine besylate combined with benazepril in treatment of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;35(7):17-19
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of levamlodipine besylate combined with benazepril in treatment of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertophy.MethodsNinety-eight primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy patients were divided into two groups by random number table.Observation group(49 cases) was treated with levamlodipine besylate combined with benazepril, and control group (49 cases) was only treated with levamlodipine besylate. The clinical effect, the levels of systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),left ventricular posterior wall (LVPW),interventricular septal thickness (IVST),left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) were compared between two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate in observation group was 93.9% ( 46/49 ),which was significantly higher than that in control group (77.6%,38/49 ) ( x2 =5.333,P <0.05).Before treatment, the differences were not statistically significant in the levels of SBP and DBP (P >0.05).After treatment, the levels of SBP,DBP,LVPW,IVST,LVEDD and LVMI were significantly decreased in both groups (P<0.05).Moreover,the levels of SBP,DBP,LVPW,IVST,LVEDD and LVMI in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in control group[ ( 121.27 ± 8.69 ) mmHg( 1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa) vs.( 131.54 ± 9.85 ) mm Hg,( 82.45 ± 4.69 ) mm Hg vs.( 88.49 ± 5.14 ) mmHg,(9.42 ± 1.58 ) mm vs.( 11.41 ± 1.92 ) mm,(9.56 ± 1.31 )mm vs.( 11.38 ± 1.85 ) mm,(47.86 ± 2.38 ) mm vs.(51.46 ±3.25) mm,(108.16 ±6.24) g/m2 vs.(119.21 ±7.68) g/m2] (P <0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate combined with benazepril in treatment of primary hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy can improve the clinical effects and ease left ventricular hypertrophy status, which can be applied in clinic.
10.Tumor multidrug resistance and apoptosis evasion
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(7):483-485
Most anticancer drugs inhibit tumor cell growth by inducing apoptosis.Apoptosis-evasion,also enhancement of anti-apoptosis ability(e.g.anti-apoptosis related genes over-expression or pro-apoptotic related genes loss, etc.)may lead to tumor cell multidrug resistance. Many researches show that apoptosis-evasion is one of the important factors resulting in tumor multidrug resistance.
